Two different yield criteria of von Mises and Hill'48 were applied in this model. Mechanical properties of AZ31 magnesium alloy used in the prediction were obtained by uniaxial tensile tests and the Fields-Backofen equation was incorporated in the analysis. In addition, experimental FLDs of AZ31 were acquired by conducting rigid die swell test at different temperatures to verify the prediction. It is demonstrated from a comparison between the predicted and the experimental FLDs at 473 K and 523 K that the predicted results are influenced by the type of yield criterion used in the calculation, especially at lower temperatures. Furthermore, a better agreement between the predicted results and experimental data for AZ31 magnesium alloy sheet at warm temperatures was obtained when Hill'48 yield criterion was applied.展开更多
A modified MK model combined with ductile fracture criterion(DFC-MK model) is proposed to compute the forming limit diagrams(FLDs) of 5A06-O aluminum alloy sheet at different temperatures.The material constant(C...A modified MK model combined with ductile fracture criterion(DFC-MK model) is proposed to compute the forming limit diagrams(FLDs) of 5A06-O aluminum alloy sheet at different temperatures.The material constant(C) of ductile fracture criterion and initial thickness imperfection parameter(f0) at various temperatures are determined by using a new computing method based on wide sheet bending test.The FLDs at 20 and 200 °C are calculated through the DFC-MK model.The DFC-MK model,which includes the influence of through-thickness normal stress,is written into the subroutine VUMAT embedded in Abaqus/ Explicit.The cylindrical cup hydroforming tests are carried out to verify the model.The results show that compared with experimental observations,the predicted FLDs based on DFC-MK model are more accurate than the conventional MK model;the errors between the simulations and experiments in warm hydroforming are 8.23% at 20 °C and 9.24% at 200 °C,which verify the effectiveness of the proposed model.展开更多

METHODS: 70 healthy volunteers we...AIM: To validate an optimized ^13C-urea breath test (^13C-UBT) protocol for the diagnosis of H pylori infection that is cost-efficient and maintains excellent diagnostic accuracy. METHODS: 70 healthy volunteers were tested with two simplified ^13C-UBT protocols, with test meal (Protocol 2) and without test meal (Protocol 1). Breath samples were collected at 10, 20 and 30 rain after ingestion of 50 mg ^13C-urea dissolved in 10 mL of water, taken as a single swallow, followed by 200 mL of water (pH 6.0) and a circular motion around the waistline to homogenize the urea solution. Performance of both protocols was analyzed at various cut-off values. Results were validated against the European protocol. RESULTS: According to the reference protocol, 65.7% individuals were positive for H pylori infection and 34.3% were negative. There were no significant differences in the ability of both protocols to correctly identify positive and negative H pylori individuals. However, only Protocol 1 with no test meal achieved accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative predictive values of 100%. The highest values achieved by Protocol 2 were 98.57%, 97.83%, 100%, 100% and 100%, respectively.CONCLUSION: A 10 min, 50 mg ^13C-UBT with no test meal using a cut-off value of 2-2.5 is a highly accurate test for the diagnosis of H pylori infection at a reduced cost.展开更多
The lower Ordovician mid-assemblage Formations in the central Ordos Basin of China host prolific gas resources,and most hydrocarbon reserves are stored in naturally-fractured reservoirs.Thus,fracture pathway systems m...The lower Ordovician mid-assemblage Formations in the central Ordos Basin of China host prolific gas resources,and most hydrocarbon reserves are stored in naturally-fractured reservoirs.Thus,fracture pathway systems may have a significant impact on reservoir performance.This article focuses on the core-and laboratory-based characterization of fractures.Through the developmental degrees,extended scale,output state and filling characteristics of various types of fractures,the results show that there are three distinct fracture types:1)nearly vertical fractures,2)oblique fractures,and 3)horizontal fractures.Based on a systematic study of the characterization of reservoir space,the main geologic setting of natural gas accumulation and the regional tectonic background,type 1 is mainly driven by the tectonic formation mechanism,and type 3 and parts of low-angle fractures in type 2 are induced by the diagenetic formation mechanism.While recovered paleopressure for methane-rich aqueous inclusions trapped in fracture-filling cement indicates that the fracture opening and growth are consistent with gas maturation and charge and such high-angle fractures in type 2 are caused by the compound formation mechanism.The fractures to hydrocarbon accumulation may play a more significant role in improving the quality of reservoir porosity.Furthermore,connected fractures,dissolved pores and cavities together constitute the three-dimensional pore-cave-fracture network pathway systems,with faults serving as the dominant charge pathways of highly pressurized gas in the study area.Our results demonstrate that protracted growth of a pervasive fracture system is not only the consequence of various formation mechanisms but also intrinsic to quasi-continuous accumulation reservoirs.展开更多

