"盆形"冻结技术能有效解决高富水地层大断面地铁车站基坑的地下水问题,冻结工程的可行性和经济性取决于温度场的发展规律,课题以北京典型卵石7地层为依托,通过Ansys软件建立三维模型,模拟北京某地铁车站冻结施工方案,重点分析"盆底"温度场的扩展规律,确定冻土柱的交圈时间及积极冻结期.模拟结果表明:帷幕冻土柱早于底板交圈,75 d后冻结体形成连续封水结构,100 d后底板冻结壁达到设计要求;冻结管管间土体温度下降最慢,控制底板冻结壁发展规模;开挖区域内冻土量较少,但边墙和底板交界处温度小于5℃,建议增大冻结底板埋深、缩小帷幕冻结器尺寸或延迟帷幕冻结开始时间,抑制开挖区内冻土的产生。研究成果为"盆形"冻结方案的工程化应用提供理论依据。 展开更多

During the process, th... A continuous semisolid extending extrusion (CSEP) method was proposed. Temperature field and metal flow during continuous semisolid extending extrusion process of 6201 alloy tube were studied. During the process, the temperature in the roll-shoe cavity decreases gradually, and the isothermal lines of the alloy deviate from the shoe side to the work roll side in the roll–shoe gap. Metal flow velocity decreases gradually from the surface of the work roll to the surface of the shoe. In the extrusion mould, alloy temperature decreases gradually from the entrance to the exit and from the center to the sidewall of the mould. The extending cavity is radially filled with the alloy. The flow lines in the tube corresponding to the centers of the splitflow orifices and the welding gaps are dense, and the corresponding harness values are high; there are 8 transitional bands between them. In order to prepare 6201 alloy tubes with good surface quality, the pouring temperature from 750 ℃ to 780 ℃ was suggested. 展开更多

A silicon temperature sensor with a conventional resistor structure is fabricated on thin-film silicon-on-insulator (SOI) substrate.The sensor has very promising characteristics.The maximum operating temperature can reach 550℃ even at a low current of 0.1mA.Experimental results support that the minority-carrier exclusion effect can be strong in the conventional resistor structure when the silicon film is sufficiently thin,thus significantly raising the maximum operating temperature.Moreover,since the structure of the device on thin-film SOI wafer is not crucial in controlling the maximum operating temperature,device layout can be varied according to the requirements of applications. 展开更多

A new humidity calibration facility using a 2-T (two-temperature), constant pressure principle for generating gas of known humidity has been developed at NIS for primary realization of relative humidity scale in the range from 13% to 98% for calibrating and testing hygrometers to improve the uncertainty. This paper reports the construction of the 2-T humidity generator describing its saturator and the test chamber system. Results of the efficiency tests of its saturator showed satisfactory generation performance for a primary realization of relative humidity scale. The expanded uncertainty of the relative humidity with a coverage factor k = 2 was found to be from ± 0.25 % to ± 0.67%. 展开更多

The fatigue and fracture behavior of nickel-based superalloy Inconel 718 was investigated up to the very high cycle regime under rotary bending tests at room temperature. It was found that this superalloy can still fracture after exceeding 107 cycles. Fractographic analysis revealed that there was a transition from fatigue crack initiation at multi-sites to single initiation with decreasing stress levels. The fracture surface can be divided into four areas according to the appearance, associated with fracture mechanics analysis of the corresponding stress intensity factors. The fracture mechanism dominant in each area was disclosed by scanning electron microscope examination and analyzed in comparison with those obtained from the crack growth tests. Subsequently, life prediction modeling was proposed by estimating the crack initiation and propagation stage respectively. It was found that Chan (2003)'s model for initiation life and the Paris law for growth life can provide comparable predictions against the experimental life. 展开更多

The local environment of Cu atoms in Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 alloy was investigated by extended X-ray absorption fine structure(EXAFS).Cu clusters began to order when the annealing temperature was around 733 K from the results of the Fourier transform curves.The fitting results showed that the first shell of the near fcc(face-centered cubic)Cu clusters only contained Cu atoms.The coordination number increased with the annealing temperature.Subsequently,the occupancy rate increased from 33.3%(annealed at 733 K)to 100% (annealed at 853 K).This local structural change of Cu atoms could probably affect the distribution of the bcc(body-centered cubic)α-Fe in Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 alloy. 展开更多
