目的探讨无精子症患者配偶的性生活质量。方法选择自愿接受性生活质量问卷调查的64例不孕女性,按其男方精液质量进行分组,无精子症组28例为研究组,精液正常因输卵管因素就诊者36例为对照组,调查2组配偶性生活质量及男性性功能状况。结果... 目的探讨无精子症患者配偶的性生活质量。方法选择自愿接受性生活质量问卷调查的64例不孕女性,按其男方精液质量进行分组,无精子症组28例为研究组,精液正常因输卵管因素就诊者36例为对照组,调查2组配偶性生活质量及男性性功能状况。结果 64例女性性生活质量与职业及文化程度无关,无精子症组配偶性生活总体满意度、同房时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同房频率、性冷淡发生率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无精子症患者配偶性生活满意度相对较低,应积极改善不孕不育患者性心理状况。 展开更多

目的探讨腹腔镜下子宫全切除手术对患者卵巢内分泌功能的影响。方法将80例行腹腔镜下子宫全切手术治疗的患者设为观察组,另选择80例同期行子宫肌瘤切除手术的患者为对照组。比较两组患者术前、术后术后6个月卵巢功能指标、AMH及FSFI的... 目的探讨腹腔镜下子宫全切除手术对患者卵巢内分泌功能的影响。方法将80例行腹腔镜下子宫全切手术治疗的患者设为观察组,另选择80例同期行子宫肌瘤切除手术的患者为对照组。比较两组患者术前、术后术后6个月卵巢功能指标、AMH及FSFI的变化。结果术后6个月,两组患者E2、P4、AMH均较术前下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);FSH、LH较术前上升,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);术后6个月,两组患者FSFI各维度指标低于术前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下子宫全切术会降低患者卵巢功能,并影响患者性生活质量,临床应加强子宫肌瘤的定期监测,避免肌瘤过大而行子宫全切术治疗。 展开更多

To investigate the effects of different vegetable growing regions and planting modes on soil quality,soils in high,medium and low altitude areas of Guizhou were respectively sampled under different vegetable efficient planting modes,and the variations of soil microbial flora and enzyme activities were analyzed. The soil microbial count and total bacteria of the vegetable efficient cultivation mode were significantly higher than that of the control (traditional planting mode) in each planting area,and the microbial diversity index was also improved to varying de- grees.The soil phosphatase,catalase and urease activities of the vegetable efficient planting mode were higher than that of the control.The soil catalase and urease activities were higher than that of the control by 1.37-1.44 and 1.51-2.80 times. Application of vegetable efficient planting mode in different regions will help to im- prove the soil quality in a given period. 展开更多

Habitat pattern change of red-crowned cranes (Grus japonensis) in t he Liaohe Delta between 1988 and 1998 was analyzed with the help of Spatial Dive rsity Index based on remote sensing data and field investigation. The result sho wed that the influence from human activities on the wetland habitat of red-crow ned cranes was prominent with the development of oil and agricultural exploitati on, and the habitat pattern of red-crowned cranes had been obviously changed by the human disturbance during the ten years. The areas with high Spatial Diversi ty values (SD≥0.65) and that with mid-high values (0.5≤SD< 0.65), which const ituted the main part of suitable habitat of red-crowned cranes,had reduced to 9142ha and 5576ha respectively, with the shrinking of natural land cover, such a s reed and Suaeda community. The habitat pattern became more fragmented, which w as caused by roads and wells during oil exploration. It was indicated that the s uitability and quality of habitat for red-crowned cranes in the Liaohe Delta we re degraded in the last decade. The results also showed that diversity index cou ld reflect the habitat suitability of red-crowned cranes quantitatively and des cribe the spatial pattern of the habitat explicitly. This study will provide a s cientific basis for habitat protection of red-crowned cranes and other rare spe cies in wetlands. 展开更多

Improved Performance of Membrane Bioreactor by Sludge Ozonation for Reduction of Excess Sludge Production

To seek for an alternative solution for the treatment and disposal of excess activated sludge,a hybrid system of membrane bioreactor(MBR)coupled with ozonation process(i.e.,ozonation run)was set up to treat the domestic wastewater.A reference run without ozonation was also preformed as a control.The optimal ozone dose of 0.16mg O3·mg MLVSS-1 used for the sludge solubilization in the ozonation run was firstly determined through the batch sludge ozonation tests.A 40-day continuous operation of the two parallel systems demonstrated that circulation of ozonized sludge as lysate did not impact the performance of MBR in terms of organic and ammonia removal.On the contrary,an improvement in TN removal(by 7.7%)and sludge reduction(by 54%)was observed in the ozonation-combined MBR,and it was furthermore illustrated by the calculation of the mass balance based on the COD and TN substances.In addition,ozonation did not deteriorate the sludge activities for the ozonation run,indicating that not much inert organic materials built up in the bioreactor.Decreased VSS/SS ratio and lower amount of filamentous bacteria after ozonation treatment on the other hand improved the sludge settleability,as lower and constant Sluge Volume Index(SVI)values were detected in the ozonation run. 展开更多

Many studies have analyzed precipitation heterogeneity but none have proposed a systematic graded index for its evaluation, and therefore, its true... Precipitation heterogeneity has a nontrivial influence on human life. Many studies have analyzed precipitation heterogeneity but none have proposed a systematic graded index for its evaluation, and therefore, its true characteristics have not been expressed. After comparisons of various methods, the precipitation concentration degree(PCD) method was selected to study precipitation heterogeneity. In addition to the PCD, normal distribution functions, cumulative frequencies, and percentiles were used to establish a graded index for evaluating precipitation heterogeneity. A comprehensive evaluation of precipitation heterogeneity was performed, and its spatiotemporal variation in China from 1960 to 2013 was analyzed. The results indicated that(1) seven categories of precipitation heterogeneity were identified(high centralization, moderate centralization, mild centralization, normal, mild dispersion, moderate dispersion, and high dispersion) and(2) during the study period, the precipitation in more parts of China tended to be normal or dispersed, which is beneficial to human activities. 展开更多
