经络环皮部挑治法临床应用研究进展

皮部是指体表的皮肤按经络循行分布部位的分区,是十二经脉功能活动反映于体表的部位,也是络脉之气散布之所在。经络环皮部挑治法则是以不刺入皮肤、不破皮,以及不出血为原则,在皮肤表面,借助腕部转动的力量,按“经络环”运行规律进行表... 皮部是指体表的皮肤按经络循行分布部位的分区,是十二经脉功能活动反映于体表的部位,也是络脉之气散布之所在。经络环皮部挑治法则是以不刺入皮肤、不破皮,以及不出血为原则,在皮肤表面,借助腕部转动的力量,按“经络环”运行规律进行表皮刺激的一种整体调整方法。本法是经络研究专家李定忠教授以经络感传现象研究为基础,结合创立的“经络环”理论,以表皮接力刺激作为方法学基础,最终创建的新型疗法。本法是在感传研究中经络环的发现和接力激发感传提高疗效的基础上完成的,疗法针对各种慢性病和疑难病均有较好的疗效。笔者通过总结既往本疗法治疗相关的发表文献,阐述本疗法诊治的优势病种和治疗手段,将其临床应用的相关研究总结如下,以供参考。 展开更多

The system configuration and the principle of the method are analyzed and some experimental results are given out. Theimpeller rotates under the floating condition without any control device. The floating condition of the impeller isrealized by utilizing the pressure in pump casing. The pump performance and the rotational behavior of the impellerwere investigated experimentally. It has found that the floating position of the impeller become quite unstablein a partial flow rate operation. And the pressure distribution at the casing wall affects the rotational posture ofthe impeller. This paper presents the effect of the casing treatment on the rotational posture of the impeller and thepressure distribution. The reasonable casing treatment is available for the stable rotational posture of the impeller. 展开更多

In this paper, it is shown the COMSOL Multiphysics as a fairly robust and simple program, due to the existence of a graphical environment, to perform simulations with good accuracy. Results are compared with other simulation analysis, focusing on the surface plasmon resonance (SPR) phenomena for refractive index sensing in a D-type optical fiber, where the characteristics of the material layers, in terms of the type and thickness, and the residual fiber cladding thickness are optimized. 展开更多

Pressure-sensitive paint(PSP)is a global pressure measurement technique.Compared with pressure transducers,PSP has significant advantages such as high spatial resolution and a lack of contact when applied to fast-rotating blades.However,due to the limitations of other pressure measurement techniques,the validation of PSP measurements on fast-rotating blades is generally difficult.In this work,a comprehensive study including PSP measurement,force balance measurement,and simulation was conducted on a 1 m-diameter propeller at the China Aerodynamic Research and Development Center.First,our computational fluid dynamics(CFD)code was validated by comparing the calculated aerodynamic thrust with the results from force balance measurements.Then,the pressure distributions on the propeller blade obtained by PSP were carefully compared with the CFD results under different working conditions.The results of PSP measurements,force balance measurements,and CFD showed good agreement,and the PSP measurement errors were estimated to be less than 5% of the dynamic pressure at the blade tip.Finally,the variations in pressure distribution under different rotating speeds and free-stream velocities were discussed. 展开更多

Background Approximately 10%of patients with gastric cancer(GC)have a genetic predisposition toward the disease.However,there is scant knowledge regarding germline mutations in predisposing genes in the Chinese GC population.This study aimed to determine the spectrum and distribution of predisposing gene mutations among Chinese GC patients known to have hereditary high-risk factors for cancer.Methods A total of 40 GC patients from 40 families were recruited from seven medical institutions in China.Next-generation sequencing was performed on 171 genes associated with cancer predisposition.For probands carrying pathogenic/likely pathogenic germline variants,Sanger sequencing was applied to validate the variants in the probands as well as their relatives.Results According to sequencing results,25.0%(10/40)of the patients carried a combined total of 10 pathogenic or likely pathogenic germline variants involving nine different genes:CDH1(n=1),MLH1(n=1),MSH2(n=1),CHEK2(n=1),BLM(n=1),EXT2(n=1),PALB2(n=1),ERCC2(n=1),and SPINK1(n=2).In addition,129 variants of uncertain significance were identified in 27 patients.Conclusions This study indicates that approximately one in every four Chinese GC patients with hereditary high risk factors may harbor pathogenic/likely pathogenic germline alterations in cancer-susceptibility genes.The results further indicate a unique genetic background for GC among Chinese patients. 展开更多

Some possible causes are scarce information, few research groups using them in a routine basis, and even fewer companies offering turnkey and affordable solutions. Nevertheless, as optical fibers revolutionize the way of carrying data in telecommunications, a similar trend is detectable in the world of sensing. The present review aims to describe the most relevant contributions of fiber sensing in biomechanics since their introduction, from 1960s to the present, focusing on intensity-based configurations. Using the mechanical sensor to sense the real manipulations, researchers developed a tuina manipulation in strument and obtained a lot of basic mecha nics data about the man ipulati on tech no logy.
