消化内镜检查在消化系统疾病诊治中的护理挑战及对策探索

分析消化系统疾病诊治中实施消化内镜检查的护理挑战及对策。方法 消化内镜检查患者80例为样本(在2021.01~2024.01时间段内),顺序编码分组(每组患者数量控制为40人),对照组常规护理,实验组优质护理方法。结果 比较对照组,实验组情绪状态评分改善好,护理质量评分改善好,护理满意度改善好,VAS疼痛程度分级改善好,并发症发生率改善好,(P<0.05)。结论 消化内镜检查在消化系统疾病诊治中,常见的护理挑战包含患者年龄、认识程度等,因此,在优质护理实施当中,制定相应的对策,进一步保障患者消化内镜检查当中的生命安全,避免不良事件的发生。

人口老龄化对护理工作的挑战

人口老龄化是指老年人口占总人口的比例不断上升的过程。目前，人口老龄化已是一个世界性的问题。到2000年我国60岁以上的老年人口总数达1．3亿，占总人口的10．6％，据预测到2025年，老年人口将增至2．84亿，占总人口数的19．5％。到2040年，我国老年人口总数将增加到3．74亿。

军队疗养院护理管理的特点与改进措施

全军疗养院建设与管理研讨会明确提出：要把军队疗养院建设成为高中级干部的健康促进基地，特勤人员的疗养基地，慢性疾病的康复基地和保健人员的培训基地［1］。“四个基地”的要求，为军队疗养院建设和科学发展指明了新的方向。护理管理是疗养院医疗保健服务的重要组成部分。护理工作由于贴近疗养员，最能体现疗养院的服务质量和风貌。自2012年笔者所在疗养院按照“四个基地”的要求，认真研究分析护理管理工作的新特点，并采取了相应的改进措施。

Opportunities and challenges for the development of traditional Chinese medicinenursing under the new healthcare reform

Based on the “Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Medicine and Health”, “Strategic planning outline of thedevelopment of Traditional Chinese Medicine （2016-2030）” and the other relevant polices announced by StateAdministration of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the People’s Republic of China, this paper analyzes and summarizesthe opportunities and challenges for the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing （TCM nursing） under thenew healthcare reform, in order to provide reference and thinking for the professional development of TCM nursing.
