选用7份陆地棉、4份海岛棉为试材,比较了陆地棉和海岛棉不同发育阶段的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性的变化差异性。结果表明,海岛棉和陆地棉的SOD有不同的变化规律;评价SOD关键时期是花铃期以后。陆地棉... 选用7份陆地棉、4份海岛棉为试材,比较了陆地棉和海岛棉不同发育阶段的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性的变化差异性。结果表明,海岛棉和陆地棉的SOD有不同的变化规律;评价SOD关键时期是花铃期以后。陆地棉的CAT活性不同材料有不同规律,评价关键期和材料直接相关;4份海岛棉材料的CAT有一致的变化规律,均在7月20日出现高峰,建议评价关键期为始花期;海岛棉和陆地棉的POD活性表现略有差异,评价陆地棉和海岛棉关键期为吐絮期。通过对抗氧保护酶活性的研究从而为海岛棉改良陆地棉提供参考。 展开更多

选用生产上推广的4份海岛棉为材料,研究了不同生育期的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、抗坏血酸氧化酶(AAO)和多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性的变化规律。结果表明,供试的5种酶各有自身的变化规律,也各有其评价的关键时期。

为解决陆地棉裸苗移栽易死苗,缓苗期长的问题。试验以百棉1号为材料,采用不同激素的不同浓度蘸根处理,研究缓苗成活期的棉苗成活率、叶片的叶绿素含量、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶的活性。结果显示:IBA、IAA和NAA的处理明... 为解决陆地棉裸苗移栽易死苗,缓苗期长的问题。试验以百棉1号为材料,采用不同激素的不同浓度蘸根处理,研究缓苗成活期的棉苗成活率、叶片的叶绿素含量、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶的活性。结果显示:IBA、IAA和NAA的处理明显提高棉苗的成活率。5种激素处理均可以提高叶片的叶绿素b的含量,叶绿素a/b值在0.1~1.0 mg/L之间,且随激素处理浓度增大而减小;IBA、NAA、IAA三种激素蘸根能明显增加叶片SOD酶活性;IBA、GA、KT适宜浓度增加POD酶活性效果较好;适宜量GA和NAA处理可以引起CAT酶活性显著性上升。激素蘸根可以影响棉花裸苗移栽的成活率及其幼苗叶片的抗氧保护酶活性,适宜的激素浓度酶活性高,不同激素对不同酶活性影响效果不同。 展开更多

Possible mediatory roles of heat acclimation and salicylic acid in protecting the sporophyte of marine macroalga Laminaria japonica(Phaeophyceae) from heat stress were studied.Heat stress resulted in oxidative injury in the kelp blades.Under heat stress significant accumulation of hydrogen peroxide(H_2O_2) and malonaldehyde(MDA),a membrane lipid peroxidation product,and a drastic decrease in chlorophyll a content were recorded.Activity of the enzymatic antioxidant system was drastically affected by heat stress.The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) was significantly increased while peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT) and glutathione peroxidase(GPX) were greatly inhibited and,simultaneously,phenylalanine ammonia-lyase was activated while polyphenol oxidase(PPO) was inhibited.Both heat acclimation pretreatment and exogenous application of salicylic acid alleviated oxidative damage in kelp blades.Blades receiving heat acclimation pretreatment and exogenous salicylic acid prior to heat stress exhibited a reduced increase in H_2O_2 and MDA content,and a lower reduction in chlorophyll a content.Pretreatment with heat acclimation and salicylic acid elevated activities of SOD,POD,CAT,GPX and PPO.Considering these results collectively,we speculate that the inhibition of antioxidant enzymes is a possible cause of the heat-stress-induced oxidative stress in L.japonica,and enhanced thermotolerance may be associated,at least in part,with the elevated activity of the enzymatic antioxidant system. 展开更多

The present study aims to clarify the protective effect of supplementation with some antioxidants,such as idebenone(200 mg/kg,ip),melatonin(10 mg/kg,ip) and arginine(200 mg/kg,ip) and their combination,on liver function(T.protein,albumin,alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase and alkaline phosphatase),energetic parameters(adenosine triphosphate,adenosine diphosphate,adenosine monophosphate,inorganic phosphate,total adenylate,adenylate energy charge and potential phosphate).The effect on glycolytic and glycogenolytic enzymes(glucose,glycogen,glycogen phosphorylase,pyruvate kinase and phosphofructokinase against hypoxia) was also studied.The drugs were administered 24 and 1 h prior sodium nitrite intoxication.All biochemical parameters were estimated 1 h after sodium nitrite injection.Injection of sodium nitrite(75 mg/kg,sc) produced a significant disturbance in all biochemical parameters of liver function,energetic parameters and glycolytic and glycogenolytic enzymes.Hepatic damage was confirmed by histopathological examination of the liver as compared to controls.The marked changes in hepatic cells induced by sodium nitrite were completely abolished by pretreatment with the drug combination,suggesting potential protection against sodium nitrite-induced hypoxia.It could be concluded that a combination of both idebenone and melatonin or idebenone and arginine provides potential protection against sodium nitrite-induced hypoxia by improving biochemical parameters and preserving liver histology. 展开更多
