采用梯形平台热源特性的半导体激光器在45#钢基体上制备了Inconel 718合金涂层,研究了工艺参数对熔覆层成形特征及组织和显微硬度的影响.结果表明:随着激光功率的增大,熔覆层的稀释率增大、成形系数减小,微观组织晶粒尺寸变大,显微硬度... 采用梯形平台热源特性的半导体激光器在45#钢基体上制备了Inconel 718合金涂层,研究了工艺参数对熔覆层成形特征及组织和显微硬度的影响.结果表明:随着激光功率的增大,熔覆层的稀释率增大、成形系数减小,微观组织晶粒尺寸变大,显微硬度减小;随着扫描速度的增大,熔覆层的稀释率先减小后增大,最后基本保持不变,成形系数先增大后减小,最后基本不变,微观组织晶粒尺寸变小,显微硬度增大;随着离焦量的增大,熔覆层的稀释率减小,成形系数增大,微观组织晶粒尺寸变小,显微硬度增大.在预置粉末厚度为1 mm时,在45#钢表面制备单道Inconel 718高温合金涂层的优化工艺参数为激光功率1 300W,扫描速度2mm/s、离焦量15mm. 展开更多

Particle motion in confined shear flow of viscoelastic fluids is very common in nature and has a wide range of applications.Understanding and mastering the motion characteristics of particles in viscoelastic fluids has important academic value and practical significance.In this paper,we first introduce the related equations and characteristic parameter,and then emphasize the following issues:the lateral equilibrium position of particle;interaction and aggregation of multiple particles;the chain structure formed by multiple particles;and the motion of non-spherical particle.Finally,some unresolved issues,challenges,and future research directions are highlighted. 展开更多
