泵设备模块化成组浮筏系统隔振性能研究 被引量:2

针对浮筏系统多台泵设备分别安装占用空间资源大、隔振器数量多的问题,研究泵设备模块化成组安装的隔振效果,为潜艇浮筏系统减振隔振提供支撑和依据。保证浮筏结构总质量、设备数量及承载能力基本不变的前提下,通过模块化设计将各泵设... 针对浮筏系统多台泵设备分别安装占用空间资源大、隔振器数量多的问题,研究泵设备模块化成组安装的隔振效果,为潜艇浮筏系统减振隔振提供支撑和依据。保证浮筏结构总质量、设备数量及承载能力基本不变的前提下,通过模块化设计将各泵设备安装基座设计成共用成组筏架,使多台泵设备实现模块化成组安装。使用有限元法建立泵设备模块化成组浮筏隔振系统模型,改变成组筏架的板厚和隔振器刚度等参数,计算分析了成组筏架参数变化对浮筏系统隔振性能的影响。计算分析表明:成组安装可减少泵设备的空间资源占用及隔振器数量,合理范围内减小成组筏架板厚及降低成组筏架隔振器刚度可提高浮筏系统隔振性能,使浮筏隔振系统传递至基座端的振动降低9.3 dB,成组筏架隔振器刚度相比筏架板厚参数对系统隔振效果影响更明显。 展开更多

Most biological tissues are supple and elastic, while current electronic devices fabricated by semiconductors and metals are usually stiff and brittle. As a result, implanted electronic devices can irritate and damage surrounding tissues, causing immune reaction and scarring. In this work, we develop stretchable microelectrode arrays, with the development of a novel soft lithography technology, which are designed and fabricated with a polymer/stretchable metal/polymer sandwich structure. With the great deformability of stretch, compression, bend and twisting, while preserving electrical property, this technology overcomes the fundamental mismatch of mechanical properties between biological tissues and electronic devices, and provides highly-compliant, confonnal and stretchable bio-electronic interfaces. Here we also describe the following three applications of the stretchable electrode arrays: a. monitoring intracranial electroencephalography (EEG); b. stimulating peripheral nerves to drive muscles; c. monitoring epicardial electrocardiography (ECG). Stretchable microelectrode arrays create a promising field in biomedical applications for its better modulus match with biological tissues and robust mechanical and electrical properties. They allow for construction of electronic integrated circuits spread over on complex and dynamic curved surfaces, providing a much friendlier bio-electronic interface for diagnosis, treatment and in- telligent bio-control. 展开更多

With the development of magnetic tunnel junction (MTJ) structure, it has been used in the field of electric circuit with emerging merits, such as high-density, easy integrated, etc. A novel register, in which MTJ device is centered, is proposed in this paper. Based on the demand of MTJ's reading and writing process, some additional devices have been integrated with the MTJ device to compose the actual structure. It has been simulated using Hspice and the simulated result shows that it can be operated as a register in the circuit. Moreover, the layout of the register based on 0.5 μm complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) process has been finished. 展开更多

Oil monitoring constitutes an important and essential component of condition monitoring technologies and has distinguished advantages in revealing wear,lubrication and friction conditions of tribo-pairs.Newly developed on-line/in-line oil monitoring technologies extend the merits into real-time applications and demonstrate significant benefits in maintenance and management of equipment.This paper comprehensively reviews the progress of on-line/in-line oil monitoring techniques including sensor technologies,their scopes and industrial applications.Based on the existing developments and applications of the sensors for oil quality and wear debris measurements,the trends for future sensor developments are discussed with focuses on accurate,integrated and intelligent features along with exploring a fundamental issue,that is,acquiring the knowledge on degradation mechanisms which has not received sufficient attention until now.Current status of applications of on-line oil monitoring is also reviewed.Although limited reports have been found on this topic,increasing awareness and encouraging progress in on-line monitoring techniques are recognized in applications such as aircraft,shipping,railway,mining,etc.Key fundamental issues for further extending the on-line oil monitoring techniques in industries are proposed and they include long-term reliability of sensors in harsh conditions,and agreement with fault or maintenance determination. 展开更多
