利用自制熔体微分静电纺丝装置探索聚丙烯(PP)分别与纳米碳酸钙(Ca CO3)、固体石蜡、混合无机盐3种不同共混体系的熔体电纺复合纤维的纺丝工艺,并利用后处理方法除去上述3种成孔剂,得到了表面粗糙并带有微孔的PP纤维。试验表明:在一定... 利用自制熔体微分静电纺丝装置探索聚丙烯(PP)分别与纳米碳酸钙(Ca CO3)、固体石蜡、混合无机盐3种不同共混体系的熔体电纺复合纤维的纺丝工艺,并利用后处理方法除去上述3种成孔剂,得到了表面粗糙并带有微孔的PP纤维。试验表明:在一定条件下,3种复合纤维均可由熔体微分电纺法制备,纤维平均直径分别为8.22、8.67和6.08μm,均小于纯PP纤维的12.10μm,纤维直径不随熔融指数增大而减小;气流辅助可以增加泰勒锥根数,当泰勒锥根数达到一定程度时,有助于射流的稳定和纤维的细化。3种复合纤维均可由后处理方法得到表面粗糙并带有微孔的结构:除去Ca CO3的纤维微孔大小不一,分布不均;除去固体石蜡的纤维表面粗糙,有条状和块状凹痕;除去无机盐的纤维微孔相对较小,分布较均匀。与纯PP纤维相比,3种复合纤维的直径更细,表面更粗糙,可以起到增强材料的亲水性(或疏水性)的作用。 展开更多

似粘聚力对砂土地层成孔性影响分析

工程上处理砂土地层作为持力层时,多将其视为粘聚力为零的无粘性土,这种忽视似粘聚力存在的做法过低得估计了土体强度,使得设计参数相对保守,工程造价也因此增加。此外,在砂土地层的基坑中采用土钉支护时,成孔不易,容易坍塌,无法正常施... 工程上处理砂土地层作为持力层时,多将其视为粘聚力为零的无粘性土,这种忽视似粘聚力存在的做法过低得估计了土体强度,使得设计参数相对保守,工程造价也因此增加。此外,在砂土地层的基坑中采用土钉支护时,成孔不易,容易坍塌,无法正常施工。本文通过引进非饱和砂土的似粘聚力,采用力学方法对砂土地层进行稳定性分析,得到了砂土地层在孔洞挖成后重分布的应力场及位移场,并且以西安某大厦基坑支护项目为依托,结合Flac3D数值模拟来进行成孔稳定性的分析研究。结果表明,砂土地层的成孔性与砂土似粘聚力相关,在一定的密实度下,砂土的似粘聚力与其含水率有关。在工程实践中,可通过改变砂土含水率来保证砂土地层的土钉成孔。 展开更多

A series of meso‐microporous copper‐supporting chabazite molecular sieve(CuSAPO‐34) catalysts with excellent performance in low‐temperature ammonia selective catalytic reduction(NH3‐SCR)have been synthesized via a one‐pot hydrothermal crystallization method. The physicochemical properties of the catalysts were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, N2 adsorption‐desorption measurements, X‐ray diffraction, 27 Al magic angle spinning nuclear magnetic resonance, diffuse reflectance ultraviolet‐visible spectroscopy, inductively coupled plasma‐atomic emission spectroscopy, X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, temperature‐programmed reduction measurements, and electron paramagnetic resonance analysis. The formation of micro‐mesopores in the Cu‐SAPO‐34 catalysts decreases diffusion resistance and greatly improves the accessibility of reactants to catalytic active sites. The main active sites for NH3‐SCR reaction are the isolated Cu^2+ species displaced into the ellipsoidal cavity of the Cu‐SAPO‐34 catalysts. 展开更多

