针对选煤厂细粒煤炭分级过程中出现的溢流跑粗和底流夹细现象,采用高效二次流分级筛在河南煤化集团永煤公司城郊选煤厂进行了工业性试验,试验主要通过调节二次流场下的扰流速度V1、V2、V3来考察底流夹细和溢流跑粗情况。试验结果表明:... 针对选煤厂细粒煤炭分级过程中出现的溢流跑粗和底流夹细现象,采用高效二次流分级筛在河南煤化集团永煤公司城郊选煤厂进行了工业性试验,试验主要通过调节二次流场下的扰流速度V1、V2、V3来考察底流夹细和溢流跑粗情况。试验结果表明:在一定的筛缝尺寸条件下,可以很容易、且有效地调整分级粒度,使分级效果达到最佳;当以0.5mm的粒度分级时,溢流无跑粗,且底流夹细量可以控制在10%以内;与旋流器分级效果相比,1 000m3入料每小时至少可以节约能耗72.84kW.h,并且通过降低底流夹细和溢流跑粗,每年还可产生数千万元的经济效益。 展开更多

为了解决日益增加的含油污水问题,提高排污质量。要求分离设备既满足工业要求,又符合环境标准。然而,分离器尺寸大小、操作简易程度、不同流体、操作环境的改变以及经济状况都对其有特殊要求。常规的重力型油、水分离设备必须优化分... 为了解决日益增加的含油污水问题,提高排污质量。要求分离设备既满足工业要求,又符合环境标准。然而,分离器尺寸大小、操作简易程度、不同流体、操作环境的改变以及经济状况都对其有特殊要求。常规的重力型油、水分离设备必须优化分离过程,最大程度地进行油、水分离。随着环保法规要求的日益严格,这一点变得尤为重要。为了实现这一目标,本文提供一种改进的横向流板式分离器设计方案。新改进的分离器增加一机械装置。并将分离板的静态设计改为动态设计。这种动态工作方式具有优化油、水分离的潜在能力,可最大限度地降低分离板堵塞倾向,最大程度地提高分离器的工作效率。 展开更多

Jam Formation of Traffic Flow in Harbor Tunnel

This paper reports a study concerning occurrence and growth of traffic jam in a harbor tunnel. The single-lane with three sections (downgrade, fiat, and upgrade) is taken into account and they are characterized with different velocity limit. At the low density, the traffic current increases linearly with density and saturates at some values of immediately density. As the density increases, the traffic jam appears firstly before the upgrade section and then extends to the downgrade section. Additionally, the relationships of the velocity and headway against position in different densities are obta/ned from simulation. These results clearly clarify where and when the traffic jam appears. Finally, the critical densities are derived via the theoretical analysis before and after the discontinuous fronts and the theoretical results are consistent with the critical values of simulation results. 展开更多

The transition criterion in the improved eN method is that transition would occur whenever the velocity amplitude of disturbance reaches 1%-2% of the free stream velocity,while in the conventional eN method,the N factor is an empirical factor.In this paper the reliability of this key assumption in the improved eN method is checked by results of transition prediction by using the Parabolized Stability Equations(PSE).Transition locations of an incompressible boundary layer and a hypersonic boundary layer at Mach number 6 on a flat plate are predicted by both the improved eN method and the PSE method.Results from both methods agree fairly well with each other,implying that the transition criterion proposed in the improved eN method is reliable. 展开更多
