目的:探讨不同流速时磁共振对比剂在胸部血管内的血流动力学分布特征,为把握胸部增强磁共振血管造影的最佳扫描时机提供参考数据。方法:无明显胸部疾病的自愿者50例,按对比剂流速2、3和4 ml/s随机分3组,用2 ml对比剂进行试验性注射,均... 目的:探讨不同流速时磁共振对比剂在胸部血管内的血流动力学分布特征,为把握胸部增强磁共振血管造影的最佳扫描时机提供参考数据。方法:无明显胸部疾病的自愿者50例,按对比剂流速2、3和4 ml/s随机分3组,用2 ml对比剂进行试验性注射,均经肘静脉注射。绘制各靶血管的动态强化曲线,测量对比剂到达时间、峰值时间、肺循环时间等。结果:2 ml/s流速时,对比剂到达肺动脉、肺静脉和主动脉的时间分别为(5.17±1.47)、(8.16±1.09)和(10.17±0.75)s;3 ml/s流速时,分别为(4.43±1.27)、(7.71±2.69)和(8.71±1.60)s;4 ml/s时,分别为(4.33±1.16)、(8.35±2.15)和(8.20±1.84)s,呈现出高流速略快于低流速的趋势;强化峰值持续时间均在15~20 s;肺循环时间2 ml/s组为(3.50±0.55)s,3 ml/s组为(3.43±0.54)s,4 ml/s组(3.67±0.58)s,各组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:(1)对比剂到达靶血管时间肺动脉为3~6 s,肺静脉为7~11 s,主动脉为8~12 s;(2)15~20 s的强化峰值持续时间基本可以保证大多数快速序列的扫描;(3)肺实质成像的数据采集时间最好短至5 s以下才能比较理想。 展开更多

目的 探讨老年乳腺肿块在 CT扫描中的强化表现和规律以及选择最佳扫描时机。方法  2 6例做平扫加动态增强扫描。从开始注射时计算时间 ,计算肿块明显强化的开始时间、持续时间 ,观察其强化的 CT表现。结果 有 2 0例明显强化。注药后 ... 目的 探讨老年乳腺肿块在 CT扫描中的强化表现和规律以及选择最佳扫描时机。方法  2 6例做平扫加动态增强扫描。从开始注射时计算时间 ,计算肿块明显强化的开始时间、持续时间 ,观察其强化的 CT表现。结果 有 2 0例明显强化。注药后 70 s左右出现明显强化的有 1 9例 ,占 95% ;明显强化后 ,其持续时间可达 30 0 s以上。乳腺癌 CT表现为边缘不整齐 ;注药后 ,肿块快速强化 ,强化持续时间长 ;CT值增加幅度大等。良性肿块表现为规则或不规则密度增高影 ,增强前后 CT值变化不大等。结论 乳腺肿瘤增强 CT扫描对其良、恶性的区分有重要价值。扫描开始时间应以 70 s前后为佳 ,至 30 0 s时 ,可停止扫描。该时间段能保证诊断所需影像资料的完整。 展开更多

We present a time-resolved two-photon excitation fluorescence spectroscopy and a simultaneous time- and spectrum- resolved multifocal multiphoton microscopy system that is based on a high repetition rate picosecond streak camera for providing time- and spectrum- resolved measurement and imaging in biomedicine. The performance of the system is tested and characterized by the fluorescence spectrum and lifetime analysis of several standard fluorescent dyes and their mixtures. Spectrum-resolved fluorescence lifetime images of fluorescence beads are obtained. Potential applications of the system include clinical diagnostics and cell biology etc. 展开更多

Metachronous penile metastasis from rectal cancer after total pelvic exenteration 被引量:2

Despite its abundant vascularization and extensive circulatory communication with neighboring organs, metastases to the penis are a rare event. A 57-yearold male, who had undergone total pelvic exenteration for rectal cancer sixteen months earlier, demonstrated an abnormal uptake within his penis by positron emission tomography/computed tomography. A single elastic nodule of the middle penis shaft was noted deep within Bucks fascia. No other obvious recurrent site was noted except the penile lesion. Total penectomy was performed as a curative resection based on a diagnosis of isolated penile metastasis from rectal cancer. A histopathological examination revealed an increase of well differentiated adenocarcinoma in the corpus spongiosum consistent with his primary rectal tumor. The immunohistochemistry of the tumor cells demonstrated positive staining for cytokeratin 20 and negative staining for cytokeratin 7, which strongly supported a diagnosis of penile metastasis from the rectum. The patient is alive more than two years without any recurrence. 展开更多

Size Reduction of Hydrophobically Modified Starch on Beads Mill: Effect of Dispersing Medium and Milling Time

The primary interest to this study was to investigate the effect of milling parameters on the size of hydrophobically modified starch particles, aiming to produce small, uniformly sized modified starch microspheres. Octie, a commercial product originated from cornstarch modified using Octenyl Succinate Anhydride (OSA), was dispersed (3 wt%) using different media (water or ethanol) and subsequently wet-milled using a beads mill with zirconium beads at a rotation of 6,000 rpm up to 30 min. It was found that milling Octie in water dispersion for 3 min resulted in the smallest mean particle size (2.04 i 0.91 ktm), compared to unmilled modified starch granules (15.2 ~ 6.0 lam). Granular size and morphology changed considerably with further milling. For instance, very dense clusters with variable particle sizes (20.6 ~ 10.0 lam) were obtained after 30 min milling. As depicted by Scanning Electronic Microscopy, a large number of particles were apparently flattened during the milling process rather than broken, forming aggregates. Ultimately, within the range of experimental conditions tested, production of sub-micron modified starch particles was not possible. 展开更多
