扭曲活塞环最大扭曲量发生部位探讨

将活塞环设计成扭曲结构,是现代高性能发动机活塞环设计中常用的手段。而端面扭曲量的大小,对发动机性能有重要影响,是设计活塞环扭曲结构的重要依据。人们用扭转能量的方法研究得出了计算扭曲环扭曲量的传统计算公式,按此计算,活塞环... 将活塞环设计成扭曲结构,是现代高性能发动机活塞环设计中常用的手段。而端面扭曲量的大小,对发动机性能有重要影响,是设计活塞环扭曲结构的重要依据。人们用扭转能量的方法研究得出了计算扭曲环扭曲量的传统计算公式,按此计算,活塞环的最大扭曲量应该发生在116°附近。然而对扭曲环扭曲量的实物测试结果显示,扭曲环的最大扭曲量通常都发生在开口对面,即0°附近。本文通过有限元分析的方法,模拟出活塞环被安装到缸套中的过程,计算出活塞环最大扭曲量发生就在0°附近,与实物测试结果一致。通过观察扭曲环装机使用后上下端面同环槽的接触痕迹,也验证了最大扭曲确实发生在开口对面部位。 展开更多

TB/T 3549.1—2019《机车车辆强度设计及试验鉴定规范转向架第1部分:转向架构架》给出了扭曲载荷的定义,但未明确转向架构架在扭曲载荷条件下开展静态试验和疲劳试验的测试方法。依据转向架构架实验室测试条件和JIS E 4207—2019《铁路车辆转向架转向架构架设计通则》,提出一种无一系弹簧条件下测试转向架构架刚度,来完成扭曲载荷试验的方法。详细论述转向架构架扭曲载荷与变形量关系、扭曲刚度测试原理,并对比西南交通大学和实验室扭曲刚度测试方法。有限元软件分析计算结果表明,2种测试方法的误差都控制在6%之内,采用实验室扭曲刚度测试方法,开展加载扭曲载荷试验,用以评估转向架构架结构强度更安全。 展开更多

Let (H, or, D, U) be an oriented quantum coalgebra over the field k. Then (H×H, φ, D×D, U× U) is a trivial oriented quantum coalgebra structure on the tensor product of coalgebra H with itself, where φ (a × b, c × d) = σ-( a, c)σ (b, d). This paper presents the oriented quantum coalgebra structure ( H×H, σ, D×D, U× U) on coalgebra H× H, where σ( a × b, c× d) = σ ^-1 ( d1, a1 ) σ( a2, c1 ) σ^-1 ( d2, b1 ) σ( b2, c2 ). So a nontrivial oriented quantum coalgebra structure is obtained and it is dual to Radford's results in the paper "On the tensor product of an oriented quantum algebra with itself" published in 2007. This most fundamental question in quantum mechanics has not yet been satisfactorily resolved, although its realistic interpretation seems to have been rejected by various delayedchoice experim... Are quantum states real? This most fundamental question in quantum mechanics has not yet been satisfactorily resolved, although its realistic interpretation seems to have been rejected by various delayedchoice experiments. Here, to address this long-standing issue, we present a quantum twisted double-slit experiment. By exploiting the subluminal feature of twisted photons, the real nature of a photon during its time in flight is revealed for the first time. We found that photons' arrival times were inconsistent with the states obtained in measurements but agreed with the states during propagation. Our results demonstrate that wavefunctions describe the realistic existence and evolution of quantum entities rather than a pure mathematical abstraction providing a probability list of measurement outcomes. This finding clarifies the long-held misunderstanding of the role of wavefunctions and their collapse in the evolution of quantum entities. 展开更多