The 60GHz receiver is designed based on the super-heterodyne architecture consisting of a low noise amplifier (LNA) with inter-stage peaking technique, a single- balanced RF mixer, an IF amplifier, and a double-balanced I/Q down-conversion IF mixer. The proposed 60GHz receiver frontend derives from the sliding-IF structure and is designed with 7GHz ultra-wide bandwidth around 60GHz, supporting four 2.16GHz receiving channels from IEEE 802.1lad standard for next generation high speed Wi- Fi applications. Measured results show that the entire receiver achieves a peak gain of 12dB and an input 1-dB compression point of -14.SdBm, with a noise figure of lower than 7dB, while consumes a total DC current of only 60mA from a 1.2V voltage supply.展开更多

Geochemistry of the shale is used to study the provenance, paleoweathering and paleoredox conditions of this Tadpatri formation in order to better understand the development of the Cuddapah basin during Palaeo–Mesoproterozoic time. The higher CIA(average 74.39), PIA(average 85.94) and CIW(average 87.59) values of the Tadpatri shales suggest intensely weathered sources.Higher Al2_ O_3/TiO_2(average 30.78) and LREE/HREE ratio(average 8.80) with negative europium anomaly indicate derivation of the clastic sediments from a felsic source rock. The geochemical parameters like U, U/Th, Cu/Zn,Ni/Co, V/Cr ratios reveal that the Tadpatri shales are mainly deposited in an oxic condition.展开更多

In order to determine the planar and volume distribution of sand bodies of the Jurassic Badaowan formation in Block T13 of Junggar basin,we used analysis of field outcrop and 3D seismic data,which play an essential ro...In order to determine the planar and volume distribution of sand bodies of the Jurassic Badaowan formation in Block T13 of Junggar basin,we used analysis of field outcrop and 3D seismic data,which play an essential role in areas of sparse well coverage.We describe sedimentary facies characteristics,sand body planforms,width and connectivity patterns of sand bodies,and vertical associations and successions by acoustic impedance inversion technology and sedimentological theory.Results of our study show braided fluvial strata deposits in the Jurassic Badaowan formation.Each sand body is approximately lenticular in shape.The width of each sand body falls in the range 100~800 m,with most between 200 and 400 m.The sand bodies vary in thickness from 4 to 13 m,with most below 9 m.The width/thickness ratios lie in the range 20~55.The connectivity of braided fluvial channel sand bodies is controlled by changes of accommodation space.One fining-upward sedimentary cycle of base-level rise is recognized in Badaowan formation,representing an upward rise of base level.The connectivity of sand bodies was found to be greatest in the early stage of base-level rise,becoming progressively worse with increasing base-level rise.展开更多

SLV was estimated using our recently reported formula [the Chengdu formula: SLV (mL)=11.5×body weight (kg) + 334] and other reported formulae used for Chinese adults. Actual intraoperative liver volumes were obtained from a review of the patients' medical records.RESULTS: The actual right liver volume was not significantly different from the estimated right liver volume determined by the Chengdu formula, but was significantly smaller than estimates using the Heinemann, Urata, Vauthey, and Lee formulae (P<0.01), and signif icantly larger than estimates using the Fan formula (P<0.05).CONCLUSION: The Chengdu formula was demonstrated to be reliable by its application in LDLT.展开更多

Based on these data, the isodesmic reacflons are designed to calculate the standard enthalpy of formation (△fH^θ) and the standard Gibbs energy of formation (△fG^θ) of PBDTs. The relations of these thermodynamic parameters with the number and positionof bromine subsfituents (NPBS) are discussed, and it is found that there exist good correlations between othermody namic parameters (including heat capacity at constant volume, entropy, enthaipy, free energy, △fH^θ, △fG^θ) and NPBS. Thoe relative stability order of PBDT congeners is proposed theoretically based on the relative magnitude of their △fG^θ. In addition, the values of molar heat capacities at constant pressure (Cp,m) for PBDT c ongelaers are calculated.展开更多

