基于视觉感性度量的产品设计研究

目的研究产品设计视觉感性形式的审美量化与生成逻辑,分别从感性主体(用户和消费者)和感性对象(产品)的角度研究产品设计中的视觉生成和审美评价的新感性形式。方法分别运用了视觉色彩度量评估、视觉界面美感度评估以及PAD情感模型理论... 目的研究产品设计视觉感性形式的审美量化与生成逻辑,分别从感性主体(用户和消费者)和感性对象(产品)的角度研究产品设计中的视觉生成和审美评价的新感性形式。方法分别运用了视觉色彩度量评估、视觉界面美感度评估以及PAD情感模型理论,研究感性主体和感性对象双向视角的感性量化方式。结果首先在产品设计配色中,可以通过色彩物理量E_(1)(I)与E_(2)(I)的大小比较,确定产品设计的配色模式;其次,产品设计中视觉美感度的度量关系与黄金分割比例有一定的数量相关性;最后,通过PAD情感模型可以对设计师和设计受众的感性经验进行度量,实现设计实践与评价的感性度量。结论基于视觉感性度量的产品设计,其具体的感性度量要素包含感性主体视角的设计师、设计受众的感性经验和感性对象视角的视觉感性形式等多个方面的内容。 展开更多

The thermodynamic characterization as well as the rheological characterization of the A201 alloy were conducted.Thermodynamic simulations (CALPHAD method) and calorimetric experiments were performed to determine the solidus and liquidus temperatures, the melting range and the sensitivity of the solid fraction at the thixoforming temperatures.The rheology of aluminium alloy A201 was examined using a high temperature Searle rheometer.The flow behaviour was analyzed with concentric cylinders of graphite to avoid chemical interactions with the liquid or semi-solid aluminium.The rotational body was grooved to prevent a phenomenon called wall slippage.Continuous cooling experiment was used to observe the shear rate effects on the flow behaviour.It can be seen that the viscosity level decreases at higher shear rates.Shear rate jump experiment was carried out to evaluate the steady state flow curve within the analyzed shear rate range from 60 s-1 to 260 s-1.It is found that the power law indexes are-1.35 and-1.49 for 35% and 45% solid fraction, respectively.Finally, some mechanical property data of as-cast and as-thixoformed A201 alloy are included indicating the potential for high strength applications. 展开更多

To investigate the mechanical properties of cement mortar in sodium sulfate and sodium chloride solutions, uniaxial compression test and ultrasonic test were performed. Test results show that the relative dynamic elastic modulus, the mass variation,and the compressive strength of cement mortar increase first, and then decrease with increasing erosion time in sodium sulfate and sodium chloride solutions. The relative dynamic elastic moduli and the compressive strengths of cement mortars with water/cement ratios of 0.55 and 0.65 in sodium sulfate solution are lower than those in sodium chloride solution with the same concentration at the420 th day of immersion. The compressive strength of cement mortar with water/cement ratio of 0.65 is more sensitive to strain rate than that with water/cement ratio of 0.55. In addition, the strain-rate sensitivity of compressive strength of cement mortar will increase under attacks of sodium sulfate or sodium chloride solution. 展开更多

A great variety of dairy products with different flavour, texture and health-promoting properties can be obtained from milk using different technologies and starter cultures. Fermented milks are consumed in many parts of the world and are relished for their acidic taste and health benefits. The aim of this study was to compare effects of different ratios of DL-type starter culture: mould Geotrichum candidum grown in milk on its viscosity and sensory properties on the 5th, 10th and 15th day of storage at 4 ~C~ in order to determine the best ratio to prepare fermented milk on basis of Iranian acceptance. We have examined the production of fermented milk by 80: 20, 70: 30, and 60:40 ratios of DL-type starter culture: mould Geotrichum candidum grown in milk. The results obtained from viscosity measurement and sensory evaluation showed no significant difference between these treatments used in the study and were not satisfactory; their viscosity was not accepted and scores attributed to odour and flavor of fermented milks by panelists were low. 展开更多

This paper describes an effective methodology for evaluation of the suspension parameters intended to be used for a terrain vehicle. The objective of this approach is to make quick analyses of the sensitivity of the vehicle suspension parameters. For the purpose of developing such a methodology, a mathematical modeling of a quarter vehicles suspension system is developed. Sensitive analysis of the suspension parameters is performed by employing the standard deviation of the vehicle body acceleration, dynamic tire load, and suspension travel. Sensitivity analysis results have shown that the spring stiffness, damping coefficient, tire stiffness and sprung mass have substantial influence on the ride comfort and road holding, while un-sprung mass on the other side has much lower impact in performance of the vehicle suspension system. 展开更多

A multi-thin-layer structure of the gel coated cover was proposed and implemented with a special process. The sensors with the coated thickness of 420 ~m, 500 ~m, and 580 ~m were built up, respectively. The corresponding spectral shifts of 0.08nm, 0.13nm, and 0.22nm were detected when the pH sensors were soaked in the pH value of 3-9. Meanwhile, the sensor with the gel layer thickness of 580 ~tm was measured in the optimum measurement time period with the pH value changing from 3-12, in which the detected sensitivity of 52pm/pH was achieved in the pH range of 6-12. 展开更多

We also propose an improved double-ended configuration that is insusceptible to the differential loss change in the fiber and suitable for the field use. An all-fiber sensor based on a cascaded optical fiber device is proposed and demonstrated, and its sensor head is composed of a core-offset Mach-Zehnder interferometer(MZI) and a long-period fiber grating(LPFG). In the experiment, two dips shaped by the intermodulation between the interference fringe of MZI and the resonant wavelength of LPFG are monitored. Experimental results show that temperature sensitivities of two dips are 0.060 7 nm/°C and 0.056 3 pm/°C, and the refractive index(RI) sensitivities are –18.025 nm/RIU and –55.06 nm/RIU, respectively. The simultaneous measurement of the temperature and external RI is demonstrated based on the sensitive matrix. Its low fabrication cost, simple configuration and high sensitivity make this sensor have potential applications in chemical and biological sensing. 展开更多
