小果油茶不同居群叶表型性状频率分布及多样性指数分析 被引量:12

以小果油茶分布区的18个居群为研究对象,测定叶表型各性状指标,探究不同性状的频率分布及多样性指数,结果表明,除叶长和形状系数为左偏外,其余6个叶表型性状均为右偏,各个性状数据分布大多数在平均值附近,形成高窄尖峭峰。小果油茶叶表... 以小果油茶分布区的18个居群为研究对象,测定叶表型各性状指标,探究不同性状的频率分布及多样性指数,结果表明,除叶长和形状系数为左偏外,其余6个叶表型性状均为右偏,各个性状数据分布大多数在平均值附近,形成高窄尖峭峰。小果油茶叶表型性状变异类型较为丰富,均匀度较高,且质量性状的多样性指数均低于数量性状。不同居群的多样性指数相差不大,但仍存在一定的差异,居群P4最高(2.969 8),变异程度最大;居群P15最低(2.675 6),变异程度最小。大多数叶表型性状多样性指数与生态地理因子没有显著相关,影响小果油茶叶表型性状多样性指数高低的主要生态因子是全年日照时数和活动积温;与生态因子相关的主要性状多样性指数为叶面积和叶的宽长比。在3次趋势面分析中,叶周长多样性指数和宽长比多样性指数与经纬度拟合效果最好,达到显著和极显著水平。 展开更多

Background: Minangkabau Malays (Melayu Minangkabau) is one of the Malay sub ethnic groups in Peninsular Malaysia. During the late 17th and early 18th centuries, migration of the Minangs from West Sumatra to the state of Negeri Sembilan Darul Khusus in Peninsular Malaysia took place and their descendants now form the main sub ethnic group in this state. The genetic polymorphisms of Y chromosome at DYS 287 locus were analyzed in Minangkahau Malays. Methods: A total of 41 buccal cells from healthy unrelated individual's males from Minangkabau Malays were typed for the DYS 287. The PCR products were separated on 2% (w/v) agarose gel followed by visualization under UV light. Results: Three out of 41 samples (7.32%) showed insertion (YAP+) polymorphism, while the rest of the samples (92.68%) showed deletion (YAP-) polymorphism. This is the first report concerning the YAP in Malay population at Peninsular Malysia. Conclusion: The vAluable data obtained in this study will contribute to fill in the gap in the knowledge of YAP distribution in Malaysian population and will allow continuous interpretation of the evolution of YAP. 展开更多

Allele frequencies of four SNPs were fur... The association of the porcine Pitx2c gene with meat quality traits was investigated in the present study. A total of eight single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) were found. Allele frequencies of four SNPs were further detected in four commercial breeds and eight Chinese indigenous breeds. Single SNP and meat quality associations were analyzed in a YorkshirexMeishan F2 population. The SNPs c.474C〉T (P〈0.01) and c.636C〉T (P〈0.05) showed a significant association with meat color (MCV1). The SNPs c,*37G〉A and c.*47G〉A were significantly associated with drip loss rate (DLR), water holding capacity (WHC) and meat color value (MCV1) consistently (P〈0.05). Linkage disequilibrium (LD) analysis revealed that the adjacent SNPs were in LD. Two major haplotypes were identified, and association analysis between haplotype combinations and meat quality indicated that the presence of two copies of haplotype 1 -CCGG- may improve meat quality. 展开更多
