电站汽温控制系统结构复杂,机组运行过程中影响主汽温稳定的因素众多。主蒸汽流量变化、锅炉燃烧状况改变等因素均可能干扰主汽温稳定,影响机组运行的经济性和安全性。基于模型的预测控制算法在应对诸如煤质变化引起的烟气侧不可测扰动... 电站汽温控制系统结构复杂,机组运行过程中影响主汽温稳定的因素众多。主蒸汽流量变化、锅炉燃烧状况改变等因素均可能干扰主汽温稳定,影响机组运行的经济性和安全性。基于模型的预测控制算法在应对诸如煤质变化引起的烟气侧不可测扰动时,由于缺乏对扰动的建模,控制效果不理想。针对该问题,通过对过热器进行机理建模,并在额定工况点进行局部线性化获得状态空间模型,提出基于多模型集的主汽温扰动抑制预测控制方法。当不考虑不可测扰动时,其等价于普通的预测控制算法。仿真结果表明,该方法能够有效抑制进入汽温系统的不可测扰动,进一步提高汽温的调节品质。 展开更多

A composite control scheme consisting of modepredictive control (MPC) and disturbance observer (DOB) iproposed to solve the control performance degradationproblem of the turbidity of the treated water in the presence osignificant changes in raw water quality, water flow rate andinternal model mismatch disturbances. The MPC is employedas a feedback controller for the coagulation process with alarge time delay. The DOB is adopted to estimate the severedisturbances in the turbidity control, such as large changes inraw water quality and water flow rate. The estimated valuesare applied for feed-forward compensation to rejecdisturbances. Finally, the disturbance rejection performancesfor step disturbances and time-varying disturbances in thenominal case and model mismatch case are tested. Thesimulation results illustrate that, compared with the MPCmethod, the proposed method can significantly improve thedisturbance rejection performance in the turbidity control othe treated water, no matter if in the presence of externadisturbances or internal model mismatch disturbances. 展开更多

An active disturbance rejection controller is proposed in this paper to deal with the nonlinear problem of hydraulic servo system in order to preserve last response and small overshoot of control system. The active disturbance rejection (ADR) controller is composed of nonlinear tracking differentiator (TD), extended state observer (ESO) and nonlinear feedback (NF) law. An example of the hydraulic edger system case study is investigated to show the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed nonlinear controller, especially, in the circumstance of foreign disturbance and working condition variation, compared with classic PI controller. 展开更多

Positioning with high precision piezoelectric actuators is widely used.To overcome positioning inaccuracy caused by hysteresis and creep of actuators,a precise tracking method for piezoelectric actuators using active disturbance rejection control(ADRC) has been proposed in this paper.This method,in real-time,actively estimates and compensates parameter uncertainties,nonlinear factors such as hysteresis,and external disturbances in the tracking system.Precise tracking of the piezoelectric actuator can be achieved without any form of feedforward compensations.The experimental results demonstrate that the active disturbance rejection controller can reduce tracking errors by over90%comparing with those using the PID controller.Those features of the proposed control method are very suitable for applications in adaptive optics. 展开更多

研究了在离散事件触发机制(DETCS)条件下,网络化控制系统(NCS)的主被动混合鲁棒H_∞容错控制设计方法.针对具有时变时延的不确定线性NCS,在受到外部有限能量扰动的影响下,基于离散事件触发通讯机制,分别设计了正常控制器和被动鲁棒H_∞... 研究了在离散事件触发机制(DETCS)条件下,网络化控制系统(NCS)的主被动混合鲁棒H_∞容错控制设计方法.针对具有时变时延的不确定线性NCS,在受到外部有限能量扰动的影响下,基于离散事件触发通讯机制,分别设计了正常控制器和被动鲁棒H_∞容错控制器:正常控制器使系统正常运行时能具备良好的动态性能;而当系统发生故障时,通过瞬态切换函数切换至被动鲁棒H_∞容错控制器,确保系统在已知故障发生时不仅稳定而且具有一定的H_∞扰动抑制性能,未知故障发生初期减缓系统性能下降速度.同时,设计了鲁棒H_∞故障检测观测器,实时检测故障,利用自适应补偿控制消除未知故障对系统的影响.最后通过仿真算例验证了所提方法的可行性. 展开更多

A backstepping method based adaptive robust dead-zone compensation controller is pro- posed for the electro-hydraulic servo systems (EHSSs) with unknown dead-zone and uncertain system parameters. Variable load is seen as a sum of a constant and a variable part. The constant part is regarded as a parameter of the system to be estimated real time. The variable part together with the friction are seen as disturbance so that a robust term in the controller can be adopted to reject them. Compared with the traditional dead-zone compensation method, a dead-zone compensator is incor- porated in the EH$S without constructing a dead-zone inverse. Combining backstepping method, an adaptive robust controller (ARC) with dead-zone compensation is formed. An easy-to-use ARC tuning method is also proposed after a further analysis of the ARC structure. Simulations show that the proposed method has a splendid tracking performance, all the uncertain parameters can be estimated, and the disturbance has been rejected while the dead-zone term is well estimated and compensated. 展开更多
