成都市郊油菜地土壤动物群落多样性

为研究成都平原农田生态系统的土壤动物多样性，2008年4月对成都市郊区油菜地的土壤动物群落进行了调查，共捕获土壤动物427只，隶属于10纲，20类群（目）。其中，大型土壤动物有12个类群（目），优势类群为大蚓类（Megadrile oligoehaetes）、蜘蛛目（Aranene）、鞘翅目成虫（Coleoptera adult）和直翅目（Orthoptera），个体数占大型土壤动物总个体数的77．32％；中小型土壤动物有11个类群（目），线虫（Nematode）、线蚓类（Microdrile）和弹尾目（Collembda）为优势类群，占中小型土壤动物总个体数的85．46％。大型土壤动物的Shannon-wiener指数、Pielou均匀度指数和Margalef丰富度指数高于中小型土壤动物，Simpson优势度指数则低于中小型土壤动物。大型和中小型土壤动物的个体数和类群数在0～5cm与5—10cm之间差异较大，5～10cm与10～15cm层之间变化不显著。

To developing Wang- cong Shrine tourism, increase of historical contents is its focus. The positioning of the civilization of ancient Shu should be shifted to Shu civilization; and renewal of the Huangcheng （Imperial City） is necessary to attract more Chengdu people for short tour and leisure.
