基于胸部高分辨CT的深度学习影像组学对特发性肺纤维化GAP分期的预测价值 被引量:1

目的探讨基于胸部高分辨CT(HRCT)的深度学习影像组学模型对特发性肺纤维化(IPF)性别-年龄-肺生理变量(GAP)分期的预测价值。方法回顾2020年1月至2022年6月浙江大学医学院附属杭州市第一人民医院诊断为IPF的患者67例,根据GAP分期系统分... 目的探讨基于胸部高分辨CT(HRCT)的深度学习影像组学模型对特发性肺纤维化(IPF)性别-年龄-肺生理变量(GAP)分期的预测价值。方法回顾2020年1月至2022年6月浙江大学医学院附属杭州市第一人民医院诊断为IPF的患者67例,根据GAP分期系统分成早期IPF(GAPⅠ期)40例和中晚期IPF(GAPⅡ/Ⅲ期)27例,所有患者均行胸部HRCT检查,在联影智能科研平台上的深度学习模块,基于V-net网络进行图像自动分割,同时与人工分割比较,用Dice相似性系数(DSC)评估分割模型的效能。基于自动分割结果,在影像组学模块进行影像组学分析,得到影像组学特征值,通过最小绝对紧缩与选择算子(LASSO)回归筛选组学特征,并基于筛选出的特征系数计算每例患者的影像组学标签(Radscore),基于Radscore构建影像组学模型。采用ROC曲线评估影像组学模型对GAP分期的预测效能。结果基于V-net网络的肺间质性病变的自动分割模型显示了较好的分割效能,其DSC为0.55~0.93(0.83±0.10)。影像组学分析共得到2400个组学特征,通过LASSO回归筛选出了8个组学特征,同时计算得到Radscore值。基于Radscore构建的影像组学模型对IPF的GAP分期显示了较好的预测效能,训练组AUC为0.862(95%CI:0.740~0.941),灵敏度为0.783,特异度为0.833,准确度为0.811;验证组AUC为0.854(95%CI:0.568~0.981),灵敏度为0.833,特异度为0.875,准确度为0.857。结论深度学习V-net网络在肺间质性病变的自动分割方面有较高的分割效能,通过基于胸部HRCT的影像组学模型有望成为IPF临床分期的新定量指标,为临床医师提供合理的诊疗决策。 展开更多

The main objective of this study was always to know the profile of the institutionalized people in our environment, to know their reality: age, age of admission, level of dependency and evolution during their stay, years of stay, number of children, reason for admission. We use data from more than 600 patients from different residences of different backgrounds: public and private, lay and religious, rural and urban. We performed a descriptive study expressing the results in percentages with standard deviation and later evaluated the statistical significance of the differences using the student's t-test for the quantitative and Chi-square variables to compare qualitative variables. The results of the study are numerous and of diverse nature, because of their extension, from the general profile of the resident, to the important gender differences, attributed in principle to the different roles of each gender in the studied generations. There are also differences depending on the funding, the reason for admission or the environment. This is at the end only the beginning of a large comparative study with non-institutionalized population, in order to compare this population. 展开更多

In order to overcome the disadvantages of diagonal connection structures that are complex and for which it is difficult to derive the discriminant of the airflow directions of airways, we have applied a multiple regression method to analyze the effect, of changing the rules of mine airflows, on the stability of a mine ventilation system. The amount of air ( Qj ) is determined for the major airway and an optimum regression equation was derived for Qi as a function of the independent variable ( Ri ), i.e., the venti- lation resistance between different airways. Therefore, corresponding countermeasures are proposed according to the changes in airflows. The calculated results agree very well with our practical situation, indicating that multiple regression analysis is simple, quick and practical and is therefore an effective method to analyze the stability of mine ventilation systems. 展开更多

A new human action recognition approach was presented based on chaotic invariants and relevance vector machines(RVM).The trajectories of reference joints estimated by skeleton graph matching were adopted for representing the nonlinear dynamical system of human action.The C-C method was used for estimating delay time and embedding dimension of a phase space which was reconstructed by each trajectory.Then,some chaotic invariants representing action can be captured in the reconstructed phase space.Finally,RVM was used to recognize action.Experiments were performed on the KTH,Weizmann and Ballet human action datasets to test and evaluate the proposed method.The experiment results show that the average recognition accuracy is over91.2%,which validates its effectiveness. 展开更多
