头穴针刺联合感觉统合训练对孤独症儿童康复的影响

研究头穴针刺配合感觉统合训练治疗孤独症患儿的效果。方法 在我院于2022年3月-2023年12月间收治的孤独症患儿中随机抽取148例为对象,以随机数字表法分入两组中,对照组患儿给予感觉统合训练,观察组在对照组的基础上给予头穴针刺,均干预... 研究头穴针刺配合感觉统合训练治疗孤独症患儿的效果。方法 在我院于2022年3月-2023年12月间收治的孤独症患儿中随机抽取148例为对象,以随机数字表法分入两组中,对照组患儿给予感觉统合训练,观察组在对照组的基础上给予头穴针刺,均干预6个月,对比两组患儿的ABC评分等。结果 观察组治疗6个月后的孤独症儿童行为检查表(ABC)评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组治疗6个月后的孤独症治疗评定量表(ATEC)的语言沟通、认知能力、社交能力和生理行为评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿前庭功能障碍、功能障碍、体感功能障碍、学习能力不足(CSI-DAS)评分均高于观察组(P<0.05);高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 孤独症儿童在感觉统合训练的基础上应用头穴针刺治疗有助于促进病情好转,促进患儿感统能力的提高,减轻孤独症行为症状,值得推广。 展开更多

目的:调查学龄儿童感知觉统合能力的基本状况,提升对感知觉统合能力重要性的认识。方法:选取唐山市某区,4所小学学龄儿童为研究对象,共计576人,采用感知觉统合能力评定量表进行测查,分别统计比较学龄儿童总体阳性发生率;学龄儿童感知觉... 目的:调查学龄儿童感知觉统合能力的基本状况,提升对感知觉统合能力重要性的认识。方法:选取唐山市某区,4所小学学龄儿童为研究对象,共计576人,采用感知觉统合能力评定量表进行测查,分别统计比较学龄儿童总体阳性发生率;学龄儿童感知觉统合能力四大因子阳性发生率;学龄儿童感知觉统合能力四大因子不足程度分析;低年级学龄儿童与高年级学龄儿童阳性发生率差异分析;学龄儿童男生、生女阳性发生率对比;运用SPSS 24.0进行描述性统计、卡方检验,以P<0.05为有统计学意义,以标准分数低于60分认为存在阳性。结果:在503名学龄儿童中,总体阳性发生率为95.4%,四大因子阳性发生率:前庭平衡能力占43.3%,触觉分辨能力占93.1%,本体控制能力占76.5%,学习能力因子阳性发生率占80.3%;四大因子不足程度:前庭平衡能力轻度不足占比15.1%,中度不足占比28.0%,重度不足占比0.2%;触觉分辨能力轻度不足占比59.4%,中度不足占比33.2%,重度不足占比0.4%;本体控制能轻度力轻度不足占比53.1%,中度不足占比22.9%,重度不足占比0.6%;学习能力轻度不足占比32.6%,中度不足占比44.9%,重度不足占比2.8%;低年级总体阳性发生率为97.5%,高年级总体阳性率为93.5%,低年级总体阳性发生率与高年级总体阳性发生率差异显著;男生总体阳性发生率97.2%,女生总体阳性发生率93.7%,男生与女生之间阳性发生率差异不显著。结论:学龄儿童感知觉统合能力不足阳性发生率占比偏高,应该提高认识,引起重视,及早进行有效应对。 展开更多

Dynamic equivalence of the wind farm is a fundamental problem in the simulation of a power system connected with wind farms because it is unpractical to model every generator in a wind farm in detail. In this paper, an Equivalence Method based on the Output Characteristics (EMOC) is proposed, with which the wind farm composed of Squirrel-Cage Induction Generators (SCIGs) can be equivalent to one generator. By considering the diversity of wind generators and special operating characteristics of a wind farm, the equivalent generator based on EMOC responds accurately in various faults. No matter whether the wind farm is integrated in grid or just programmed, EMOC can be used to acquire an accurate equivalent generator. Simulation of the dynamic equivalence of an SCIG wind farm validated the method. 展开更多

Parvovirus B19 induced acute hepatitis and hepatic failure have been previously reported, mainly in children. Very few cases of parvovirus induced hepatic failure have been reported in adults and fewer still have required liver transplantation. We report the case of a 55-year-old immunocompetent woman who developed fulminant hepatic failure after acute infection with Parvovirus B19 who subsequently underwent orthotopic liver transplantation. This is believed to be the first reported case in the literature in which an adult patient with fulminant hepatic failure associated with acute parvovirus B19 infection and without hematologic abnormalities has been identified prior to undergoing liver transplantation. This case suggests that Parvovirus B19 induced liver disease can affect adults, can occur in the absence of hematologic abnormalities and can be severe enough to require liver transplantation. 展开更多

But over time, scientists have realized that something was missing to give life, so to speak, to the small chip with a brain: One needed to awaken its senses and develop its muscles! This challenge was solved through MEMS (micro electro mechanical systems). Indeed, MEMS today are equipped with the sense of sight, smell, hearing, taste and touch through microsensors. During the operation of complex process, such as oil production or refming, abnormal situations may occur, leading to an alarm flooding. Alarm flooding is the signalling of a large number of alarms in a few minutes, in such a way that it is impossible for the operator to attend to all alarms. On these occasions, it is usual that the operator leaves the alarm summary list and gets an analysis of the plant through the screens of the DCS (digital control system), seeking to understand the situation. The alarm summary list ceases to be a useful tool. In such cases, the operator might have the aid of a filter that would present the highest priority alarms and other information associated with them, enabling him to gain a better knowledge of the situation. This paper describes the interface of a system aimed to help the operator to have a more comprehensive knowledge of the process (a better situational awareness) during process upsets that cause alarm flooding, recovering the utility of the alarm layer to the safety of industrial processes. 展开更多
