The formulation for a standard system for housing and real-estate industry information is of great significance to the promotion of the sound development of uniform construction and the transformation of production operations and management mode. This article gives an introduction to the application of information in the housing and real-estate industry, putting forward the consideration and framework for establishing the standard system of housing and the real-estate industry information to meet the needs of actual demands in China.

Research on construction knowledge resources framework of real estate enterprises

Many studies have shown that knowledge resources have been the real source of innovation and competitiveness of real estate enterprises. Therefore, it is the basic work to establish the real estate enterprise knowledge resources framework for implementing knowledge management（KM）,and it should be given enough attention. A sort of the real estate enterprise knowledge resources framework system has been built in this paper based on the thought of Clark ＆ Henderson＇s enterprise knowledge classification, and the contents have been analyzed and expounded. Thus, the real estate enterprises can grasp clearly the basic contents of its knowledge resources, then depict the knowledge system, in the end the solid foundation should be settled for implementing knowledge management.

Research on the Curriculum System for the Project Management Majored Entrepreneurial Talent

In this research article, we conduct research on the curriculum system for the project management majored entrepreneurial talent. The engineering management major construction and the oriented real estate industry, especially for the large and medium-sized backbone enterprises in civil engineering construction and the real estate enterprises train innovative, applied and compound of high-level engineering technology and the management talent. Entrepreneurship education student entrepreneurial ability is to make the students have successful entrepreneurial innovation ability, the development ability, organization and the core management ability, interpersonal communication and cooperation ability, comprehensive ability. Student entrepreneurial ability of high and low depends largely on the amount of corresponding knowledge in practice. Our research provides novel paradigm for the curriculum system construction and optimization for the universities.
