By considering that the and analyzing the relationship between the delay and its upper bound, employing a Lyapunov-Krasovskii function and an integral inequality approach, an improved stability criterion for NCSs is proposed. Furthermore, the resulting condition is extended to design a less conservative state feedback controller by employing an improved cone complementary linearization (ICCL) algorithm. Numerical examples are provided to show the effectiveness of the method.展开更多

文摘目的探讨基于静息态功能磁共振成像(Resting-State Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging,rs-fMRI)的创伤性脑损伤(Traumatic Brain Injury,TBI)患者功能连接。方法以14例TBI患者和12例健康对照(Healthy Controls,HC)为研究对象,对其rs-fMRI图像进行预处理,再通过独立成分分析(Independent Component Analysis,ICA)得到默认模式网络(Default Model Network,DMN)和执行控制网络(Executive Control Network,ECN),从两个脑网络中各选取4个脑区作为种子点进行功能连接分析,最后使用单样本t检验、双样本t检验以及配对t检验探索TBI被试脑损伤后3、6和12个月与HC组的DMN与ECN功能联通性差异及变化情况。结果TBI患者恢复期三个时间点的功能连接均与HC组有显著差异,DMNECN双网络之间的功能联通性与单个网络内部相比变化更为突出。此外,左侧顶叶为一个关键节点,可能为TBI的后续治疗提供新方向。结论TBI后患者大脑静息态脑网络DMN与ECN的功能连接存在显著异常,这种异常可能是导致患者存在长期认知障碍及其他后遗症的原因。
