The process of configuration information acquisition was introduced, and a se...Configuration information acquisition and matching are two important steps in the self-reconfiguring process of self-reconfigurable robots. The process of configuration information acquisition was introduced, and a self-reconfiguring configuration matching strategy based on graded optimization mechanism was proposed. The first-grade optimization was to search common connection between matching scheme and goal configuration. The second-grade optimization, whose object function was constructed in terms of configuration connectivity, was to search connnon topology according to the results of the first-grade optimization. The entire process of configuration information acquisition and matching was verified by an experiment and genetic algorithm （GA）. The result shows the accuracy of the configuration information acquisition and the effectiveness of the configuration matching method.展开更多
The convergence of telecommunications and computer science, the realization of computer-based networks and the integration of languages, by overcoming space and time constraints, gave rise to the globalization process...The convergence of telecommunications and computer science, the realization of computer-based networks and the integration of languages, by overcoming space and time constraints, gave rise to the globalization process and to the development of the knowledge society. We are facing a true revolution that is based on the multiplication of knowledge and its corresponding applications, but also on the knowledge codification, memorization and knowledge transfer. The challenges that educational institutions, and the University in particular, are called to face are linked to the fact that classrooms or lecture halls are no longer the only places where one can follow study courses： anybody from anywhere, if he has the required technological equipment and the appropriate materials can build his own environment to carry on his own educational and self-learning process. This is the reason why we need to identify new models of university and psycho-pedagogic theories allowing for the development of new Internet-based teaching and learning models by carrying on research work. This paper describes the university model proposed by International Telematic University UN1NETTUNO, rapidly become acknowledged at an international level.展开更多

I analyzed my own growth from three perspectives： technical confidence and competence, pedagogical development and self-efficacy. Classroom observation, interviews, reflective journals and questionnaires were used to explore how professional self-development occurred when I changed my teaching belief in teaching, and how I understood the development as a practicing teacher in learning by teaching. I participated in various projects based on action research in order to meet the challenges of the teaching reform in the new era. The results indicate that teachers can develop their informational quality and professional competence in applying ICT in teaching.展开更多