We hypothesized that alterations in white matter microstructures can be non-invasiv...Multiple sclerosis is a neurodegenerative and inflammatory disease, a hallmark of which is demyelinating lesions in the white matter. We hypothesized that alterations in white matter microstructures can be non-invasively characterized by advanced diffusion magnetic resonance imaging. Seven diffusion metrics were extracted from hybrid diffusion imaging acquisitions via classic diffusion tensor imaging, neurite orientation dispersion and density imaging, and q-space imaging. We investigated the sensitivity of the diffusion metrics in 36 sets of regions of interest in the brain white matter of six female patients(age 52.8 ± 4.3 years) with multiple sclerosis. Each region of interest set included a conventional T2-defined lesion, a matched perilesion area, and normal-appearing white matter. Six patients with multiple sclerosis(n = 5) or clinically isolated syndrome(n = 1) at a mild to moderate disability level were recruited. The patients exhibited microstructural alterations from normal-appearing white matter transitioning to perilesion areas and lesions, consistent with decreased tissue restriction, decreased axonal density, and increased classic diffusion tensor imaging diffusivity. The findings suggest that diffusion compartment modeling and q-spa ce analysis appeared to be sensitive for detecting subtle microstructural alterations between perilesion areas and normal-appearing white matter.展开更多

Th...In order to effectively predict the fracture of AA7075-T6 sheet, the forming limit curves of AA7075-T6 high-strength sheet were drawn according to Morciniak Kuczyski (M K) model and Lou Huh criterion, respectively. The errors between the predicted values of the two theoretical prediction models and experimental values were calculated by error analysis. The forming limit curves were verified by the punch stretch test to evaluate the prediction accuracy of M K model and Lou Huh criterion. The error analysis results show that the mean error of Lou Huh criterion with the optimal parameters for all tensile specimens is 25.04%, while the mean error of M K model for all tensile specimens is 74.24%. The prediction accuracy of Lou Huh criterion in predicting the fracture of AA7075-T6 sheet is higher. The punch stretch test results show that the forming limit curve drawn by Lou Huh criterion can effectively predict the fracture of AA7075-T6 sheet, but the prediction accuracy of M K model is relatively poor.展开更多

The refined empirical li...To extract quantitative biophysical parameters such as leaf biomass and leaf chlorophyll concentration from the remotely sensed imagery, the effect of atmospheric attenuation must be removed. The refined empirical line (REL) method was used to calibrate the IKONOS multispectral imagery. The IKONOS digital numbers (DN) were converted to the at-satellite reflectance, then the linear relation between at-satellite reflectance and surface spectral reflectance (ρA) was derived from six bright targets of known reflectance in the image, and modelled estimates of the image reflectance at ρA=0. Validation targets were used to test the feasibility of REL method. The mean relative errors between ρA retrieved from IKONOS image using REL method and ground-measured ρA were 11%, 13%, 3% and 5% in the IKONOS blue, green, red and near-infrared (NIR) respectively. When dark targets are unavailable or measurement of dark target is inconvenient, the REL method was most crucial for retrieving surface spectral reflectance. The REL offers a simple approach for quantitative retrieval of biophysical parameters from IKONOS imagery.展开更多

文摘Enabling as the second phase of the Production-Oriented Approach(POA)instruction(Wen,2015),plays a vital role in determining the quality of productive performance of English language learners.To explore how to apply theoretical principles of enabling to practice,this paper interprets theoretical principles and reports the practice of the classroom implementation of enabling.The paper proposes a definition for enabling,clarifies the confusion between enabling and scaffolding,and clears up some misunderstandings about enabling.It explains three criteria for effective enabling,namely,alignment,gradualness,and variety,and elaborates on the relations among them.Based on the teaching material of Unit 7 of iEnglish,the paper demonstrates how to design and implement enabling activities under the guidance of these three criteria and evaluates the actual effectiveness of the enabling implemented in the classroom.

