Current Issues and Development Strategies of Building the Discipline of Pharmacy Administration at Pharmacy Schools in China

The history and current status of Pharmacy Administration discipline atpharmacy schools in China are illustrated. Several current issues are explored including: (1)insufficient teaching organizations and curriculum, (2) faculty deficiency both in quantity andquality, and (3) much improvement needed in the scope, methodology, and sophistication of research.Several development strategies are formulated such as (1) integrating native education resources inorder to better foster quality professionals, (2) accelerating inter-university cooperation both inteaching and research, and (3) studying the regularites of discipline development and enhancinginternational exchange.

Physical literacy in the field of physical education——A challenge and a possibility

Publications of articles with physical literacy as a topic have increased dramatically since the beginning of 2000 s. The aim of this paper is to,through an explorative literature overview with an inductive approach, analyze frequent, and significant themes in published peer reviewed articles,with a focus on physical literacy. The database EBSCO has been used with the identifiers “physical literacy” and “physical literacy and evidence”.Furthermore ICSSPE Bulletin＇s special issue on physical literacy has been included in the overview. The findings have resulted in three key themes： assumptions of the concept physical literacy and its educative role, sports development and physical literacy, and assessment and physical literacy. Future studies are needed to examine if the advocated pedagogical strategies based on the concept physical literacy have led to a reorganized and revitalized school subject. There is also an existing critique towards making physical literacy an idealistic neutral concept or synonym with fundamental movement skills or sports talent identification. The role of higher education emerges as crucial for the next step of the development of the scientific framework as this involves how physical literacy will be socially configured, nurtured, and embodied in practice.Copyright ó 2015, Shanghai University of Sport. Analysis on Promoting the Construction and Development of Campus Culture from Art Education

Colleges and universities, as important educational institutions of training professional personnel, should make a change to the curriculum setting along with the changed demands of market on personnel. In this process, art can be used by them as a key course in teaching. On the one hand, the improvement of art education in colleges and universities can provide students with increasingly more learning opportunities in professional learning, so that the professional quality of students can be promoted to reach a corresponding level in a certain period. On the other hand, art education has exerted a variety of positive roles in promoting the construction of campus culture, and especially has promoted the students in colleges and universities to get objective cultural knowledge in ideology. Therefore, this is analyzed by the author in this paper.

Research on the training mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents of higher education based on ＂Internet ＋＂

The talent training mode under the traditional educational form has hardly met the needs of modem enterprises for the innovation and Entrepreneurship of college graduates. Using the modem information technology and relying on the ＂Interact ＋＂ platform to study the training mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents of higher education, in order to adapt to the present situation of the demand of modem enterprises for college graduates. This paper makes a survey and Analysis on the present situation of the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in higher education, and deeply grasps the prospect of the human resource demand of the enterprise, in order to improve the students＇ innovative and entrepreneurial ability as the core, to serve the enterprise as the purpose, to make use of the information and communication technology and the Interact platform to innovate the educational model, so as to improve the training of higher education. The theoretical basis is provided for innovative and entrepreneurial talents.

Research on the Tourism talents training mechanism of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone

In order to promote the tourism development of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone, to attract more customers, to build an effective personnel training mechanism, training professionals is very necessary. The advantages of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone tourism development are introduced in this paper, and pointed out that the tourism talent training needs analysis of talent training status and improvement measures are proposed, including the integration of the region education resources, pay attention to the skilled personnel training, improve the teaching curriculum setting, improve the quality of Teachers, strengthen the construction of training base.

Research on the Current Condition of College Tourism Personnel Training Mode and Vocational Education Reforms

In this paper, we conduct research on the current condition of college tourism personnel training mode and vocational education reforms. Paying attention to the current social development innovation spirit, how to make students possess the necessary ability to innovate, is this the prime problem of the education. A lot of highly educated personnel in order to better adapt to social development and changes, constantly to learn knowledge, also has the characteristics of vocational college students. Our research combines the characteristics of the college tourism personnel training mode with the education reform which will enhance the performance of the teaching process.

