应用基因型与播期互作效应分析水稻光温敏核不育系对光周期和温度的育性敏感性 被引量:7

应用AMMI模型、线性回归模型和系统聚类分析方法分析了9个水稻光温敏核不育系和2个对照不育系(培矮64S,浙农大11S),在9个播期环境下花粉和种子育性的变化动态。从AMMI两维图可直观看到基因型与播期的交互模式,根据最大互作效应主成分轴I... 应用AMMI模型、线性回归模型和系统聚类分析方法分析了9个水稻光温敏核不育系和2个对照不育系(培矮64S,浙农大11S),在9个播期环境下花粉和种子育性的变化动态。从AMMI两维图可直观看到基因型与播期的交互模式,根据最大互作效应主成分轴IPCA1值和花粉育性平均值将不育系分成3个集团。第1集团是培矮64S(1)、浙大21S(10)和浙大22S(11),具有较低花粉育性平均值和较高IPCA1值,表明它们对温度变化比较敏感,且有较大的负向互作效应。第2集团是浙农大11S(2)、浙大4S(3)、浙大5S(4)、浙大7S(6)、浙大8S(7)和浙大9S(8),其花粉育性平均值和互作值相对较低,变动在0.013~0.276间,暗示花粉育性对播期敏感度低。第3集团是浙大6S(5)和浙大10S(9),花粉育性平均值高,互作效应大,该2个不育系尚有分离,且花粉育性对播期反映敏感度高。对光敏型和温敏型不育系而言,基因型IPCA值大小主要反映它们对光周期和温度敏感性强弱。花粉和种子育性在基因型、播期及其互作效应上都存在极显著差异。本文还提出利用育性相对稳定性的定量指标Di界定光温敏核不育系的育性稳定性,分析表明,Di值与育种实践结果较为接近。基于AMMI模型的基因型主效应和互作效应分析可以明确划分不育系的不育期、育性转换期和可育期,并将水稻光敏型与温敏型不育系区分开,因而该模型可为不育系应用于种子生产提供信息和依据。 展开更多

目的基于中药经典复方葛根芩连汤(Gegen Qinlian decoction,GQD)合煎过程中成分间相互作用,探讨其代表性成分葛根素、小檗碱、汉黄芩苷、黄芩苷、甘草酸、巴马汀体外结合形成自组装纳米粒的性能及改善伊立替康(CPT-11)所致肠毒性作用的... 目的基于中药经典复方葛根芩连汤(Gegen Qinlian decoction,GQD)合煎过程中成分间相互作用,探讨其代表性成分葛根素、小檗碱、汉黄芩苷、黄芩苷、甘草酸、巴马汀体外结合形成自组装纳米粒的性能及改善伊立替康(CPT-11)所致肠毒性作用的药理活性,为来源于中药汤剂的活性成分间的自组装纳米粒提供参考。方法采用溶剂挥发法分别制备小檗碱-汉黄芩苷自组装纳米粒(berberine-wogonoside nanoparticles,Ber-Wog NPs)、小檗碱-葛根素自组装纳米粒(berberine-puerarin nanoparticles,Ber-Pue NPs)、黄芩苷-葛根素自组装纳米粒(baicalin-puerarin nanoparticles,Bai-Pue NPs)、黄芩苷-巴马汀自组装纳米粒(baicalin-palmatine nanoparticles,Bai-Pal NPs)、黄芩苷-甘草酸自组装纳米粒(baicalin-glycyrrhizic acid nanoparticles,Bai-GA NPs)5种组分自组装纳米粒,测定其粒径分布、多分散指数(polydispersity index,PDI)、包封率、载药量,采用透射电子显微镜(transmission electron microscope,TEM)观察其微观形貌,紫外光谱和傅里叶红外光谱考察成分间相互作用;考察5种组分自组装纳米粒缓解CPT-11致小鼠迟发性腹泻的药理作用。结果组分间按1∶1投药比,制备所得Ber-Wog NPs、Ber-Pue NPs、Bai-Pue NPs、Bai-Pal NPs、Bai-GA NPs的平均粒径分别为(198.09±4.64)、(216.29±5.31)、(173.53±5.46)、(185.75±3.38)、(242.10±12.30)nm;PDI分别为0.14±0.06、0.13±0.06、0.19±0.03、0.19±0.01、0.21±0.05,TEM观察均为球状纳米粒,除Ber-Wog NPs外,其余4种纳米粒包封率均较高。紫外可见吸收光谱和红外光谱提示,5种纳米粒的组装均是通过分子间非共价键作用形成;分子对接模型进一步提示,其形成机制与分子间静电相互作用或氢键相关。药效试验结果显示,制剂组可缓解小鼠体质量降低,腹泻指数降低,结肠组织炎症因子肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(interleukin,IL-1β)含量降低,IL-10含量升高;苏木精-伊红染色(hematoxylin-eosin staining,HE染色)显示结肠黏膜组织病变显著缓解。结论GQD来源的几种代表性成分可高效自组装形成纳米粒,且具有类似GQD缓解CPT-11所致肠毒性作用,为研究传统中药汤剂药效物质基础形态与药效的相关性提供了新思路。 展开更多

