目的探讨霉菌性阴道炎采用氟康唑胶囊联合雪莲抑霉菌洗液治疗效果。方法选择60例霉菌性阴道炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予氟康唑胶囊治疗,研究组给予氟康唑胶囊联合雪莲抑霉菌洗液治疗。... 目的探讨霉菌性阴道炎采用氟康唑胶囊联合雪莲抑霉菌洗液治疗效果。方法选择60例霉菌性阴道炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予氟康唑胶囊治疗,研究组给予氟康唑胶囊联合雪莲抑霉菌洗液治疗。比较两组治疗效果、症状缓解情况、不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组白带异常、阴道充血及外阴瘙痒等症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论霉菌性阴道炎采用氟康唑胶囊联合雪莲抑霉菌洗液治疗效果较好,能改善患者临床病症,促进患者恢复,且安全性高,值得临床推广与应用。 展开更多

墙体发霉不仅影响房屋使用,也严重威胁人体健康,在我国南方湿热气候地区尤为突出。研究了泥炭藓/硅藻土复合调湿材料及其组分,以及抑菌剂MgO、纳米MgO对宛式拟青霉、出芽短梗霉和黄曲霉的抑制作用,在此基础上研究复合MgO后的调湿材料对... 墙体发霉不仅影响房屋使用,也严重威胁人体健康,在我国南方湿热气候地区尤为突出。研究了泥炭藓/硅藻土复合调湿材料及其组分,以及抑菌剂MgO、纳米MgO对宛式拟青霉、出芽短梗霉和黄曲霉的抑制作用,在此基础上研究复合MgO后的调湿材料对黄曲霉的抑制改进作用。采用紫外-可见分光光度计及超微量分光光度计分析活性O^(-)_(2)及菌丝核酸渗漏。采用TEM、ESEM、EDS分析菌丝和孢子的形状和成分变化,探究抑制霉菌机理。研究表明,调湿材料对宛式拟青霉、出芽短梗霉具有良好的抑制作用,对黄曲霉抑制较弱。复合MgO后可以大大提高泥炭藓/硅藻土复合调湿材料对霉菌的抑制作用。泥炭藓/硅藻土复合调湿材料中钒铁渣和MgO产生的活性O^(-)_(2)具有强氧化性,可以破坏霉菌菌丝和孢子的细胞壁、细胞膜,改变其通透性,造成细胞内部结构损伤,影响霉菌细胞正常代谢,甚至导致霉菌细胞死亡。 展开更多

以具有抑制霉菌特性的植物乳杆菌(Lactobacillus plantarum) SDZ为研究对象,确定其抑菌谱,并将其与传统干酪生产菌株复配生产Cheddar干酪。通过研究嗜热链球菌、保加利亚乳酸杆菌与植物乳杆菌SDZ的混合比例、接种量、发酵温度和发酵时... 以具有抑制霉菌特性的植物乳杆菌(Lactobacillus plantarum) SDZ为研究对象,确定其抑菌谱,并将其与传统干酪生产菌株复配生产Cheddar干酪。通过研究嗜热链球菌、保加利亚乳酸杆菌与植物乳杆菌SDZ的混合比例、接种量、发酵温度和发酵时间对产品品质的影响,采用单因素分析及Box-Behnken试验,确定生产Cheddar干酪的最佳工艺参数。结果表明,植物乳杆菌SDZ对于霉菌有较为广谱的抑菌性。且添加SDZ生产Cheddar干酪的最佳工艺参数为:嗜热链球菌、保加利亚乳杆菌与SDZ混合比例1∶1∶0. 61,接种量2. 98%,发酵温度36. 90℃,发酵时间24. 80 min。在此工艺条件下生产的Cheddar干酪质构特性优良,感官特性优于传统菌株生产的干酪,理化特性差别不大。25℃下敞口贮藏,添加SDZ的干酪具有良好的抑制霉菌效果。植物乳杆菌SDZ作为生物防腐剂在Cheddar干酪生产中具有广阔的应用前景。 展开更多

本研究以轮枝镰孢菌JF-5-1(Fusarium verticillium)为指示菌,对实验室保存的132株乳酸菌进行抑菌筛查,并对该菌株产生的抑霉菌物质进行了初步探究。结果表明,17株乳酸菌展现了良好的抑制轮枝镰孢菌特性,对轮枝镰孢菌具有较强抑制作用的... 本研究以轮枝镰孢菌JF-5-1(Fusarium verticillium)为指示菌,对实验室保存的132株乳酸菌进行抑菌筛查,并对该菌株产生的抑霉菌物质进行了初步探究。结果表明,17株乳酸菌展现了良好的抑制轮枝镰孢菌特性,对轮枝镰孢菌具有较强抑制作用的为91号菌株,经过16S rDNA鉴定其为鼠李糖乳杆菌(Lactobacillus rhamnosus)。菌株上清液对木瓜蛋白酶和胰蛋白酶不敏感,且热稳定性较好,热处理并未改变抑菌性。当pH=5时,抑菌率急速下降为25.0%,当pH大于等于5.5时,91号菌株抑菌活性全部丧失。故初步推测该抑菌物质可能为有机酸,其最小抑菌浓度为8.0 mg/mL。本研究筛选出来的乳酸菌应用在玉米等粮食防霉中,其可抑制轮枝镰孢菌对粮食的侵染且绿色安全,具有非常广阔的应用前景。 展开更多

