A highly stable zinc metal anode modified with a fluorinated graphite nanosheets(FGNSs)coating was designed.The porous structure of the coating layer effectively hinders lateral mass transfer of Zn ions and suppresses dendrite growth.Moreover,the high electronegativity exhibited by fluorine atoms creates an almost superhydrophobic solid-liquid interface,thereby reducing the interaction between solvent water and the zinc substrate.Consequently,this leads to a significant inhibition of hydrogen evolution corrosion and other side reactions.The modified anode demonstrates exceptional cycling stability,as symmetric cells exhibit sustained cycling for over 1400 h at a current density of 5 mA/cm^(2).Moreover,the full cells with NH_(4)V_(4)O_(10)cathode exhibit an impressive capacity retention rate of 92.2%after undergoing 1000 cycles. 展开更多

目的研究经Fe(NO3)3处理后γ-Fe2O3/Ni2O3复合纳米微粒稳定分散在磁性液体中的机理。方法使用共沉淀法制备Fe OOH/Ni(OH)2前躯体,经Fe Cl2溶液处理后得到以γ-Fe2O3为核心,Ni2O3在外层,Fe Cl3·6H2O在最外层的核-壳结构γ-Fe2O3/Ni... 目的研究经Fe(NO3)3处理后γ-Fe2O3/Ni2O3复合纳米微粒稳定分散在磁性液体中的机理。方法使用共沉淀法制备Fe OOH/Ni(OH)2前躯体,经Fe Cl2溶液处理后得到以γ-Fe2O3为核心,Ni2O3在外层,Fe Cl3·6H2O在最外层的核-壳结构γ-Fe2O3/Ni2O3复合纳米微粒。用硝酸铁溶液对其进一步处理,使微粒表面性质稳定以适合配制离子型磁性液体。使用振动样品磁强计、透射电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、X射线光电子能谱仪对硝酸铁处理后复合纳米微粒的磁性、形态、晶体结构、化学组成及结构进行分析。结果经硝酸铁处理后,微粒的磁性减弱,粒径略微变大,约为11 nm,但位于微粒核心的主要成分γ-Fe2O3保持不变,且在微粒表面包裹了一层Fe(NO3)3·9H2O抗腐蚀层。结论经Fe(NO3)3处理后微粒表面包裹的抗腐蚀层及配制磁性液体时微粒表面吸附同种H+或OH-形成的静电斥力,使微粒在磁性液体中稳定分散。 展开更多

Pretreated Mg-Li alloy sheets were pre-plated in a NiCO3?2Ni(OH)2?4H2O solution to form a thin Ni-P alloy film and then plating in a NiSO4?6H2O solution was carried out to obtain a protective coating.The surface morphology,structure and corrosion resistance of the coating were studied.The results showed that a flat,bright and compact plating layer,which was integrated into the matrix metal,was obtained.The P content of the Ni-P coating reached 13.56%(mass fraction).The hardness value of the Ni-P coating was about HV 549.The polarization curve showed that the corrosion potential of the Ni-P coating reached ?0.249 V(vs SCE).A long passivation region was found on the polarization curve,and this phenomenon indicated that the coating has an excellent anti-corrosion property. 展开更多

This work is focused on developing zinc-doped hydroxyapatite-zeolite(Zn HA-Zeo)and polycaprolactone(PCL)composite coatings on magnesium(Mg)substrate to improve the corrosion resistance and antimicrobial properties.Dip-coating technique was used to coat Zn HA-Zeo/PCL on the Mg substrate at room temperature.The samples were subjected to field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared(FTIR),energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX)and antimicrobial potential.Results demonstrated that composite coatings consist of HA,scholzite,zeolite,and PCL phases.EDX spectra indicated the presence of calcium(Ca),silicon(Si),aluminum(Al),zinc(Zn),phosphorus(P)and oxygen(O).The composite surface appeared in spherical-like microstructure on coating with thickness ranging 226-260μm.Zinc-doped HA-Zeo composite coating had a high corrosion resistance and provided sufficient protection to the Mg surface against galvanic corrosion.Doped Zn HA-Zeo coating samples exhibited superior disc inhibition by confirming antimicrobial activity against the E.coli as compared to HA-Zeo sample.Altogether these results showed that the Zn HA-Zeo coatings not only improved the corrosion resistance,but also enhanced the antimicrobial property and hence they can be used as suitable candidates for implant applications. 展开更多

With properties of complete degradation and favorable mechanical behavior, Mg and its alloys are regarded as the next generation medical metal materials. However, fast degradation and poor surface biocompatibility hinder their clinical applications. Inspired by the "petal effect", we successfully constructed a superhydrophobic and highly adhesive coating on pure Mg via a simple hydrothermal treatment in a solution containing sodium oleate. The superhydrophobicity of the fabricated coating results from its flake-like micro-nanostructure and the low-surface-energy oleate group. Water droplet on the superhydrophobic coating cannot roll off even when the sample is turned upside down, owing to the sealed air-pockets and the van der Waals’ attraction at the solidliquid interface, indicating a highly adhesive force. The chemical and mechanical stability of the superhydrophobic coating were measured. Potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy measurements suggest enhanced corrosion resistance of the as-prepared sample.Furthermore, cell cytotoxicity, migration and adhesion data of human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs) reveal an improved cytocompatibility of the modified surface. Finally,hemolysis assay and platelet adhesion assay suggest an improved hemocompatibility. It is believed that the facile and low-cost method can expand the new application of superhydrophobic surface with highly adhesive on Mg in biomedical fields. 展开更多
