以抗干扰主成分分析法为基础,结合植被抑制算法,依据地化元素和矿点的空间分布,建立了遥感抗干扰-地质信息优化提取流程,在桂东南地区开展了遥感地质找矿预测。发现羟基异常或"羟基+弱铁染组合异常"是对Au、Ag、W、Mo、Sn成... 以抗干扰主成分分析法为基础,结合植被抑制算法,依据地化元素和矿点的空间分布,建立了遥感抗干扰-地质信息优化提取流程,在桂东南地区开展了遥感地质找矿预测。发现羟基异常或"羟基+弱铁染组合异常"是对Au、Ag、W、Mo、Sn成矿有利区的有效指示;强铁染异常的形态和规模与燕山早期花岗岩体存在空间对应关系;"强铁染异常+弱羟基异常"组合模式与小型金矿、铁染-羟基综合异常与铅锌矿床、羟基蚀变强烈区与构造破碎强烈带等之间均存在较为密切的空间对应关系。因此得到初步结论:遥感蚀变组合异常与多期构造活动叠加、多期/次岩浆侵入、围岩蚀变强、多种岩性复合叠加的区域,是成矿最有利区段,"强羟基蚀变+弱铁染蚀变"组合异常与Au、Ag、W、Mo、Sn地球化学次生晕异常存在着良好的同现关系;采用MNF-羟基-铁染综合异常信息法在中等植被覆盖区圈定Au、Ag、W、Mo、Sn矿床成矿远景区的应用是有效的。 展开更多

Coal mining monitoring system has been enforcing tests for the immunity of Electromagnetic Compatibility(EMC) since 2006.However,not all monitoring substations can pass the Electrical Fast Transient/Burst(EFT/B) immunity test and the explosion-proof test simultaneously.In order to enhance EMC,the EFT/B interfere transmission model was presented at the substation power port,after the EFT/B test method was used to analyze the monitoring substation power ports.Hence,a low-pass filter was designed by using the simulation software PIPICE and an anti-jamming method was proposed by way of a parallel connection of the discharge interfere circuit and the low-pass filter.The improved complex EMI filter was made up of an interference discharge device and a filter.The dynamic equivalent circuit was proposed for the EFT/B immunity test.As a result,the monitoring substation has passed the EFT/B immunity and explosion-proof tests with the complex filter.It is concluded that the complex EMI filter has significantly enhanced the immunity of the coal mining monitoring system. 展开更多

AIM: To evaluate the efficacy of combination chemotherapy with interferon-α (IFNα) and 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). METHODS: Twenty-eight HCC patients in advanced stage were enrolled in the study. They were treated with IFNα/ 5-FU combination chemotherapy. One cycle of therapy lasted for 4 wk. IFNα (3×10^6 units) was subcutaneously injected thrice weekly on days 1, 3, and 5 for 3 wk, and 5-FU (500 mg/d) was administered via the proper hepatic artery for 5 consecutive days per week for 3 wk. No drugs were administered during the 4th wk. The effect of combination chemotherapy was evaluated in each patient alter every cycle based on the reduction of tumor volume. RESULTS: Alter the 1^st cycle of therapy, 16 patients showed a partial response (PR, 57.1%) but none showed a complete response (CR, 0%). At the end of therapy, the number of patients who showed a CR, PR, or no response (NR) was 1, 10, and 17, respectively. The response rate for therapy (CR+PR) was 21.5%. Biochemical tests before therapy were compared between responsive (CR+PR) and non-responsive (NR) patients, but no significant differences were found for any of the parameters examined, indicating that no reasonable predictors could be identified in our analysis. CONCLUSION: Attempts should be made to discriminate between responders and non-responders by evaluating tumor size alter the first cycle of IFNα/5-FU combination chemotherapy. For non-responders, therapy should not proceed to the next cycle, and instead, different combination of anticancer drugs should be explored. 2005 The WJG Press and Elsevier Inc. Inhibition of Ku80 by RNAi enhances the radiosensitivity of cervical carcinoma cell line SiHa

