小班教学在护理教育中的应用分析

随着医学模式由生物医学模式向生物-心理-社会医学模式的转变，护理模式也由功能制护理向系统化整体护理过渡，这些转变赋予了护理新的内涵，对护理人才的要求也越来越高，但是目前的护理教育还不能适应日益发展的护理工作的需要，如何进行有效的护理教育改革，培养适应时代发展要求的护理人才成为教育部、卫生部以及各有关院校高度重视的问题。本文对目前我国护理教育中小班教学的应用状况进行分析。