Peridotites from the southern Mariana forearc were sampled on the landward trench slope of the Izu-Bonin-Mariana (IBM) subduction zone by dredging.These mantle wedge peridotites underwent hydration by fluid derived from a dehydrated descending slab,and later interacted with seawater after emplacement at or near the seafloor.This study investigates how these two different rock-fluid interaction processes influenced trace element distribution in the southern Mariana forearc peridotites.We measured trace element concentrations of peridotites from the southern Mariana forearc.The southern Mariana forearc peridotites are characterized by a distinct seawater-like REE pattern with an obvious negative Ce anomaly,and La shows good correlation with other REEs (except Ce).In addition,there is a great enrichment of U,Pb,Sr and Li elements,which show a distinct positive anomaly relative to adjacent elements in the multi-element diagram.For the seawater-like REE pattern,we infer that REEs are mainly influenced by seawater during peridotite-seawater interactions after their emplacement at or near the seafloor,by serpentinization or by marine weathering.Furthermore,the anomalous behavior of Ce,compared with other rare earth elements in these samples,may indicate that they have undergone reactions involving Ce (IV) when the peridotites interacted with seawater.Positive U,Pb,Sr and Li anomalies are inferred to be related to seawater and/or fluids released during dehydration of the subducting slab. 展开更多

Thermal decomposition of 21 kinds of binary mixtures between typical medical compositions was investigated under nitrogen conditions by dynamic thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) at 25–800 °C. The weighed sum method(WSM) coupled with thermal analysis was applied to study the interaction between components. Then, co-pyrolysis kinetic model of the binary mixtures(tube for transfusion(TFT) and gauze) was established to verify the reliability of conclusions. The results show the follows. 1) Strong or weak interactions are shown between binary mixtures containing polyvinyl chloride(PVC), the main ingredient of TFT. The addition of other medical waste could enhance first stage decomposition of TFT. While, the secondary stage pyrolysis may be suppressed or enhanced or not affected by the addition. 2) There exists no interaction between catheter and other component, the DTG peak temperature representing Ca CO3 decomposition in catheter fraction is obviously lower than that of pure catheter; while,the shape of DTG peak keeps unchanged. 3) No evident reaction occurs between the other mix-samples, it is considered that their co-pyrolysis characteristics are linear superposition of mono-component pyrolysis characteristics. 展开更多