Methods: pKu80-siRNA and pNeg-siRNA were constructed and then transfected into SiHa cells. Western blot and RT-PCR were applied to measure the expression of Ku80. After 10 Gy irradiation with 6 MV X-ray, cells were harvested at 20 h, 28 h and 48 h, and analyzed by flow cytometry for apoptosis rate. The SF2 and α, β values of cells were acquired by clone formation array. Results: Two stable transfection cell clones SiHa/Ku80-siRNA and SiHa/Neg-siRNA were screened from the pKu80-siRNA and pNeg-siRNA transfected cells. Western blot and RT-PCR indicated that the expression of Ku80 was suppressed by the Ku80-siRNA, The apoptosis rates of SiHa/Ku80-siRNA were higher than control cells at 28 h and 48 h after X-ray irradiation (P 〈 0.05). The SF2 value of SiHa/Ku80-siRNA (0.422) was lower than that of SiHa/Neg-siRNA cells (0.587) or untransfected cells (0.583), and the a value of SiHa/Ku80-siRNA was 0.295 ± 0.016, higher than that of SiHa/Neg-siRNA (0.176 ± 0.010) or control cells (0.188 ± 0.011). Conclusion: Inhibition of Ku80 could enhance the radiosensitivity of SiHa, which showed that Ku80 could be a good target for molecular therapy. 展开更多

AIM:TT virus (TTV) is a newly described DNA virus related to postransfusion hepatitis that produces persistent viremia in the absence of clinical manifestations.PEG-IFN plus ribavirin have been useful in the treatment of chronic hepatitis C infection.This study investigated the responses of TT virus (TTV) and hepatitis C virus (HCV) to PEG-IFN plus ribavirin therapy. METHODS:Fifteen patients infected with HCV were treated with PEG-IFN(0.5 μg/body weight/week) and ribavirin (1000 mg-1 200 mg/daily) for 48 weeks,Blood samples were drawn at the beginning and the end of the therapy.Serum TTV DNA and HCV RNA were quantified by real time PCR. RESULTS:At the beginning of treatment,TTV infection was detected in 10/15 (66.6%) of HCV-infected patients.Loss of serum TTV DNA at the end of therapy occurred in 6/10 (60%) patients.Out of these 6 patients,4 (67%) became positive for TTV DNA after 6 months of therapy.Regarding HCV viremia,11/15 (73%) patients were negative for serum HCV RNA after 48 weeks of therapy,7/11 (64%) of these cases also became negative for TTV DNA following the combined treatment.In the 3/4 (75%) patients who were positive for HCV RNA at the end of therapy,TTV DNA was detected as well.Sustained HCV response at 6 months after treatment was 53% (8/15). CONCLUSION:No TTV sustained response can be achieved in any patient after PEG-IFN plus ribavirin administration. 展开更多

Radio frequency interference (RFI) is a major problem in high-frequency (HF) radars. Conventional filtering-involved RFI suppression methods may introduce distortions to the target signals of interest and often demand extra hardware costs. In this paper, a novel method for RFI suppression by using linearly or randomly phase-modulated (PM) chirps is proposed, which enables independent analyses of the target signal and the RFI. Furthermore, the directions of arrival (DOA) of the interference are used as constraints to ensure a better DOA estimation of the target. The effectiveness of the method is demonstrated by numerical simulation results. The method can greatly improve the anti-interference capabilities of HF radars and is extremely applicable in the portable and low-cost radar systems. 展开更多

Due to the strong electromagnetic interferences and human interference,traditional electromagnetic methods cannot obtain high quality resistivity data of mineral deposits in Chinese mines.The wide field electromagnetic method(WFEM),in which the pseudo-random signal is taken as the transmitter source,can extract high quality resistivity data in areas with sever interference by only measuring the electric field component.We use the WFEM to extract the resistivity information of the Dongguashan mine in southeast China.Compared with the audio magnetotelluric(AMT)method,and the controlled source audio-frequency magnetotelluric(CSAMT) method,the WFEM can obtain data with higher quality and simpler operations.The inversion results indicate that the WFEM can accurately identify the location of the main ore-body,which can be used for deep mine exploration in areas with strong interference. 展开更多

Compared with the adaptive filters based on second-order statistics and gradient algorithm, the HOS and GA-based filter can reject the interference more efficiently, is independent of uncorrelated Gaussian noise, tends to converge to the optimum solution and is much less sensitive to the choice of the step size parameter. The satellite navigation anti-interference technique, especially space anti-interference technique, is subjected to many restrictions, such as cost, energy depletion, and so on, and the satellite signal strength is limited by the International Radio Advisory Committee, the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and satellite companies. This paper focuses on satellite navigation systems, especially satellite navigation systems adopting direct sequence spread spectrum (DSSS). The notch filter is used to remove some frequencies from the pseudorandom code frequency spectrum making use of its cyclostationarity first, then the filtered pseudorandom code is modulated by the carrier to attain energy suppression, but the pseudorandom code autocorrelation characteristic stays unchanged.
