通过两个实验验证了客体工作记忆内容对注意的导向过程是灵活可控的;与客体工作记忆内容匹配的刺激既可以捕获注意,也可以被抑制。实验1通过操作匹配试验概率来诱发不同水平的抑制动机,考察在客体工作记忆内容对注意的导向作用中抑制动... 通过两个实验验证了客体工作记忆内容对注意的导向过程是灵活可控的;与客体工作记忆内容匹配的刺激既可以捕获注意,也可以被抑制。实验1通过操作匹配试验概率来诱发不同水平的抑制动机,考察在客体工作记忆内容对注意的导向作用中抑制动机的影响。匹配试验中有分心物与客体工作记忆内容相同。控制试验中所有搜索项目均与客体工作记忆内容不同。实验2保持实际匹配试验概率恒定,仅通过改变指导语来调节抑制动机水平,以排除练习的干扰。两实验结果均表明,当抑制动机水平较低时,匹配分心物会捕获注意;而当抑制动机水平足够高时,匹配分心物会被抑制。并且,抑制动机水平的高低还会影响认知控制的效应量和时程。 展开更多

Cancer vaccines may prime patients for treatments with immune checkpoint inhibitors by inducing effector T-ceU infiltration into the tumors and immune checkpoint signals. The combination of cancer vaccine and an immune checkpoint inhibitor may function synergistically to induce more effective antitumor immune responses, and clinical trials to test the combination are currently ongoing. 展开更多

Methods Eb was administered to Kunming ... Aim To study the distribution pattern, antineoplastic activity and immunocompetence of a novel organoselenium compound Eb and investigate its in vivo antineoplastic potential. Methods Eb was administered to Kunming mice (dosage, 0.1 g·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)) intragastrically for 7 successive days. The contents of selenium in heart, liver, spleen, kidneys, lungs, stomach, brain, muscle, and bone were determined by fluorometric method on the eighth day. MTT assay was used to study tumor growth inhibition of Eb in vitro, and lymphocyte transformation, hemolysin formation and phagocytosis assay were used to study its immunocompetence. Results After 7 days′ administration of Eb, the tissue contents of sele-(nium) in liver, spleen, lungs, kidneys, and bone of mice increased, especially those in liver and spleen increased significan-tly, compared with controls; but no significant changes of such contents were found in muscle, heart, brain, and stomach. Eb demonstrated inhibitory effects on human Bel-7402, BGC-823, and Calu-3 cancer cell lines in vitro. Eb also showed ability to enhance lymphocyte transformation and serum hemolysin formation in vitro and increase the phagocytosis of macrophages. Conclusion The validated antitumor and immunostimulatory activities of Eb suggest a hypothesis that Eb may behave as a biological response modifier when used as an antitumor agent. Eb is worthy of further study in developing a new antineoplastic and immunity enhancing agent in the light of its antitumor activity, immunocompetence and specific distribution in liver, lungs, kidneys, bone, and spleen. 展开更多

Kinetic mechanisms describing how THIs (thermodynamic hydrate inhibitors) and KHIs (kinetic hydrate inhibitors) work on gas hydrate formation have drawn interests for decades. These mechanisms could be better revealed with more fundamental experimental studies. With experiments performed in an isochoric cell with continuous cooling and stirring, this paper presents observed effects of methanol, PVP (polyvinylpyrrolidone, Mw= 15,000) and PVCap (polyvinylcaprolactam, Mw = 6,000) on both nucleation and growth of structure-I methane hydrate at concentrations 100 to 3,000 ppm (i.e., 0.01 to 0.3 wt%). The results suggest that methanol had no significant effect on nucleation, while it weakly promoted, spontaneous hydrate growth at an early stage. PVP and PVCap gave reduced average nucleation rate at and prior to hydrate onset, while increased the induction time and the degree of sub-cooling. PVP gave no observable effect on total gas intake and average hydrate growth rate. A decreased total gas intake was observed for all concentrations of PVCap. 展开更多

An adaptive control scheme is presented,which can simultaneously realize vibration suppression and compliance control for flexible joint robot(FJR).The proposed control scheme provides a unified formulation for both vibration suppression mode,where FJR tracks the desired position with little vibration,and compliance mode,in which FJR presents passive.Instead of designing multiple controllers and switching between them,both modes are integrated into a single controller,and the transition between two modes is smooth and stable.The stability of the closed-loop system is theoretically proven via the Lyapunov method,with the considering the dynamics uncertainties in both link side and motor side.Simulation results are presented to illustrate good performances of the proposed control scheme. 展开更多

This research investigated the outputting circulation current inhibition characteristic which are controlled by the instantaneous feedback voltage in inverter parallel driving of the mine hoist. We established a transfer function of the parallel inverters controlled by the close-loop adjustment of instantaneous voltage feedback. The influence of the parameters of the close-loop feedback circuit to the inhibition effects to the outputting circulation current is observed. After analyzing the circulating current inhibition characteristics, the proportion integration (PI) controller is introduced into the close-loop adjustment by instantaneous voltage feedback. The characteristics equation is gained to determine the PI parameters by drawing the Bode plots. The inhibition effects of the proposed controller are examined by the established simulation model of parallel inverter system. The harmonic distortion rate at the outputting voltage frequency value of 4, 10, 20, 41 and 50 Hz, are all lower than 2.32 % by the instantaneous outputting voltage feedback. 展开更多

The vibration of machines due to rotating parts unbalance disturbs the machine functioning and shortens the lifetime of its parts. A dynamic vibration absorber is a favorite solution to suppress the machine vibration since its implementation does not require any modification neither on the machine nor on its installation. The paper considers an unbalanced machine to which a lumped mass dynamic vibration absorber is attached. Firstly, the machine equipped with the absorber is modeled, and the vibration expressions are extracted. Secondly, an original approach to optimize the absorber parameters is presented, and simulation results are advanced, when the absorber is undamped and damped. Thirdly, the absorber optimal parameters allowing the best vibration reduction of the machine are identified, showing bow the absorber should be designed, when the disturbance frequency is stable or unstable. The results are a significant contribution in the vibration control of unbalanced machines. 展开更多

针对航空发动机在运行过程中不平衡振动过大的问题,采用自动平衡技术进行在线质量补偿,可有效降低其振动水平。目前自动平衡技术主要运用于航空发动机结构、控制算法、工程应用3个方面。基于影响系数法的电磁驱动型自动平衡在美国空军C-... 针对航空发动机在运行过程中不平衡振动过大的问题,采用自动平衡技术进行在线质量补偿,可有效降低其振动水平。目前自动平衡技术主要运用于航空发动机结构、控制算法、工程应用3个方面。基于影响系数法的电磁驱动型自动平衡在美国空军C-130H运输机上得到工程应用,飞行测试4个发动机螺旋处的振动均低于1.27mm/s,降低了94%,因螺旋桨振动导致的压气机处振动降低了75%。研究结果表明:航空发动机自动平衡技术可实现在线持续动平衡,能有效降低发动机及其组件的振动疲劳损伤,降低发动机维护费用,延长维修周期。自动平衡技术在航空发动机领域得到工程应用是一个循序渐进的过程,还需要进一步开展结构设计、控制策略、系统集成等方面的研究工作,并在航空发动机设计阶段就考虑纳入自动平衡结构。 展开更多
