终身教育背景下我国成人教育的新理念和新方向

党的十六大提出了本世纪头20年我们在文化方面的奋斗目标是"形成全民学习,终身学习的学习型社会,促进人的全面发展"。作为一种教育思想,终身教育是社会所有有目的、有计划的教育与培训的总和。成人教育在终身教育体系中占据着重要地位,起着重要作用。在终身教育背景下,我国成人教育要向着构建终身教育体系、网络化、社区化、教育方式多样化、培训学历高移化的方向发展。

The impact of perceived social support, loneliness, and physical activity on quality of life in South Korean older adults

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to propose and test a conceptual model that explains the interrelationships among perceived social support, loneliness, physical activity(PA), and quality of life(QoL) among active older adults in South Korea.Methods: Data were collected from 332 individuals over the age of 65 using a systematic stratified convenience sampling method. Survey data were collected and analyzed using a structural equation model(SEM).Results: Perceived social support had a significantly positive effect on PA(b = 0.14, p < 0.01) and QoL(b = 0.28, p < 0.001) while decreasing loneliness(b = —0.55, p < 0.001). PA had a significant positive effect on QoL(b = 0.12, p < 0.01), and loneliness had a negative effect on QoL(b = —0.37, p < 0.001). Loneliness mediated the relationship between perceived social support and QoL.Conclusion: The SEM results of the current study support the proposed model that explained the interrelationships among perceived social support, loneliness, PA, and QoL among active older adults in South Korea. These findings suggest the importance of incorporating social support mechanisms for PA interventions in order to enhance QoL. The findings of this study can help create more effective health and physical education programs for the older generations in South Korea to enhance their QoL.

江苏义务教育期成会初探

民初倡办义务教育以来，江苏是仅有的几个真正付诸实践的省份之一。本文探讨了江苏省义务教育期成会的成立，及在其推动之下，江苏教育普及工作逐渐步入正轨，儿童入学率和学校数量有所增加，经费筹集、师资培养、教学理念等方面许多开创性的举措，显示了其为民国后期江苏教育普及起到了开拓性的作用。

Comparative Analysis on Juvenile Moral Education between China and America

In the 21st Century of the increasing living standards, the social demand for talents with various aspects of ability is becoming higher and higher. The families, study and society of generations after 70s and 80s pay more attention to cultivating their own children＇s comprehensive development. Juvenile moral education is an important part of the contemporary juvenile education. Juvenile moral education is worthy of being paid attention to. On one hand, it is because the juvenile education is in the most basic and critical stage of the whole education stage, which is in the stage of the biggest influence of education development; on the other hand, it is because the young people are active and curious by nature, which will cause the difficulty of moral education to increase in the education process. Various countries and regions in the world have their own unique cultures and adjustments,and these different cultures affect the residents of different countries and regions with different living habits, ways of thinking and behaviors; thus forming different cultural differences. This paper, by taking the juvenile moral education between China and America as the research object, aims at analyzing the Chinese and Western cultural difference in juvenile moral education representation and transmission, aiming at from point to area,promoting the communication and development of juvenile moral education.

The Policy for Education of Migrant Workers＇ Children：Situation Analysis and the Future Orientation

The education of migrant workers＇ children is not only education but also social issue. Countries and places have introduced a number of policies to address the issue in a timely manner. At first, this paper analyzes the compulsory education policy for migrant workers＇ children and off-site college entrance policy, then find that there are still many problems in the formulation and implementation of policy. In the future, the relevant departments should be through improving the social status of migrant workers, increasing efforts to support the private school children of migrant workers, increasing investment in adult education, increasing the publicity of city, such the four aspects of policy guidance to coordinate and solve the education of migrant workers＇ children.

生活教育社的组建过程

生活教育社由陶行知领导创立。它的组建经历了漫长曲折的过程,历时十余年。其间,先后创建乡村教育同志会、乡村教育先锋团、《生活教育》、普及教育助成会和抗战教育研究会。这些是生活教育社公开成立前的酝酿与发展,以生活教育理论为指导,适应社会形势的变化和时代之需要,发动了乡村教育运动、普及教育运动、国难教育运动和战时教育运动,并培养了一批坚定的生活教育者,最终促成了1938年12月15日生活教育社在广西桂林正式成立。
