主动性行为视角下的感动体验及其作用机制

通过文献研究法提出实现感动体验的作用机理,通过问卷调查法收集一手数据,采用结构方程模型对感动体验机理模型进行检验。研究发现:员工主动服务行为是顾客获得感动体验的前因变量,图式差异和情感温暖是主动服务行为实现顾客感动体验过... 通过文献研究法提出实现感动体验的作用机理,通过问卷调查法收集一手数据,采用结构方程模型对感动体验机理模型进行检验。研究发现:员工主动服务行为是顾客获得感动体验的前因变量,图式差异和情感温暖是主动服务行为实现顾客感动体验过程中的中介变量,而品牌感恩是感动体验的结果变量,体现为品牌和消费者之间施恩和报恩关系。研究结果不仅为企业实施体验战略提供理论依据,也为体验研究学者提供新的思路和方向。 展开更多

以海底捞、鼎泰丰、胖东来和美豪4个品牌的大众点评评论作为数据收集来源,采用扎根理论构建出创造感动体验的机制模型。研究表明,员工主动服务包含了2个阶段4个维度,具体是通过信息搜寻行为发现顾客潜在需求,再通过利他行为、关爱行为... 以海底捞、鼎泰丰、胖东来和美豪4个品牌的大众点评评论作为数据收集来源,采用扎根理论构建出创造感动体验的机制模型。研究表明,员工主动服务包含了2个阶段4个维度,具体是通过信息搜寻行为发现顾客潜在需求,再通过利他行为、关爱行为和尽责行为满足顾客的潜在需求,主动服务行为能够满足顾客内心深处的心灵需求,实现顾客感动。提出了顾客品牌关系的新构念——品牌感恩,表现为顾客态度上的认可、顾客情绪上的感激和顾客行为上的回报。企业应通过授权、培训、亲情式管理等方式充分发挥员工服务的主动性,在不同接触点为顾客创造令人难忘的感动体验。 展开更多

Religious affection is a kind of emotional experience that religious believers have to the gods after they have participated in religious activities and experienced religious rituals. Religious experience is what connects individuals and the gods. It can lead people to believe in religion and strengthen people's religious beliefs and is the basis of the establishment, dissemination and consolidation of religions. This article reveals that extreme cults create illusions for believers by conducting information and time control, making them exhausted physically and mentally and using "social hypnosis" and that they have stolen traditional religious affection and religious experience for their own usage by inducing believers religious affection through self-praise, intimidation and deception and wide insinuation. 展开更多

Fifteen hybridoma cell lines producing monoclonal antiboclies (McAb) against recombinant human tu-mor necrosis factor a (rhTNFa) have been established by fusing SP 2/0 cells with spleen cells from aBALB/c mouse immunized with rhTNFa. Following J M Davis’s Works, semi-solid medium was usedfor initial cloning. Five of them were studied further. Their main chromosome- numbers range were 96 to105, all of them were IgG1 subclass. The affinities of these McAbs were estimated to be 1. 25 ×108 mol/L, 1. 12×108 mol/L, 2. 34×108 mol/L, 8. 55 × 107 mol/L, 1. 04×108 mol/L, respectively.Two groups of mice challenging with E Coli (107 organisms), one group treated with 2mg/kg anti-TNF monoclonal antibody, the other did not. There was a higher survival rate in treated group, the serumTNF level was significantly lower too, and the untreated mice had severe pathologic changes in vlscera. 展开更多