Porous medium has an obvious effect on the formation of carbon dioxide hydrate. In order to study the characteristics of CO2 hydrate formation in porous medium below the freezing point, the experiment of CO2 hydrate formation was conducted in a high-pressure 1.8-L cell in the presence of porous media with a particle size of 380 μm, 500 μm and 700 μm, respectively. The test results showed that the porous medium had an important influence on the process of CO2 hydrate formation below the freezing point. Compared with porous media with a particle size of 500 μm and 700 μm, respectively, the average hydrate formation rate and gas storage capacity of carbon dioxide hydrate in the porous medium with a particle size of 380 μm attained 0.016 14 mol/h and 65.094 L/L, respectively. The results also indicated that, within a certain range of particle sizes, the smaller the particle size of porous medium was, the larger the average hydrate formation rate and the gas storage capacity of CO2 hydrate during the process of hydrate formation would be. 展开更多

This work aimed to prepare the nanospike surface-modified bionic porous titanium implants that feature favorableosteointegration performance and anti-bacterial functions.The implant was prepared using freeze casting,and nanospikesurface-modification of the implant was performed using thermal oxidation.The pore morphology and size,mechanical properties,and osteogenic performance of the implants were analyzed and discussed.The results showed that when the volume ratio of titaniumpowder in slurry was set to be10%,the porosity,pore diameter,compressive strength,and elastic modulus of the porous sampleswere(58.32±1.08)%,(126.17±18.64)μm,(58.51±20.38)MPa and(1.70±0.52)GPa,respectively.When the porous sample wassintered at a temperature of1200°C for1h,these values were(58.24±1.50)%,(124.16±13.64)μm,(54.77±27.55)MPa and(1.63±0.30)GPa,respectively.The nanospike surface-modified bionic porous titanium implants had favorable pore morphology andsize,mechanical properties and osteointegration performance through technology optimization,and showed significant clinicalapplication prospect. 展开更多

Further covalent incorporation of various amines including single amine group, multi-amine groups of diethylenediamine (DETA), and poly-amine groups of polyethylenimine (PEI) to the network gave rise to task-specific modification of the microenvironments to make them more suitable for CO2 capture. As a result, significant boost of CO2 adsorption capacity of 4.5 mmol/g (for FC-POP-CH2DETA, 273 K, 1 bar) and the CO2/N2 selectivity of 736.1 (for FC- POP-CH2PEI) were observed after the post-synthesis amine modifications. Furthermore, these materials can be regener- ated in elevated temperature under vacuum without apparent loss of CO2 adsorption capacity. 展开更多

In order to increase the absorption of laser energy and improve the weld appearance in laser welding of Al alloy, 1.8 mm- 6013 Al alloy plate was welded by activating flux CO2 laser welding. Activating flux includes oxide and fluoride, which was coated on the workpiece surface before welding. The experimental results show that the activating flux can effectively improve the absorption of CO2 laser energy and increase the amount of the molten base metal. The improvement on the absorption of laser energy by oxide activating flux is greater than that by fluoride activating flux or two-component activating flux, but the slag detachability made from both the single activating flux and two-activating flux is poor. The gas pore sensitivity with oxide activating flux is much higher than that with fluoride activating flux in CO2 laser welding of 6013 Al alloy. 展开更多

The structure and properties of the rhombus-like SmCO3OH microplates were characterized by X-ray diffraction, field-emission scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The optical property of the rhombus-like SmCO3OH microplates doped with Eu^3+ was investigated by photoluminescence. A broad and strong emission band at 677 nm was obtained, which can be contributed to producing light conversion film. 展开更多

This paper presents a new method of High Resolution Range (HRR) profile formation based on Linear Frequency Modulation (LFM) signal fusion of multiple radars with multiple frequency bands. The principle of the multiple radars signal fusion improving the range resolution is analyzed. With the analysis of return signals received by two radars,it is derived that the phase difference between the echoes varies almost linearly with respect to the frequency if the distance between two radars is neg-ligible compared with the radar observation distance. To compensate the phase difference,an en-tropy-minimization principle based compensation algorithm is proposed. During the fusion process,the B-splines interpolation method is applied to resample the signals for Fourier transform imaging. The theoretical analysis and simulations results show the proposed method can effectively increase signal bandwidth and provide a high resolution range profile. 展开更多

