多囊卵巢综合征胰岛素抵抗患者饮食控制及药物干预对近、远期并发症影响的研究

目的:探讨多囊卵巢综合征伴胰岛素抵抗患者饮食及胰岛素增敏剂干预后对近、远期并发症的影响。方法:收治多囊卵巢综合征伴胰岛素抵抗患者200例,按照不配合治疗与配合治疗分为对照组和干预组。观察干预后两组体重、月经周期、基础体温、卵泡发育及激素变化,巨大儿发病率,妊娠后糖尿病以及代谢性疾病转归。结果:两组激素变化、排卵及妊娠率有较大差异;妊娠糖尿病、巨大儿发病率对照组30.7%,20%;干预组1.1,2.2%,有较显著差异。观察6年糖尿病、高血压发病率对照组32%,干预组0,有较显著差异。结论:多囊卵巢综合征伴胰岛素抵抗患者通过建立合理的饮食习惯、口服胰岛素增敏剂可使患病妇女建立良好的月经周期,增加促进排卵及成功妊娠率,降低妊娠期间糖尿病及巨大儿的发生率,降低糖尿病及其他代谢性疾病的发生。

Anti-control and Generalized Synchronization of Chaos for a Kind of n-Dimensional Linear Differential System

This paper introduces the finding of some chaotic attractors in a kind of n-dimensional autonomous hybrid system, which is realized via applying some discontinuous state feedback to a kind of n linear differential system. And a constructive theorem is proposed for generalized synchronization related to the above chaotic hybrid systems. Examples are presented for illustrating the methods.
