The magnetic gelatin microspheres were prepared by means of reverse phase suspension method using Fe3O4 as core and gelatin as coating material.The magnetic Fe3O4 was prepared by precipitation.The products were characterized by SEM,IR,and XRD.The results demonstrated that the diameter of Fe3O4 was in the range from 0.2 to 1.5 μm and the magnetic gelatin microspheres were spherical and smooth with the mean particle size in the range of 5~20μm.The sizes of microspheres were increased with an increase of the gelatin concentration.Some microspheres has irregular spherical.The magnetic gelatin microspheres had better magnetic quality with the saturation magnetization σs of 26.14emu.g-1,the coercivity Hc of 160Oe and residual magnetism σr of 0.26emu.g. 展开更多

以 Fe3 O4 作为磁性内核 ,利用液体石蜡作有机分散介质 ,甲醛、戊二醛作交联剂 ,通过反相悬液交联法制备出了单分散、窄分布的强磁性 Fe3 O4 /壳聚糖核壳微球。对磁粉内核的制备条件及微球性能进行了研究 ,并对产物进行了初步的性能表征。
