基于圆运动理论探讨慢性肝病失眠辨治 被引量:1

慢性肝病失眠病机为胃土不降、肝木不升、肺金不敛、火不归原,导致机体圆运动失衡,相火不降,阳不入阴。己土湿寒,戊土不降者,应燥土祛湿,升清降浊,可用炒白术、茯苓、干姜、炒薏苡仁等健脾升清祛湿,半夏、黄连、干姜、吴茱萸、紫苏叶等... 慢性肝病失眠病机为胃土不降、肝木不升、肺金不敛、火不归原,导致机体圆运动失衡,相火不降,阳不入阴。己土湿寒,戊土不降者,应燥土祛湿,升清降浊,可用炒白术、茯苓、干姜、炒薏苡仁等健脾升清祛湿,半夏、黄连、干姜、吴茱萸、紫苏叶等降胃气,蛰相火。乙木不升,甲木不降者,应养肝荣木,升肝降胆,可用小剂量柴胡、桂枝、川芎、麦芽等升达乙木,以助胆降,佐用炒白芍寒热并调,降胆经,敛相火。癸水浅寒,火不归原属肾阴虚者,应调中降逆,滋阴潜阳,可用杏仁、百合、沙参、陈皮、山药、炒白芍、紫苏叶等降肺金、胆木、胃土,龟板、鳖甲大补真阴兼软坚散结;属肾阳虚者,应温肾水,升肝木,燥脾土,用菟丝子、盐补骨脂、淫羊藿、巴戟天等温肾阳,茯苓、白术、干姜等补益中气,厚土敛火。黄芪、桂枝、川芎等升达木气,水温土燥木升则圆运动自复,肾水得温,相火得潜于肾水,失眠自愈。 展开更多

(C5H9C5H4)(3)NdBrLi(THF)(4)(1)(C5H9=cyclopentyl) was obtained from the reaction of NdCl3 with C5H9C5H4Na and LiBr (Nd:Na:Li=1:2:1 molar ratio) in THE X-ray crystallography showed that the ten-coordinated neodymium ato... (C5H9C5H4)(3)NdBrLi(THF)(4)(1)(C5H9=cyclopentyl) was obtained from the reaction of NdCl3 with C5H9C5H4Na and LiBr (Nd:Na:Li=1:2:1 molar ratio) in THE X-ray crystallography showed that the ten-coordinated neodymium atom is bonded to three cyclopentylcyclopentadienyl(eta(5)) rings and a single bromine atom bridging a lithium which is bonded to three THF molecules. Complex 1 is triclinic, P1 space group with unit dimensions of a= 12.048(2), b= 13.498(3), c= 13.831(3)Angstrom, a = 104.16(3), beta = 104.07(3), gamma =95.96(3)degrees, V=2083.3(7)Angstrom(3), Z=2, D-c=1.35Mg/m(3) and F(000)=874. (C5H9C5H4)(3)SmTHF (2) was synthesized by reaction of anhydrous SmCl3 with C5H9C5H4Na at a molar ratio of 1:3. The structure was determined by X-ray crystallography. The ten-coordinated samarium atom is bonded to three cycloperrtylcyclopentadienyl rings and one oxygen of THF molecule to form a pseudo-tetrahedron. Complex 2 is orthorhombic, Fdd2 space group with unit cell dimensions of a =28.175(5)Angstrom, b =46.24(2) Angstrom, c =9.167(4) Angstrom(3), V=11943(8)Angstrom(3), Z= 16, D-c = 1.38Mg/m(3) and F(000)=5136. 展开更多

The effects of adding rare earth(RE) metals,such as Ce,Yb and Pr to Ni-S_2O_8^(2-)/ZrO_2-Al_2O_3(Ni-SZA) on the structure of catalysts as well as their isomerization performance were studied.The prepared catalysts were characterized by XRD,BET,FT-IR,Py-IR,and H_2-TPR,The results showed that the addition of RE metals can increase the strength and amounts of the acid sites,improve the redox properties of catalysts.The Yb-Ni-SZA catalyst showed the best redox properties,which could provide enough metallic sites.In addition,it provided the largest amounts of weak and moderately strong acid sites.Among RE metals modified Ni-SZA catalyst,Yb-Ni-SZA exhibited the highest isopentane yield of 61.7%at 160 °C.The optimum isomerization catalytic performance of the catalysts decreased in the order of Yb-Ni-SZA > Pr-Ni-SZA > Ni-SZA > Ce-Ni-SZA. 展开更多

Poly (3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate)/Organophilic montmorillonite (PHBV/OMMT) nanocomposites were prepared and the biodegradability of the PHBV/OMMT nanocomposites was studied by a cultivation degrading method in soil suspension. The relationship between structure and biodegradability of PHBV/OMMT nanocomposites was investigated. The results showed that the biodegradability of PHBV/OMMT nanocomposites decreased with increasing amount of OMMT and it was related to the number of PHBV degrading microorganisms in degradation environment, the anti-microbial property of OMMT and the degree of crystallinity of the nanocomposites. 展开更多