As a main charging burden of blast furnace(BF)ironmaking process,pellets play an important role in ironmaking process.However,compared with sinters,there are some inevitable disadvantages for traditional acid pellets,e.g.,reduction swell,low melting temperature.Therefore,the fluxed-pellets have been applied in BF,especially MgO-fluxed pellets.In the present study,the effects of category and content of MgO bearing additive on the compressive strength(CS),reduction swelling index(RSI),reduction disintegration index(RDI)and melting-dripping properties of the pellets were investigated.Minerals composition,pore distribution and microstructure of MgO-flux pellets were studied by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),mercury intrusion method and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),respectively.The results show that the light burned magnesite(LBM)is more suitable MgO bearing additive for fluxed-pellets.With increasing LBM content from 0 to 2.0%,the CS decreases from 3066 to 2689 N,RSI decreases from 16.43%to 9.97%and RDI decreases from 19.2%to 12.99%.The most appropriate MgO bearing additive content in the fluxed-pellets is 2.0%according to principal component analysis(PCA). 展开更多

The pore structures and electrochemical performances of mesoporous carbons prepared by silica sol template method as electrode material for supercapacitor were investigated. The mean pore size and mass specific capacitance of the mesoporous carbons increase with the increase of mass ratio of silica sol to carbon source (glucose). A modified template method, combining silica sol template method and ZnCl2 chemical activation method, was proposed to improve the mass specific capacitance of the mesoporous carbon with an improved BET surface area. The correlation of rate capability and pore structure was studied by constant current discharge and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. A commercially available microporous carbon was used for comparison. The result shows that mesoporous carbon with a larger pore size displays a higher rate capability. Mesoporous carbon synthesized by modified template method has both high mass specific capacitance and good rate capability. 展开更多

A novel method for determining the anisotropy of geophysical parameters: unit range variation increment(URVI)

We propose a novel method to determine t... Geometric anisotropy is commonly assumed in the investigation of the spatial variations of geophysical parameters. However, this assumption is not always satisfied in practice. We propose a novel method to determine the anisotropy of geophysical parameters. In the proposed method, the variograms are first normalized in all directions. Then, the normalized samples are fitted by the unit range variation increment(URVI) function to estimate the intensities of the variograms in each direction, from which the anisotropy can be finally determined. The performance of the proposed method is validated using InSAR atmospheric delay measurements over the Shanghai region. The results show that the deviation of the method is 6.4%, and that of the geometric anisotropy-based method is 21.2%. In addition, the computational efficiency of the new method is much higher. Subsequently, the URVI- and the geometric anisotropy-based methods are cross-validated in the cross-validation experiments by using Kriging interpolation. The results demonstrate that the structure functions generated with the proposed method are more accurate and can better refl ect the spatial characteristics of the random fi eld. Therefore, the proposed method, which is more accurate and effi cient to determine the anisotropy than the conventional geometry anisotropy-based method, provides a better foundation to estimate the geophysical parameters of interest. 展开更多

Mesoporous TiO_2-B/anatase microparticles have been in-situ synthesized from K_2Ti_2O_5 without template.The TiO_2-B phase around the particle surface accelerates the diffusion of charges through the interface,while the anatase phase in the core maintains the capacity stability.The heterojunction interface between the main polymorph of anatase and the trace of TiO_2-B exhibits promising lithium ion battery performance.This trace of 5%(by mass) TiO_2-B determined by Raman spectra brings the first discharge capacity of this material to 247 mA · h ·g^(-1),giving 20%improvement compared to the anatase counterpart Stability testing at 1 C reveals that the capacity maintains at 171 mA·h·^(-1),which is better than 162 mA·h·g^(-1) for single phase anatase or 159 mA·h·g^(-1) for TiO_2-B.The mesoporous TiO_2-B/anatase rnicroparticles also show superior rate performance with 100 mA·h·g^(-1) at 40 C,increased by nearly 25%as compared to pure anatase.This opens a possibility of a general design route,which can be applied to other metal oxide electrode materials for rechargeable batteries and supercapacitors. 展开更多

