通过对兴凯湖长期N、P添加平台设置不同浓度的处理,分析DOM的浓度和光谱学特征,来探究外源N、P及其交互效应对泥炭地DOM结构复杂性的影响.研究结果表明,外源N、P输入没有显著改变DOM的浓度,但DOM的芳香化程度在高氮(N_((2)))、低磷(P_((... 通过对兴凯湖长期N、P添加平台设置不同浓度的处理,分析DOM的浓度和光谱学特征,来探究外源N、P及其交互效应对泥炭地DOM结构复杂性的影响.研究结果表明,外源N、P输入没有显著改变DOM的浓度,但DOM的芳香化程度在高氮(N_((2)))、低磷(P_((1)))以及NP交互效应下显著提高了58.5%~82.9%.此外,高磷(P_((2)))和低氮高磷(N_((1))P_((2)))处理增加了DOM的内源输入.DOM的荧光组分主要以类腐殖质物质和类蛋白质物质为主,单独N、P处理提高了类蛋白质含量,而NP交互效应增加了类腐殖质含量.这些结果表明外源N、P输入会通过刺激植物生长以及促进微生物活性来增加DOM的结构复杂性. 展开更多

Changes of Resistance During Polyelectrolyte-enhanced Stirred Batch Ultrafiltration

The permeation flux or the resistance in the ultrafiltration process is mainly limited by osmotic pressure, and it may originate from various kinds of polymer interactions. However, the real origin of permeation resistance hasn't been clarified yet in the light of polymer solution nature. The removal of nitrate contamination by polyelectrolytes was carried out with stirred batch ultrafiltration. The polyelectrolyte concentrations both in permeate and retentate were analyzed with total organic carbon analyzer and permeate mass was acquired by electronic balance connected with computer. The total resistance was calculated and interpreted based on the osmotic pressures in three concentration regimes. In the dilute region, the resistance was proportional to polymer concentration; in the semidilute region, the resistance depended on polymer concentration in the parabolic relationship; in the highly concentrated solution regime, the osmotic pressure factor (OPF) would dominate the total resistance; and the deviation from OPF control could come from the electrostatic repulsion between the tightly compacted and charged polyelectrolyte particles at extremely concentrated solution regime. It was first found that dilute and semidilute concentration regions can be easily detected by plotting the leg-log curves of the polymer concentration versus the ratio of the total resistance to polymer concentration. Durable press finishing of cotton fabrics with polycarboxylic acid increases fabric wrinkle-resistance at the expense of its mechanical strength. Severe tensile strength loss is the major disadvantage for wrinkle resistant cotton fabrics.Tensile strength loss of cotton fabric crosslinked by a polycarboxylic acid can be attributed to depolymerization and crosslink of cellulose molecules. Measurement of the molecular weight of cotton fabric before and after crosslinked by polycarboxylic acids can offer a possibility of direct understanding of the depolymerization. In this research, amultiple angle laser light scattering photometer was used todetermine the absolute molecular weight of cotton fabric treated with BTCA at different pH and then hydrolyzed with 0. 5 M NaOH solution at 50℃ for 144 h. The results indicate that average molecular weights of cotton fabric treated with polycarboxylic acids at different pH are almost the same. 展开更多

The lytic activity of variant T4-lysozyme was measured by the lysis of the cel wal of Xan-thomonas oryzae pv. oryzae, X. oryzae pv. oryzicola, Ralstonia solanacearum comb. nov, Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. michiganensis, X. campestris pv. mal-vacearum, Fusarium oxysporium sp. vasinfectum, Verticil ium dahliae kleb. Inhibition zone assay showed that variant T4 lysozyme significantly inhibited X. o. oryzicola and X. c. malvacearum.
