In order to improve the cigarette enterprise technology innovation and patent management status, the macro work should start from the four aspects of patent ideology introduction, patent organization design, perfecting patent system and implementation of specific measures, and attention should be attached to strengthen the cooperation of the cigarette enterprise management departments. On the other hand, Jn the microscopic work level, it should build the culture atmosphere of the entire tobacco industry respect intellectual property rights, actively cultivate the na- tional patent agents and patent engineers, and gradually promote the patent work to develop in the direction of specialization, self-independence, so as to construct a scientific mechanism for patent management, and enhance the core competitiveness of the tobacco industry. 展开更多

These imperfectio... Abstract--This paper provides a survey on modeling and theories of networked control systems (NCS). In the first part, modeling of the different types of imperfections that affect NCS is discussed. These imperfections are quantization errors, packet dropouts, variable sampling/transmission intervals, vari- able transmission delays, and communication constraints. Then follows in the second part a presentation of several theories that have been applied for controlling networked systems. These theories include: input delay system approach, Markovian system approach, switched system approach, stochastic system approach, impulsive system approach, and predictive control approach. In the last part, some advanced issues in NCS including decentral- ized and distributed NCS, cloud control system, and co-design of NCS are reviewed. An Innovative Strategy for Reciprocal Distant Hybridization between Spartina alterniflora and Rice 被引量:3

[Objective] This study aimed to explore germplasm resources of salt toler- ant Spartina alterniflora and high yield rice, and develop an innovative strategy for distant hybridization between S. altemiflora and rice. [Method] Crossing (rice ♀ ): hot water emasculation and glume-cutting pollination method, heat emasculation and pollen-suction pollination method; reciprocal crossing (S. alterniflora ♀ glume-cutting emasculation and pollination method, continuous emasculation-pollination method, hot water emasculation and continuous emasculation-pollination method. [Result] In crossing groups (rice ♀ × S. alterniflora ♂ ), compared with hot water emasculation and glume-cutting pollination treatment, the number of seed-bearing combinations, seed number per spike and seedling emergence rate in heat emasculation and pollen-suction pollination treatment were improved by 34.09%, 121.21% and 60.07%, respectively; hybridization efficiency was improved by 6-7 times. In reciprocal cross- ing groups (S. altemiflora ♀× rice ♂ ), compared with glume-cutting emasculation and pollination treatment, the number of seed-bearing combinations and seed num- ber per spike in continuous emasculation-pollination treatment were improved by 3.14 and 4.21 times, respectively; seedling emergence rate was improved by 68.47%; hybridization efficiency was improved by 7-8 times. [Conclusion] Heat emas- culation and pollen-suction pollination method is suitable for hybridization between rice ♀× S. alterniflora ♂; continuous emasculation-pollination method is suitable for hybridization between S. alterniflora ♀× rice ♂. 展开更多

This paper traces the origins and achievements of the R^seau Ouest et Centre Africain du Riz--ROCARIZ (West and Central Africa Rice Research and Development Network). The ROCARIZ institutional arrangement showed that rice science is approached from multi-stakeholder perspectives that place end users and entrepreneurs at the center of research for development, and collaboration among rice-based stakeholders can be enhanced and sustained. The ROCARIZ used competitive research grants through multi-stakeholder task forces to generate, adapt, and facilitate the adoption of rice-based technologies and approaches by resource poor households. The grants contributed to: (1) farmer adoption of high yielding and multiple stress resilient lowland NERICAs (New Rices for Africa) (NERICA-L); (2) producer access to credit and services resulting in increased marketing of quality seed rice, paddy, and grain rice by farmer entrepreneurs and poor rural households; (3) improved skills of stakeholders on the use of impact assessment tools to demonstrate adoption of rice-based technologies; (4) enhanced skills of rice breeders in molecular assisted marker selection to shorten the varietal development process; and (S) experiential learning and sharing to improve access to information and knowledge. 展开更多

To achieve the aim, the following tasks were identified: (I) study the physicochemical, biochemical properties and the composition of amaranth seeds; (2) improving the methods for producing the oil extract of amaranth. This article is devoted to complex research of processes of manufacture of vegetable oils. Authors have developed scientific bases of improvement and an intensification of technological processes for production of oil from amaranth seeds. The authors have developed a new technology for extracting of oil from amaranth seeds using hexane as a solvent. The proposed method provides to obtain oil without great technical effort and keeps it all the nutrients that promote the highest taste of the product and with little labor and time costs. 展开更多

The development of new fabrication techniques for capacitors with high storage capabilities, called super capacitors, requires appropriated equipment in order to obtain the device's electric behaviours. There is several equipment to perform this analysis operating with alternating or continuum voltage. However, the elevated cost of this equipment makes purchasing it impossible in many laboratories. In this work, we present the development and construction of a low-cost impedance spectrometer that allows for the analysis of the capacitor's electric behaviour without taking too much time. The analysis is performed by alternating voltage and current measurements as a function of the frequency in the range of 0.001 Hz to 100 kHz. The capacitance and electric behaviour of some commercial capacitors are shown in this work, thereby proving the efficiency of the developed equipment. 展开更多

Firstly, this paper analyzes the development status of equipment manufacturing industry in Shanghai, and then uses DEA to analyze the efficiency of technology innovation capability of equipment manufacturing industry in Shanghai. The results show that the equipment manufacturing industry in Shanghai has stronger overall drawing ability, and besides, the technology innovation ability of the transportation equipment manufacturing industry is weak, other equipment manufacturing sub industries have relatively strong ability of technological innovation. This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the transportation equipment manufacturing industry and gives guidance and puts forward corresponding suggestions and measures. 展开更多

BIM (building information modeling) is a technological innovation, not only during the design process, but also during the planning and preparation stages of a construction project, as it also supports making investment decisions. An innovation which is comparable, if only slightly less significant, was the transition from using 2D systems to the 3D structural model design. The article outlines the advantages of using BIM in the preparatory stages of a construction project. It also presents benefits which relate to the employment of the BIM system in cost estimation process. The article describes the Zuzia BIM system which uses the BIM model, as this system has just been created in Poland for the purpose of construction cost estimation. The preparation of the bill of quantities is automated in this system and this has been achieved on the basis of data directly obtained from virtual models of buildings, which were carried out thanks to the collaboration of various design sectors. The article authors, using their own experience, present difficulties which can be encountered by cost estimators in Poland when calculating the value of a building with the help of the BIM concept. The article shows the design errors that prevent or hinder takeoff automatic calculation based on BIM model. Design errors shown in the article are for example reinforcement bars have been defined by a designer as elements hollow in the middle or as one element for the whole building, one type of elements assigned as few different or incorrect defining of elements in relation to the type of works. 展开更多

The paper presents an innovative renewable energy-load management technology, which is currently being developed as a prototype, in preparation for potential large-scale implementation in power systems. The new technology employs controlled motion of large weights, which are being maneuvered (up and down) through the system peak/off-peak demand pattern. The load management scheme is similar to the pumping storage systems, but uses large weights instead of water and, therefore, is more suited to the operating environment in Saudi Arabia, in which water is relatively scarce. A portion of the off-peak valley-filling energy is supplied from wind-driven generators, which adds to the green energy component of the scheme. The controlled motion aspect of the new technology is based on partial implementation of previously published ideas by the authors as well as a registered patent. The paper describes the theoretical and analytical features of the introduced renewable energy-load management technology, and dwells on its practical implementation features. 展开更多