The growth rate method was adopted to measure the inhibitory effect of curcumin,tetrahydrocurcumin,demethoxycurcumin,and bisdemethoxycurcumin on the mycelial growth of Botrytis cinerea and Colletotrichum gloeosporioides.The results showed that the four curcuminoids inhibited the mycelial growth of the two pathogens in a concentration-dependent manner.Bisdemethoxycurcumin at 600 mg/L exerted the strongest inhibitory effect on the mycelial growth of B.cinerea and C.gloeosporioides,with the relative inhibition rates of 98.19%and 100%,respectively;followed by demethoxycurcumin;curcumin exerted the worst inhibitory effect.Toxicity test results also showed that four curcuminoids all had a certain toxicity to B.cinerea and C.gloeosporioides,among which,bisdemethoxycurcumin exhibited the strongest toxicity,with the EC_(50)of 131.125 and 122.235 mg/L,respectively;while curcumin had the lowest toxicity,with the EC_(50)of 273.143 and 194.943 mg/L,respectively. 展开更多

Inhibition of Chlamydospore Germination and Mycelial Growth of Trichoderma spp. by Chemical Fungicides 被引量:2

For exploring the influences of application and residue of chemical fungi- cides on chlamydospore preparations of Trichoderma spp., the effects of seven chemical fungicides on chlamydospore germination and mycelia growth of two bio- control fungi T. harzianum 610 and T. Iongibrachiatum 758 were studied. Carben- dazim, tebuconazole and difenoconazole showed strong toxicities, thiram and car- bexin showed moderate toxicities, and metalaxyl showed Mycelia growth of the two strains was more sensitive to most tested fungicides than those of chlamydospore germination. Chlamydospore germination of 610 was more sensitive to tested fungicides than those of 758, and mycelia growth of 758 was more sensitive to most tested fungi- cides than those of 610. Among the seven fungicides, 98% carbendazim had the strongest effects (ECru values were 1.64 and 0.05μpg/ml), and 70% pentachloroni- trobenzene had the weakest effects (EC50 values were 1.64 and 0,05 μg/ml) for chlamydospore germination and mycelia growth of 610. As for 758, 98% carbendaz- im had the strongest inhibitory effects and 95% metalaxyl had the weakest inhibitory for chlamydospore germination of 756 (EC50 values were 0.62 and 1 108.61 μg/ml respectively), whereas 96.2% tebuconazole showed the strongest inhibitory effects for mycelia growth of 758 (EC= value was 0.32μg/ml), and 95% metalaxyl was the weakest (EC= value was 1 206.29 μg/ml). According to the applied concentration of different fungicides in practice, we concluded that chlamydospore preparations of 610 and 758 could not be combined with carbendazim, tebuconazole, thiram and carboxin for controlling plant diseases, and the pesticide residues to the biocontrol effects should be kept in mind. Chlamydospore preparations of 610 and 758 can be and difenoconazole for controlling plant dis- eases, 758 chlamydospore preparations and germinated chlamydospore of 610 can be combined with metalaxyl for controlling plant diseases, and pesticide residue risk was not serious. 展开更多

The drug-containing culture medium method for the test of toxicity was adopted to compare inhibitive effects of original nano-Cu2O drug and nano-Cu2O suspension, and nano-Cu2O drug has better inhibitive effects on snake melon Botry- tis cinerea than original nano-Cu2O drug with the same mass concentration, and inhibitory effects are positively correlated with concentration. Correlation coefficients of the toxicity regression equation are 0.892 2 and 0.996 1, effective concentration EC50 of original nano-Cu2O drug and that of nano-Cu2O suspension are 3 948.9 and 167.9 mg/kg. Original nano-Cu2O drug has an inhibitive effect on snake melon Botrytis cinerea, but the inhibition of nano-Cu2O suspension is more obvious. 展开更多

Isolation and Identification of an Endophytic Fungus Associated with Juglans regia L. and Its Bioactivity

[Method] The bark of J. regia was washed with running water and placed on medium to let the fungi grown; the fungal colonies were studied via morphological observation and anti-microbial activity. [Result] An endophytic fungus showing broad-scope, highly active anti-microbial activity was screened out. This fungus showed anti-microbial activity seven Gram-positive and four Gram-negative bacterial indicators, six skin pathogenic fungi and seven pathogenic fungi to different extent. Morphological observation on the ITS sequence showed that this fungus is consistent with Paecilomyces lilacinus in genus Paecilomyces bainier(with homology of over 99%). Accordingly this fungus was designated as Paecilomyces lilacinus JY-1024. [Conclusion] This study for the first time reported the isolation of P. lilacinus from J. regia and its in vitro antimicrobial activity to several pathogens. 展开更多

Thirty-six strains of marine actinomycetes were isolated from a sample of marine sediment collected from the Yellow Sea and evaluated in terms of their inhibitory activity on the growth of Aspergillus parasiticus and the production of norsolorinic acid using dual culture plate assay and agar diffusion methods.Among them,three strains showed strong antifungal activity and were subsequently identified as Streptomyces sp.by 16 S rRNA gene sequencing analysis.The supernatant from the fermentation of the MA01 strain was extracted sequentially with chloroform and ethyl acetate,and the activities of the extracts were determined by tip culture assay.The assay results show that both extracts inhibited mycelium growth and toxin production,and the inhibitory activities of the extracts increased as their concentrations increased.The results of this study suggest that marine actinomycetes are biologically important for the control of mycotoxins,and that these bacteria could be used as novel biopesticides against mycotoxins. 展开更多