文摘In this paper, a fully integrated CMOS receiver frontend for high-speed short range wireless applications centering at 60GHz millimeter wave (mmW) band is designed and implemented in 90nm CMOS technology. The 60GHz receiver is designed based on the super-heterodyne architecture consisting of a low noise amplifier (LNA) with inter-stage peaking technique, a single- balanced RF mixer, an IF amplifier, and a double-balanced I/Q down-conversion IF mixer. The proposed 60GHz receiver frontend derives from the sliding-IF structure and is designed with 7GHz ultra-wide bandwidth around 60GHz, supporting four 2.16GHz receiving channels from IEEE 802.1lad standard for next generation high speed Wi- Fi applications. Measured results show that the entire receiver achieves a peak gain of 12dB and an input 1-dB compression point of -14.SdBm, with a noise figure of lower than 7dB, while consumes a total DC current of only 60mA from a 1.2V voltage supply.

文摘The Palaeo–Mesoproterozoic Tadapatri formation of the Cuddapah basin is comprised of clastic sedimentary rocks with minor carbonates and mafic–ultramafic sill bodies. Geochemistry of the shale is used to study the provenance, paleoweathering and paleoredox conditions of this Tadpatri formation in order to better understand the development of the Cuddapah basin during Palaeo–Mesoproterozoic time. The higher CIA(average 74.39), PIA(average 85.94) and CIW(average 87.59) values of the Tadpatri shales suggest intensely weathered sources.Higher Al2_ O_3/TiO_2(average 30.78) and LREE/HREE ratio(average 8.80) with negative europium anomaly indicate derivation of the clastic sediments from a felsic source rock. The geochemical parameters like U, U/Th, Cu/Zn,Ni/Co, V/Cr ratios reveal that the Tadpatri shales are mainly deposited in an oxic condition.

文摘A new low-cost demodulator for ZigBee receivers satisfying requirements of IEEE802.15.4 standard is presented,which is designed for ISM 2.4 GHz band and based on Zero-IF receivers.This demodulator extracts symbols directly from baseband signal rather than recovering PN code chips,so its structure is simple.Two main techniques are used to improve the performance of demodulator.One is Phase-Axis Crossing Detector(PACD) which detects the phase correlation of baseband signal.The other is symbol synchronization and sampling clock correction algorithm.The result shows that this demodulator performance,Symbol Error Rate(SER) and Packet Error Rate(PER) meet IEEE 802.15.4TM standard requirements and the demodulator can handle frequency offset in excess of 200 kHz,involving a Zero-IF receiver with a Noise Figure(NF) lower than 17 dB,which is easily imple-mented in standard CMOS technology.

文摘In order to determine the planar and volume distribution of sand bodies of the Jurassic Badaowan formation in Block T13 of Junggar basin,we used analysis of field outcrop and 3D seismic data,which play an essential role in areas of sparse well coverage.We describe sedimentary facies characteristics,sand body planforms,width and connectivity patterns of sand bodies,and vertical associations and successions by acoustic impedance inversion technology and sedimentological theory.Results of our study show braided fluvial strata deposits in the Jurassic Badaowan formation.Each sand body is approximately lenticular in shape.The width of each sand body falls in the range 100~800 m,with most between 200 and 400 m.The sand bodies vary in thickness from 4 to 13 m,with most below 9 m.The width/thickness ratios lie in the range 20~55.The connectivity of braided fluvial channel sand bodies is controlled by changes of accommodation space.One fining-upward sedimentary cycle of base-level rise is recognized in Badaowan formation,representing an upward rise of base level.The connectivity of sand bodies was found to be greatest in the early stage of base-level rise,becoming progressively worse with increasing base-level rise.

文摘Calcium sulfoaluminate,3CaO·3Al2O3·CaSO4,has been widely recognized in the realms of high-temperature combustion and cement chemistry.However,the lack of relevant thermodynamic data limits the progress of its research and development.Through comparative calculations using several different approaches,we obtain the thermochemical properties of 3CaO·3Al2O3·CaSO4 in this work,such as its standard formation enthalpy,Gibbs free en- ergy of formation,entropy,and molar heat capacity.With these fundamental data,thermodynamic calculations become possible for reactions involving this mineral.It is found that some reactions proposed in literature to generate this mineral may not proceed thermodynamically.
文摘AIM:To evaluate different standard liver volume (SLV) formula and verify the applicability of the formulae for Chinese adults.METHODS: Data from 70 cases of living donor liver transplantation (LDLT) performed at our transplantation centers between January 2008 and April 2009 were analyzed. SLV was estimated using our recently reported formula [the Chengdu formula: SLV (mL)=11.5×body weight (kg) + 334] and other reported formulae used for Chinese adults. Actual intraoperative liver volumes were obtained from a review of the patients' medical records.RESULTS: The actual right liver volume was not significantly different from the estimated right liver volume determined by the Chengdu formula, but was significantly smaller than estimates using the Heinemann, Urata, Vauthey, and Lee formulae (P<0.01), and signif icantly larger than estimates using the Fan formula (P<0.05).CONCLUSION: The Chengdu formula was demonstrated to be reliable by its application in LDLT.

