The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/n with the following crystallographic parameters: a = 14.7641(1), b = 9.0050(7), c = 15.4874(1) ? =116.9590(1)? V = 1835.3(3) ?, Z = 4, Dx = 1.273 g/cm3, (MoK? = 0.227mm-1, F(000) = 744, the final R = 0.0516 and wR = 0.1594 for 2168 observed reflections. The X-ray data confirmed the z-sterochemistry of active cyanoacrylates and the presence of a planar core stablized by an intramolecular hydrogen bond between the ester carbonyl oxygen and the pyridyl methylamino hydrogen atom.展开更多

We established a trans...This research investigated the outputting circulation current inhibition characteristic which are controlled by the instantaneous feedback voltage in inverter parallel driving of the mine hoist. We established a transfer function of the parallel inverters controlled by the close-loop adjustment of instantaneous voltage feedback. The influence of the parameters of the close-loop feedback circuit to the inhibition effects to the outputting circulation current is observed. After analyzing the circulating current inhibition characteristics, the proportion integration (PI) controller is introduced into the close-loop adjustment by instantaneous voltage feedback. The characteristics equation is gained to determine the PI parameters by drawing the Bode plots. The inhibition effects of the proposed controller are examined by the established simulation model of parallel inverter system. The harmonic distortion rate at the outputting voltage frequency value of 4, 10, 20, 41 and 50 Hz, are all lower than 2.32 % by the instantaneous outputting voltage feedback.展开更多

Through temperature rise rate test experim...Adopting oil-bath temperature programming experiment and gas chromatography, CO2's inhibitory performance on spontaneous combustion of Tingnan Coal Mine sample was analyzed. Through temperature rise rate test experiment, the accuracy, stability and reliability of the improved oil-bath temperature programming system applied in this experiment was proved to be superior to the traditional system. Spontaneous combustion characters parameters test of coal sample in pure air was carried out with this system and offered comparison standard for research in next stage. Temperature programming to coal sample was further conducted in oil-bath with different concentration of CO2. Testing results are compared with parameters of concentration of CO, O2, temperature, CO generation rate and O2 consumption rate tested and calculated in previous experiment in pure air. Methods of proportioning between concentration of CO and O2, CO concentration and temperature, CO generation rate and O2 consumption rate were applied to eliminate obstructions from certain external factors such as inlet of CO2; meanwhile influences of CO2 of different concentrations to coal oxidation and spontaneous combustion were investigated. Also CO2 inhibition technique was used in spontaneous combustion prevention in workface No. 106 of Tingnan Coal Mine, data collected from which indicate that CO2 performs well in inhibiting coal oxidation and spontaneous combustion.展开更多
In order to realize the combination of chemotherapy and immunotherapy,a reduction-responsive paclitaxel(PTX)prodrug PEG-SS-PTX was synthesized and used as a carrier to encapsulate IDO inhibitor CY-1-4 for preparing PE...In order to realize the combination of chemotherapy and immunotherapy,a reduction-responsive paclitaxel(PTX)prodrug PEG-SS-PTX was synthesized and used as a carrier to encapsulate IDO inhibitor CY-1-4 for preparing PEG-SS-PTX/CY-1-4 NPs.PEG-SS-PTX/CY-1-4 NPs were evaluated by cytotoxicity,immunogenic cell death(ICD)induction ability and anti-tumor efficacy.Dynamic light scattering(DLS)results showed that the size of PEG-SS-PTX/CY-1-4 NPs was about 149 nm.In vitro experiments indicated that its cytotoxicity was in a concentration-dependent manner,and it induced the ICD of B16-F10 cells.In vivo studies in melanoma mouse model indicated that PEG-SS-PTX/CY-1-4 NPs significantly inhibited the tumor growth and reduced the expression of IDO in tumor tissues.Moreover,it increased the rate of CD8+T cells in the spleen.In summary,PEG-SS-PTX/CY-1-4 NPs achieved good anti-tumor effects and reduced the dose of chemotherapy drugs,which was a safe and effective combined delivery system.展开更多
