改革开放以来,中国政治经济领域的显著成就令全球瞩目。《政府工作报告》的英译本作为展示中国政策与国情的重要平台,为翻译界提供了宝贵参考。本文以纽马克的成分分析翻译法为理论依据,探究2023年《政府工作报告》英译本中的中国特色...改革开放以来,中国政治经济领域的显著成就令全球瞩目。《政府工作报告》的英译本作为展示中国政策与国情的重要平台,为翻译界提供了宝贵参考。本文以纽马克的成分分析翻译法为理论依据,探究2023年《政府工作报告》英译本中的中国特色生态文化词汇、中国特色物质文化词汇与中国特色社会文化词汇的翻译方法。经过成分分析翻译法的解构、传译与重构三步骤原理进行案例分析,本文发现《政府工作报告》英译本多用直译与意译互为补充、意译、意译与增译相结合等英译方法再现中国特色文化词汇的意义成分,紧贴源语语境,易于受众理解,助推中华文化的国际传播。Since the reform and opening up, China’s remarkable achievements in the politics and economics have attracted global attention. The English version of the 2023 Government Work Report, as an important platform to showcase China’s policies and situations, serves as an invaluable source of reference for translators. This paper takes Newmark’s componential analysis as the theoretical ba-sis to explore the translation methods of the Chinese ecological, material, and social culture- specific items in the English version of the 2023 Government Work Report. After case studies based on the three-step principle of the componential analysis theory, namely, deconstruction, interpretation and reconstruction, this paper unfolds that such translation methods as free translation plus literal translation, free translation, and free translation along with augmentation are applied to the Eng-lish version of the 2023 Government Work Report, through which the sense components of Chinese culture-specific items are well demonstrated. Therefore, the English version is close to the source text and understandable to the target audience, thus promoting the dissemination of Chinese cul-ture to the world.展开更多
Up to now, the evaporation and condensation, as well as the biological absorption and inorganic absorptions, have been proved to be major factors in Cd isotope fractionation. And Cd isotopes have been widely applied i...Up to now, the evaporation and condensation, as well as the biological absorption and inorganic absorptions, have been proved to be major factors in Cd isotope fractionation. And Cd isotopes have been widely applied in studies on the universal evolution and marine environment and so on. However, only a few researches have been conducted in applying Cd isotopes to trace the source of metallogenic material and the evolution of the ore-forming fluid in a complex mineralization environment, especially in a hydrothermal ore-formation system. We measured the Cd isotopic compositions of sphalerite, galena, and ores from five lead-zinc deposits in SW China, and found that the ~14/11~Cd values varied from -1.53%o to 0.34%0, with a total range of 1.87%o, which is greater than most of measured geological samples. Meanwhile, through contrasting the Cd content with Cd isotopic compositions of different deposits, it may be concluded that different genetic lead-zinc deposits have different Cd content and isotopic compositions, which could be a tool for the studies on the origin of ore deposits. Also, the biominera]iza- tion and crystal fractionation may also result in Cd isotope fractionation. In a word, although the research of Cd isotopes is presently at the preliminary stage (especially in hydrothermal ore-formation system), this study demonstrated that Cd isotopes can give a clue in tracing the evolution of ore-forming fluid and metallogenic environment.展开更多
Nuclear distribution gene C (NudC) was first found in Aspergillus nidulans as an upstream regulator of NudF, whose mamma- lian homolog is Lissencephaly 1 (Lisl). NudC is conserved from fungi to mammals. Vertebrate...Nuclear distribution gene C (NudC) was first found in Aspergillus nidulans as an upstream regulator of NudF, whose mamma- lian homolog is Lissencephaly 1 (Lisl). NudC is conserved from fungi to mammals. Vertebrate NudC has three homologs: NudC, NudC-like protein (NudCL), and NudC-like protein 2 (NudCL2). All members of the NudC family share a conserved p23 domain, which possesses chaperone activity both in conjunction with and independently of heat shock protein 90 (Hsp90). Our group and the others found that NudC homologs were involved in cell cycle regulation by stabilizing the components of the LIS l/dynein complex. Additionally, NudC plays important roles in cell migration, ciliogenesis, thrombopoiesis, and the in- flammatory response. It has been reported that NudCL is essential for the stability of the dynein intermediate chain and cilio- genesis via its interaction with the dynein 2 complex. Our data showed that NudCL2 regulates the LISl/dynein pathway by stabilizing LIS 1 with Hsp90 chaperone. The fourth distantly related member of the NudC family, CML66, a tumor-associated antigen in human leukemia, contains a p23 domain and appears to promote oncogenesis by regulating the IGF-1R-MAPK sig- naling pathway. In this review, we summarize our current knowledge of the NudC family and highlight its potential clinical relevance.展开更多
