Numerical simulation combined with experimental test was carried out to analyze the pre-stretching process of the 7075 aluminum alloy sheet,from which the stress variation curves and residual stress of aluminum alloy sheet in different stretch rates were obtained.The results show that the residual stress in length direction is released after unloading the stretch force,while the residual stress in width direction is released during the stretching process.The study of residual stress elimination is beneficial for optimizing stretch rate on the basis of residual stress distribution law.By comparing the variation principle of residual stress in length direction,the size range of three deformation areas and elimination percentage of residual stress were obtained.The residual stresses of clamping area and transition area are not eliminated effectively,so sawing quantity should be the sum of both the areas.The elimination rate of residual stress in even deformation area could reach 90% after choosing a proper stretch rate,which is verified by both simulation and experiment. 展开更多

The effective way of finding the yarn curve shape and tension of OE(open end) yarn inside the rotor is carried out and treated by dividing the yarn curve into two parts, from which the trajectory of the yarn sliding on the navel surface is also obtained. It is pointed out that the yarn curve shape and tension will both fluctuate with the trajectory's revolving cycle inside the rotor. However, the fluctuation is not too great, so the motion can still be regarded as approximately steady for dynamic analysis. 展开更多

Estimating Field Source Parameters of Gravity Change in North China Based on the Euler Deconvolution Method

Based on the absolute and relative gravity observations in North China from 2009 to 2014,spatial dynamic variations of the regional gravity field are obtained. We employed the Euler deconvolution method and the theoretical model to get the best estimates of parameters. Gravity field change caused by the depth and distribution in North China is calculated by back analysis. The results show the structural index that equals 1 is suitable for inversion of the gravity variation data. The inversion results indicate that the depths of anomaly field sources are spread over the Hetao fault. The research method of this paper can be used in the quantitative study on the field source and may shed new light on the interpretations of gravity change, and also provide quantitative basis for earthquake prediction index criterions based on the gravity change. 展开更多

Regional gravity field modeling with high-precision and high-resolution is one of the most important scientific objectives in geodesy, and can provide fundamental information for geophysics, geodynamics, seismology, and mineral exploration. Rectangular harmonic analysis (RHA) is proposed for regional gravity field modeling in this paper. By solving the Laplace's equation of gravitational potential in local Cartesian coordinate system, the rectangular harmonic expansions of disturbing potential, gravity anomaly, gravity disturbance, geoid undulation and deflection of the vertical are derived, and so are the formula for signal degree variance and error degree variance of the rectangular harmonic coefficients (RHC). We also present the mathematical model and detailed algorithm for the solution of RHC using RHA from gravity observations. In order to reduce the edge effects caused by periodic continuation in RHA, we propose the strategy of extending the size of computation domain. The RHA-based modeling method is validated by conducting numerical experiments based on simulated ground and airborne gravity data that are generated from geopotential model EGM2008 and contaminated by Gauss white noise with standard deviation of 2 mGal. The accuracy of the 2.5'×2.5' geoid undulations computed from ground and airborne gravity data is 1 and 1.4 cm, respectively. The standard error of the gravity disturbances that downward continued from the flight height of 4 km to the geoid is only 3.1 reGal. Numerical results confirm that RHA is able to provide a reliable and accurate regional gravity field model, which may be a new option for the representation of the fine structure of regional gravity field. 展开更多

The results show that ... Hot extrusion was conducted in the α+β phase region for promoting mechanical properties of Ti42Al9V0.3Y. The microstructures and tensile properties before and after hot extrusion were studied. The results show that the microstructure of the as-cast alloy mainly consists of massive γ phase in β matrix and the as-extruded alloy mainly consists of lamellar α2/γ, lamellar β/γ, and strip γ propagating from elongated β phase. In the as-cast alloy, the predominantly observed fracture mode is transgranular cleavage failure at room temperature and intergranular fracture at 650-750 °C. After hot extrusion, it transforms into transgranular cleavage-like failure, including translamellar cleavage and delamination. The excellent tensile properties of the as-extruded material are attributed to the obvious refined microstructure with broken YAl2 particles and the micro-crack shielding action of the TiAl lamellasome. 展开更多
