Anti-subsidy investigations into foreign investments are at the forefront. This paper discusses overseas investment subsidies and how China should respond to them. It proposes that China can negotiate under the WTO framework and avoid industries that may be subject to countervailing investigations. In particular, it proposes that China can adopt the qualification bidding system for investment subsidies to help enterprises comply with cross-border investment compliance.展开更多
