The questionnaire was composed of Self-Efficacy Scale and Emotion Man-agement Ability Scale. The following conclusions are drawn: 1) There are significant differences in the self-efficacy of normal college students in gender, grade and class work;2) There are significant differences in emotional management ability of normal college students in gender and whether they have brothers or sisters;3) The self-efficacy and emotional management ability of normal col-lege students were significantly positively correlated at the level of 0.01;4) The self-efficacy can positively predict emotional management ability.展开更多
