为了获得一种性能更优的气体传感器,用于肉品特征挥发物的快速检测,以恒电流法制备PANI/Au/Al2O3电极,并组装成电阻式丙酮气体传感器.在稳定性测试中,利用此传感器于1 189与23 ppm丙酮气体中进行连续感测,其电阻感测变化率(感测信号)从... 为了获得一种性能更优的气体传感器,用于肉品特征挥发物的快速检测,以恒电流法制备PANI/Au/Al2O3电极,并组装成电阻式丙酮气体传感器.在稳定性测试中,利用此传感器于1 189与23 ppm丙酮气体中进行连续感测,其电阻感测变化率(感测信号)从开始时的3.13%与0.74%,经10次测试后,信号分别下降为3.05%与0.72%.在气体选择性测试方面,当混入氧气或二氧化碳作为干扰气体时,丙酮感测灵敏度下降,但丙酮的浓度与传感器电阻变化率之间均具有良好的线性关系.然而此传感器对丙酮气体进行感测时受水分和氨气的干扰相当显著.最后提出了此传感器感测丙酮气体的机理. 展开更多

Highly sensitive phototransistors based on two-dimensional (2D) GaTe nanosheet have been demonstrated. The performance (photoresponsivity, detectivity) of the GaTe nanosheet phototransistor can be efficiently adjusted by using the applied gate voltage. The devices exhibit an ultrahigh photoresponsivity of 274.3 AW^-1. The detectivity of 2D GaTe devices is -10^12 Jones, which surpasses that of currently-exploited InGaAs photodetectors (10^11-10^12 Jones). To reveal the origin of the enhanced photocurrent in GaTe nanosheets, theoretical modeling of the electronic structures was performed to show that GaTe nanosheets also have a direct bandgap structure, which contributes to the promotion of photon absorption and generation of excitons. This work shows that GaTe nanosheets are promising materials for high performance photodetectors. 展开更多
