为了选育适合盐碱地种植的优良油菜品种,本研究以15份春油菜种质资源为供试材料,于萌发期用不同浓度NaCl溶液处理,调查盐胁迫下供试材料相关指标的变化,并确定了春油菜抗(耐)盐种质资源筛选及评价研究的最佳NaCl浓度(10 g/L)。结果表明... 为了选育适合盐碱地种植的优良油菜品种,本研究以15份春油菜种质资源为供试材料,于萌发期用不同浓度NaCl溶液处理,调查盐胁迫下供试材料相关指标的变化,并确定了春油菜抗(耐)盐种质资源筛选及评价研究的最佳NaCl浓度(10 g/L)。结果表明:在该浓度下,对所有供试材料的相对发芽率、相对发芽势、相对发芽指数等9个测定指标值进行主成分分析、方差分析和聚类分析,前3个主成分的累计贡献率达88.37%,其中相对发芽率、相对子叶鲜重、相对茎长、相对根鲜重、相对侧根数目等指标占有较大比重,可以构成萌发期抗(耐)盐春油菜种质资源筛选与评价体系。聚类及方差分析结果表明,宁交5号抗(耐)盐性最强。 展开更多

A halotolerant, gram positive, motile and rod, was isolated from the E1 Gol6a lake of Ghardaia, Alegria and screened for its antimicrobial potential. The strain showed an inhibitory effect to gram positive and gram negative bacteria against Cladosporium spp. and a slight inhibitory effect against C. albicans using chloroform as the extraction solvent and the nutrient broth as production medium. 16S rRNA sequencing showed that the isolate named LMB3981 is a new taxon in the family of Bacillaceae (with 96% similarity). The strain is close to Filobacillus milosensis and Bacillus haloalkaliphilum with 95% similarity. The phenotypic study showed differences between LMB3981 and two strains that are near and have confirmed the results of 16S rRNA sequencing by specific metabolic properties of the strain. 展开更多

The alloy (AI-Cu-Mg) alloy important one dating back to the series (2xxx) where copper foundries basic element which represents the number (2), the study relied on foundries add elements boron (B) and titanium (Ti) and then use a heat treatment (homogenizing process) to improve the corrosion resistance in saline (NaC1 3.5%) of the base alloy (A1-Cu-Mg), was prepared four types of alloys (A, B, C, D) depending on the chemical composition. The results showed that the corrosion resistance in saline solution was the best resistance in the alloy (D) (A1-2% Cu-2% Mg-0.1% B-1.0% Ti) compared with the rest of bullion when an examination of corrosion of the alloy prepared after homogenizing. But by examining the surface roughness of the alloy ingot turned out that (D) is softer than the rest of the surface alloys and this is due to the addition of boron and titanium together increases surface smoothness in alloys because it works to reduce the grain size. 展开更多

Despite a large number of studies examining the effects of abiotic stress factors on plants,the mechanistic explanations of drought-induced tree mortality remain inconclusive and even less is known about how multiple stressors interact.The role of non-structural carbohydrates(NSCs)in preventing or postponing drought mortality is gaining attention.Here,we tested the role of NSCs in mitigating the effects of drought and salinity in New Zealand mangroves,Avicennia marina subsp.australasica.We experimentally manipulated plant NSC levels,prior to subjecting them to combinations of drought and salinity.Plant growth and survival rates were 2-and 3-fold higher in the high-NSC(H-NSC)group than in the low-NSC(L-NSC)group under high salinity and drought conditions,respectively.After 12 weeks under high salinity-high drought conditions,the H-NSC group showed higher stem hydraulic conductivity(281±50 mmol cm^(−1)s^(−1)MPa^(−1))compared with the L-NSC group(134±40 mmol cm^(−1)s^(−1)MPa^(−1)).Although starch levels remained relatively constant,we found a 20%increase in soluble sugars in the stems of H-NSC group under high drought and high salinity in week 8 compared with week 12.Our results suggest(i)an important role of NSCs in mitigating the effects of low soil water potential caused by drought and salinity,and(ii)sink-limited growth under conditions of combined salinity and drought. 展开更多
