In particular, the chronic complications caused by type 2 diabetes have a certain impact on people’s health, psychology and economy. Recent studies have highlighted the impact of lipid metabolism on the development and progression of diabetes-related complications. Given that the ApoB/A-1 ratio can serve as a valuable indicator for assessing metabolic disorders and evaluating chronic complications in patients with diabetes. This review provides an overview of relevant research concerning the role of ApoB/A-1 ratio in vascular complications of type 2 diabetes.
通过受试者操作特征曲线(receiver operating characteristic curve,ROC曲线)及曲线下面积(area under the curve,AUC)评估所建立模型。
