基于厚板拉伸振动精确化方程求解动应力集中问题

过去,对拉伸平板考虑应力集中的工程设计多借鉴弹性力学平面问题分析求解结果,例如弹性力学Kirsch问题的解或弹性动力学平面问题的解.基于厚板拉伸振动精确化方程,对含圆孔平板中弹性波散射与动应力集中问题进行了研究.研究结果表明:1)... 过去,对拉伸平板考虑应力集中的工程设计多借鉴弹性力学平面问题分析求解结果,例如弹性力学Kirsch问题的解或弹性动力学平面问题的解.基于厚板拉伸振动精确化方程,对含圆孔平板中弹性波散射与动应力集中问题进行了研究.研究结果表明:1)两种模型得到的开孔附近的应力是不同的;2)当入射波波数变大或者说入射波频率变高时,动应力集中系数最大值趋于单位1.含孔平板拉伸振动的动应力集中系数最大值达到3.30,以及基于弹性动力学平面问题模型得到的结果为2.77.对数值计算结果做了分析讨论,可以看到,当孔径厚度比是a/h=0.10时,基于平板拉伸振动精确化方程得到的动应力集中系数可以达到最大值,超出基于弹性动力学平面问题所得到结果的19%.分析方法和数值计算结果可望能在工程平板结构的动力学分析和强度设计中得到应用. 展开更多

InGaZnO薄膜晶体管(InGaZnO Thin Film Transistor,IGZO TFT)具有高迁移率特性,易实现高分辨率且高刷新率的有源矩阵液晶显示(Liquid Crystal Displays,LCD).然而,由于IGZO TFT长期运行后较严重的性能下降,集成栅极驱动电路(Gate Driver... InGaZnO薄膜晶体管(InGaZnO Thin Film Transistor,IGZO TFT)具有高迁移率特性,易实现高分辨率且高刷新率的有源矩阵液晶显示(Liquid Crystal Displays,LCD).然而,由于IGZO TFT长期运行后较严重的性能下降,集成栅极驱动电路(Gate Driver on Array,GOA)的使用寿命受到限制,这成为IGZO GOA在大尺寸LCD应用的一个关键障碍.本文提出一种具有双维持模块的高可靠性IGZO GOA电路,适用于大尺寸高分辨率LCD,其中维持电路产生的双极性脉冲偏压可以有效抑制IGZO TFT阈值电压(Threshold Voltage,V_(TH))漂移.详细分析了该GOA电路的工作原理,并进行了相关电学模拟.再者,表征了偏压温度应力下的TFT稳定性,以证明双极性脉冲偏压抑制V_(TH)漂移的有效性.采用本文提出的新型GOA电路,制作了55英寸UHD(3840×2160)高分辨率LCD,具有5 mm窄边框特征,其中GOA电路仅占用1.47 mm.此外,信赖性测试中,该GOA电路在高温高湿(60°C/90%)环境稳定工作1000小时.这些结果表明本文提出的IGZO GOA电路应用于大尺寸高分辨率LCD具有足够的可靠性. 展开更多

A proper constitutive model was developed to predict the hot tensile flow behavior of IMI834 titanium alloy in α+β region. Hot tensile tests were performed at 800&ndash;1025 &deg;C and 0.001&ndash;0.1 s<sup>&minus;1</sup>. The constitutive model was developed through an Arrhenius-type equation at strains of 0.08&ndash;0.22 to characterize the hot tension behavior. It was found that the activation energies for hot tensile deformation of IMI834 titanium alloy are in the range of 519&ndash;557 kJ/mol at different strain values. The accuracy of predicted flow stress curves was evaluated using standard statistical parameters. These curves are appropriately found to be in good agreement with the experimental ones. 展开更多

In order to establish the constitutive relationship of high-ductility cementitious composites(HDCCs)under uniaxial tensile load and to guide the structural design of HDCCs,based on the analysis of the existing uniaxial tensile constitutive relationship and ideal elastoplastic linear strain-hardening model,a bilinear tensile constitutive equation of HDCCs was proposed.The points of nominal initial cracking and nominal maximum stress were adopted as control points of the line segment,and the constitutive relationship of HDCCs was established.Five series of uniaxial tensile stress-strain curves of HDCCs were combined to perform an experimental application of the constitutive equation,along with an analysis of the key parameters.The experimental results confirm the ability of the constitutive equation to overcome the problem of insufficient or excessive redundancy of existing models in terms of calculation bearing capacity.Specifically,the measured maximum stress value is larger than the nominal value,and the ratio between the two values ranges from 1.08 to 1.22.Additionally,the tensile strain at the softening point obtained by fitting a straight line with the valley points of the strain-hardening stage curve is greater than or equal to the tensile strain at the measured maximum stress point and the ratio of the fitted values to the measured values ranges from 1.00 to 1.19. 展开更多

Tensile stress-strain curves of five metallic alloys,i.e.,SKH51,STS316L,Ti-6Al-4V,Al6061and Inconel600were analyzed to investigate the working hardening behavior.The constitutive parameters of three constitutive equations,i.e.,the Hollomon,Swift and Voce equations,were compared by using different methods.A new working hardening parameter was proposed to characterize the working hardening behavior in different deformation stages.It is found that Voce equation is suitable to describe stress-strain curves in large strain region.Meanwhile,the predicting accuracy of ultimate tensile strength by Voce equation is the best.The working hardening behavior of SKH51is different from the other four metallic alloys. 展开更多

As a result, we find that this system actually comprises two families of travelling waves: the sub- and super-sonic periodic waves of positive- and negative- definite velocities, respectively, and the localized sub-sonic loop-shaped waves of positive-definite velocity. Expressing the energy-like of this system while depicting its phase portrait dynamics, we show that these multivaiued localized travelling waves appear as the boundary solutions to which the periodic travelling waves tend asymptotically 展开更多

Combined effects of Soret(thermal-diffusion) and Dufour(diffusion-thermo) in MHD stagnation point flow by a permeable stretching cylinder were studied. Analysis was examined in the presence of heat generation/absorption and chemical reaction. The laws of conservation of mass, momentum, energy and concentration are found to lead to the mathematical development of the problem. Suitable transformations were used to convert the nonlinear partial differential equations into the ordinary differential equations. The series solutions of boundary layer equations through momentum, energy and concentration equations were obtained.Convergence of the developed series solutions was discussed via plots and numerical values. The behaviors of different physical parameters on the velocity components, temperature and concentration were obtained. Numerical values of Nusselt number, skin friction and Sherwood number with different parameters were computed and analyzed. It is found that Dufour and Soret numbers result in the enhancement of temperature and concentration distributions, respectively. 展开更多

The steady laminar wall jet over a stretching surface in the presence of lateral suction or injection is considered. Similarity solutions absent in previous publications are found in some new ranges of parameters in the governing equation. The accuracy and reliability of the solutions have been checked through detailed convergence study and compared with the solutions from the numerical method and analytic method, and excellent agreement has been found. This gives the strongest evidence that those solutions are indeed new ones. 展开更多
