Methods: We performed meta-analysis by systematically searching PubMed, EMBASE, OVID, ScienceDirect, Web of Science, CNKI, Wanfang Data, and CQVIP databases to retrieve RCTs in any languages. We used Review Manager to perform meta-analysis. Odds ratios (ORs) or weighted mean differences (WMDs) with 95% confidence intervals (CIs) were calculated in analyses. Results: Twenty-six RCTs with a total of 3,759 participants were included in this meta-analysis. In-hospital mortality showed significant dissimilarity between TGC and CGC groups with OR of 0.76 (95%CI 0.58, 0.99). However, in terms of overall mortality and long-term neurological severity outcome, it didn't show differences with ORs of 0.93 (95%CI 0.79, 1.10) and 1.15 (95%CI 0.96, 1.37). There were also discrepancies in infection rate and ICU length of stay with OR of 0.51 (95%CI 0.42, 0.62) and WMD of -2.37 (95%CI -2.99, -1.74). Significances were observed in hypoglycemia events with ORs of 6.24 (95%CI 4.83, 8.07) and 2.73 (95%CI 2.56, 2.91) using two methods. Conclusion: In critically ill brain injury, TGC did not show beneficial effects on reducing overall mortality and long term neurological outcome, but it increased the risk of hypoglycemia.展开更多

The risk of QTc prolongation often raises concerns, although the effect of haloperidol on QTc interval has not yet been investigated in a randomised placebo-controlled fixed-dose study. Methods A subanalysis of a randomised double-blind placebo-controlled study was conducted to evaluate the effect of prophylactic haloperidol 1 mg or placebo 1 mg orally twice-daily (maximum of 14 doses) on QTc interval in patients aged 70 years and over. Bedside, 12-lead ECGs were recorded before, during and after the one-week intervention period. Automatic QTc measurements were ob- tained in addition to manual measurements of QT and RR intervals, blinded for treatment status. Manual measurements were corrected (QTc) using Bazett (QTc-B), Framingham (QTc-Fa), Fridericia (QTc-Fi) and Hodges (QTc-H) methods. Mixed model analyses were used to test for differences in longitudinal course of QTc between patients receiving haloperidol and placebo. Results ECG recordings of 72 patients (haloperidol n = 38) were analysed, 45.8% male. Median (range) haloperidol serum concentration on day 4 was 0.71 (0.32-1.82) μg/L (n = 23). Longitudinal course of mean QTc did not significantly differ between treatment arms for any of the automatic or manually derived QTc values. Conclusions Low dose oral haloperidol did not result in QTc prolongation in older acutely hospitalised patients. Results may not be generalizable to patients with existing ECG abnormalities such as atrial fibrillation.展开更多

A joint impedance control strategy has been successfully implemented in the low level control of a highly integrated robot hand. At flint, a real time controller with DSP&FPGA-based multilevel control architecture is built. Then a current sensor of the single direct current (DC) link is used to measure and reconstruct the three phase currents, and a stable current signal is measured by optimizing sample instant. The experimental results of the joint impedance control show that the proposed method not only improves the effectiveness of contact environment performance, but also provides compliant interaction of robot hand with a person, which is very important for the development of friendly human robot of the next generation.展开更多

We controling puppet in the same way as the present puppet, but we perform this by robot. It offers more advantages and lessen the weak points. It needs various actions and expressions because of the nature of a puppet. The biggest problem which executes this is the ways to create a system. This thesis proposes motion capture of developed method with solution of this problem. So, we create various contents needed by puppet. In this part, developed method means a mixed method on the basis of optical system and magnetic system used mainly for the present method of motion capture. We lessen the weak points of each method and propoe solution of create motion for pupct by offering more advantages. So we solve difficulties of executing puppet and probable probkans when we execute puppet by using robot. The solution of this thesis is proven by applying control of puppet.展开更多