A laser technique based scanning system was employed to make a comprehensive scanning through borehole forunmapped cavity under open pit bench,then the three-dimensional data will be obtained,and these data were used for theoreticalanalysis and numerical simulation to analyze the stability of cap rock.Acoustic emission techniques were also adopted to carry outlong term real time rupture monitoring in cap rock.Therefore,a complete safety evaluation system for the cap rock was establishedto ensure safe operation of subsequent blasting processes.The ideal way of eliminating collapse hazard of such cavity is cap rockcaving through deep-hole blasting,thus,two deep-hole blasting schemes named as vertical deep-hole blasting scheme and one-timeraise driving integrated with deep-hole bench blasting scheme were proposed.The vertical deep-hole blasting scheme has moreexplosive consumption,but the relatively simple blasting net work structure can greatly reduce workloads.However,the one-timeraise driving integrated with deep-hole bench blasting scheme can obviously reduce explosive consumption,but the higher technicalrequirements on drilling,explosive charging and blasting network will increase workloads. 展开更多

A new nonlinear integral transform of ocean wave spectra into Along-Track Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (ATI-SAR) image spectra is described. ATI-SAR phase image spectra are calculated for various sea states and radar configurations based on the nonlinear integral transform. The numerical simulations show that the slant range to velocity ratio (R/V), significant wave height to ocean wavelength ratio (Hi2), the baseline (2B) and incident angle (0) affect ATI-SAR imaging. The ATI-SAR imaging theory is validated by means of Two X-band, HH-polarized ATI-SAR phase images of ocean waves and eight C-band, HH-polarized ATI-SAR phase image spectra of ocean waves. It is shown that ATI-SAR phase image spectra are in agreement with those calculated by forward mapping in situ directional wave spectra collected simultaneously with available ATI-SAR observations. ATI-SAR spectral correlation coefficients between observed and simulated are greater than 0.6 and are not sensitive to the degree of nonlinearity. However, the ATI-SARoPhase image spectral turns towards the range direction, even if the real ocean wave direction is 30. We read with great interest the editorial article by Meshikhes AWN published in issue 25 of World J Gastroenterol 2011.The article described the advantages of emergency laparoscopic appendectomy compared with interval appendectomy as a new safe treatment modality for the appendiceal mass.The author concluded that the emergency laparoscopic appendectomy was a safe treatment modality for the appendiceal mass,and might prove to be more cost-effective than conservative treatment,with no need for interval appendectomy.However,we would like to highlight certain issues regarding the possibility of percutaneous catheter drainage to successfully treat the appendiceal mass,with no need for appendectomy,too. 展开更多

The original nonlinear chirp scaling(NCS) algorithm was extended for high precision processing of the highly squinted curvilinear trajectory synthetic aperture radar(CTSAR).Based on the analysis of slant range model and the frequency spectrum characteristics of the echo signal,a novel nonlinear chirp scaling function and more complex phase compensation factors with both velocity and acceleration parameters were proposed in the new algorithm for accommodation to curvilinear trajectory.The processing flow and computational complexity of modified NCS algorithm were fundamentally the same as the original NCS algorithm.However,the higher order phase compensation,range cell migration correction(RCMC) and range-variant secondary range compression(SRC) caused by the non-linear aperture and the severe range-azimuth coupling were accomplished accurately and efficiently without interpolation.Simulation results show that data acquired with a curvilinear aperture and a squint angle up to about 50° for X-band can be processed with no evident degradation of impulse response function. 展开更多

Mesoporous SiO2-ZrO7 nanocomposite was successfully prepared by using supramolecular tfiblock copolymer as the template through evaporation-induced self-assembly approach. The textural and structural properties were characterized by X-ray diffraction, nitrogen adsorption analysis, and transmission electron microscope. Comparison between pure mesoporous silica and mesoporous silica-zirconia nanocomposite was also presented in this work. The surface area, pore size, and pore volume decreased as the Zr doping in the mesoporous silica framework. But the obtained nanocomposite maintained the cubic Im3m-type mesoporous structure. 展开更多
