文摘作者从垂枝长叶暗罗的树干皮中分离鉴定出2种已知化合物(1和2),以及4种新的克罗烷型二萜类化合物:cleroda-3-ene 吡咯-15,16-dione(3),cleroda-3-ene 吡咯烷-15,16-dione (4),cleroda-3,13(14)E-二烯-15,16-二酰胺(5),和cleroda-3-ene-15,16-二酰胺(6)。采用WHO Mark III Microtest测定法,对这些化合物的抗疟原虫效果进行评估。这些化合物均显示了抗疟原虫活性,其 IC50范围为4.5~213.8μM。