Inquiring Into the Current Dilemma on the Employment for College Graduates

The difficulty in employment has become a serious social problem, which caused widespread concern of the government and society, it is because the system of the current economy cannot mix together organically with the cultivating form of talented person in the popular higher education. The employment post cannot satisfy the need of the talented person＇s production. The employing situation is getting worse gradually. So, we think, in order to adjust the policies of enrollment and employment, perfecting market system, expanding employment channels, and improving the students＇ quality are the fundamental ways to solve the problem of employment. Solving the employment problem is the foundation of stable development of social economy. Through a lot of investigation and study, we have carried on the thorough analysis to solve the problems Thinking that we seek truth only from facts, especially knowing reality and admitting the reality, we could find the reasonable solution to resolve a series of problems in the process of popularization of higher education, and to promote the scientific development and progress of higher education and social economy

Research on Project-Driven Alliance between Colleges and Enterprise Teaching Mode and the Applications on Contemporary Vocational Education

In this paper, we conduct research on the project-driven alliance between the college and enterprise teaching mode and the applications on the contemporary vocational education. To achieve the aim of higher education popularization in our country, to vigorously develop vocational education is the important way. Higher vocational education for national and local economic development is the purpose of training the production, construction, management and service first line need to cultivate high quality personnel. Higher vocational education is the social demand as the primary guidance of employment education, cultivate the students should be a technology applied talents with skills. Our research proposes the novel guideline to deal with the mentioned issues which is applicable.

Analysis on Chinese Talent Loss Status from the Higher Education Perspective

In recent years, selection range of Chinese students for institutions of higher education is no longer limited to domestic range, with the rise of studying abroad, an increasing number of undergraduate and graduate students choose to go to the overseas for expansion of knowledge.This phenomenon has both advantages and disadvantages,on the one hand, it can promote the cultural exchange between countries,but on the other hand, the higher talent loss on China＇s economy caused great damage.For China＇s higher education workers and researchers, our research scope is not limited to the cultivation of the higher talents, and it also considers how to cultivate talent substantial contribution to economic civilization construction of the motherland without loss to foreign countries.This paper aims to analyze the current situation of higher talent loss in China from the perspective of higher education, and carries on the brief analysis on how to deal with this situation.

Present situation and analysis on the training of Chinese basketball talents

At present, China has entered the era of market economy. Reserve youths training system has changed greatly. The training system formed by the planned economy period reserve talents, has been incompatible with the society, resulting in the merchandise of reserve basketball talents. Talented young players have no qualitative progress and there is no highlight on them, so do the player groups. The training of reserve sports talents is being adjusted and converted, and training a great diversity of reserve sports talents will coexist for long. The whole nation training system in the era of the planned economy, through policy intervention, the highly centralized amateur sports school, provincial sports team promoting to the national team management system, guarantees the stability of the sports teams in China, and provides reserve youth force. However, the cultural quality of the athletes and the level of scientific training are not high.

Maintain Vigilance at “Three Forgottens” in Higher Education

Institutions of higher learning occupy an important position in the development of the society and also play a vital role. In China, the institutions of higher learning have played a due role around talent training, scientific research and social service in the process of higher education, but the number of trained talents is only focused in talent training and the moral ability training is neglected. In scientific research, the number of research projects and achievements is only pursued and the ＂profound learning＂ is forgotten to pursue; institutions of higher learning excessively participate in social life and social services, but forget to abide by the limited principle to participate in social service, etc. All these problems are worthy of attention.

Teachers Are Key Factors of Universities Peking Female Higher Normal College 1917-1922

The successful experiences that cause Peking Female Higher Normal College （PKFHNC） to complete a relatively large scale of talents training task and become the birthplace of modern female intellectuals in early 20th century China in spite of disorder of social circumstance outside and regular educational system inside are as follows. First, with the endeavor of Chen Zhongfan, Dean of Chinese Department, PKFHNC gathered lots of leading scholars both from old school and new school during May Fourth Movement; second, these leading scholars＇ diversified academic thoughts, political ideas, and educational experiences encouraged students to think freely and critically; finally, their deep concerns about the future of China society, academic disciplines, and women＇s liberation and education caused all superficial changes and differences of PKFHNC to form an united spiritual power, which promoted this group of female students＇ development deeply.