文摘The thermodynamic properties of 135 polybrominated dibenzothiophenes (PBDTs) in the gaseous state at 298.15 K and 1.013×10^5 Pa, are calculated using the density functional theory (the B3LYP/6-311G^**) with Gaussian 03. Based on these data, the isodesmic reacflons are designed to calculate the standard enthalpy of formation (△fH^θ) and the standard Gibbs energy of formation (△fG^θ) of PBDTs. The relations of these thermodynamic parameters with the number and positionof bromine subsfituents (NPBS) are discussed, and it is found that there exist good correlations between othermody namic parameters (including heat capacity at constant volume, entropy, enthaipy, free energy, △fH^θ, △fG^θ) and NPBS. Thoe relative stability order of PBDT congeners is proposed theoretically based on the relative magnitude of their △fG^θ. In addition, the values of molar heat capacities at constant pressure (Cp,m) for PBDT c ongelaers are calculated.

文摘Multiple sclerosis is a neurodegenerative and inflammatory disease, a hallmark of which is demyelinating lesions in the white matter. We hypothesized that alterations in white matter microstructures can be non-invasively characterized by advanced diffusion magnetic resonance imaging. Seven diffusion metrics were extracted from hybrid diffusion imaging acquisitions via classic diffusion tensor imaging, neurite orientation dispersion and density imaging, and q-space imaging. We investigated the sensitivity of the diffusion metrics in 36 sets of regions of interest in the brain white matter of six female patients(age 52.8 ± 4.3 years) with multiple sclerosis. Each region of interest set included a conventional T2-defined lesion, a matched perilesion area, and normal-appearing white matter. Six patients with multiple sclerosis(n = 5) or clinically isolated syndrome(n = 1) at a mild to moderate disability level were recruited. The patients exhibited microstructural alterations from normal-appearing white matter transitioning to perilesion areas and lesions, consistent with decreased tissue restriction, decreased axonal density, and increased classic diffusion tensor imaging diffusivity. The findings suggest that diffusion compartment modeling and q-spa ce analysis appeared to be sensitive for detecting subtle microstructural alterations between perilesion areas and normal-appearing white matter.

文摘In order to effectively predict the fracture of AA7075-T6 sheet, the forming limit curves of AA7075-T6 high-strength sheet were drawn according to Morciniak Kuczyski (M K) model and Lou Huh criterion, respectively. The errors between the predicted values of the two theoretical prediction models and experimental values were calculated by error analysis. The forming limit curves were verified by the punch stretch test to evaluate the prediction accuracy of M K model and Lou Huh criterion. The error analysis results show that the mean error of Lou Huh criterion with the optimal parameters for all tensile specimens is 25.04%, while the mean error of M K model for all tensile specimens is 74.24%. The prediction accuracy of Lou Huh criterion in predicting the fracture of AA7075-T6 sheet is higher. The punch stretch test results show that the forming limit curve drawn by Lou Huh criterion can effectively predict the fracture of AA7075-T6 sheet, but the prediction accuracy of M K model is relatively poor.

文摘To extract quantitative biophysical parameters such as leaf biomass and leaf chlorophyll concentration from the remotely sensed imagery, the effect of atmospheric attenuation must be removed. The refined empirical line (REL) method was used to calibrate the IKONOS multispectral imagery. The IKONOS digital numbers (DN) were converted to the at-satellite reflectance, then the linear relation between at-satellite reflectance and surface spectral reflectance (ρA) was derived from six bright targets of known reflectance in the image, and modelled estimates of the image reflectance at ρA=0. Validation targets were used to test the feasibility of REL method. The mean relative errors between ρA retrieved from IKONOS image using REL method and ground-measured ρA were 11%, 13%, 3% and 5% in the IKONOS blue, green, red and near-infrared (NIR) respectively. When dark targets are unavailable or measurement of dark target is inconvenient, the REL method was most crucial for retrieving surface spectral reflectance. The REL offers a simple approach for quantitative retrieval of biophysical parameters from IKONOS imagery.