This paper aims at showing how rhetoric and meaning in Zambian poetry interact. The work analyses the definition of poetry and gives the understanding that poetry is an artistic use of language that employs figurative language for maximum effect. The work also analyses rhetoric and concludes that the sole aim of rhetoric is to persuade the audience. The use of this rhetoric is later identified as a preoccupation of most poets. After studying a number of rhetorical devices used in poetry, the work has studied selected Zambian poems and focussed on the use of rhyme and alliteration in the poems. It has been shown that there is much use of rhyme but with limited use of alliteration. In both cases, the use is not so much to the contribution to the meaning in the poetry. The poets usually use these devices for the sake of beauty and not meaning. The paper therefore suggests that poets could undergo some formal training in composition while the art is also taught to the young while in their early years in schools. 展开更多

中医药在中华民族防病治病及繁衍生息进程中做出了卓越贡献,目前,中医药传承创新发展已经上升为国家战略。然而,近年来中药不良反应/事件频发,尤其针对新发现“有毒”中药的安全性问题,往往难以做出科学的回答并制定有效解决方案,面对... 中医药在中华民族防病治病及繁衍生息进程中做出了卓越贡献,目前,中医药传承创新发展已经上升为国家战略。然而,近年来中药不良反应/事件频发,尤其针对新发现“有毒”中药的安全性问题,往往难以做出科学的回答并制定有效解决方案,面对国际舆论和社会公众质疑时,常陷入“被动应对”的窘迫局面。破解中药安全性难题亟需在中药毒性认知及安全风险防控方面实现突破。该文基于笔者团队既往在新发现“有毒”中药安全性评价及风险防控方面取得的原创性成果,提出并创新了中药毒性认知理论和方法,开辟了中药特异质毒性和间接毒性研究新领域,创建了病证结合的中药安全性评价模式和方法——病证毒理学,基于病证毒理学研究揭示了何首乌等中药致肝损伤的客观性及特异质属性,系统阐释了其诱发免疫特异质肝损伤的成因机制,提出并证实了中药免疫特异质肝损伤“三因致毒”机制假说;发现了多种中药诱发特异质或间接毒性的物质往往为非直接毒性物质,由此提出了“中药毒性相关物质”的概念;结合中药毒性现代科学认知提出基于成分效应靶标互作的中药配伍减毒策略和方法,为全面揭示“有毒”中药毒副反应科学内涵并建立科学有效的风险防控对策提供了基础。基于中药毒性认知的创新发展,将为科学评价与精准防控“有毒”中药安全风险提供重要的理论指导和方法学支撑。 展开更多

This work describes the gelation behaviors and properties of a biological molecule, guanosine 5′-monophosphate disodium salt(GMP), in the presence of trivalent lanthanide ions. Hydrogels composed of GMP-quadruplexes were prepared by adjusting p H,through which the protonation of phosphate group was controlled to tune the interactions between lanthanide ions and GMP.Within the p H region of 2–6, the electrostatic interaction between lanthanide ions and phosphate group is hindered and the cation-dipole interaction acts as the main driving force for the formation of G-quadruplexes. All the hydrogels were found consisting of three-dimensional network of the intertwining one-dimensional nanofibers formed by the stacking G-quartets induced by lanthanide ions. A significant fluorescence enhancement of thioflavin T(Th T), a fluorescent molecule, was found to be triggered by the G-quadruplex structures, for which the rotation of chromophoric groups on Th T molecules were prohibited due to the implant into the G-quadruplex structures. 展开更多

Intergroup conflicts occupy a special place in the interaction of social groups and of necessity form the basic building blocks for the integration of previously fragmented groups. The Western Niger delta obviously has since been a theatre of socio-political conflicts. Viewed from the contemporary clime, there is a lacuna in the formulation of theories and concepts in understanding and explaining the nature and pattern of intergroup relations in the region from the pre-colonial period. This work therefore attempts an exploratory analysis of some theories and concepts of intergroup relations in the Western Niger Delta of Nigeria using the historical approach with the use of secondary source materials. The paper concludes that the relation among the diverse ethnic groups in Nigeria, especially the Western Niger Delta, may not have been as intense, or as hostile as it has become since the attainment of independence in 1960. This paper no doubt is essential for the understanding and tackling of the problem of intergroup relations and conflict in the region in particular and Nigeria at large. 展开更多
