The airspace congestion is becoming more and more severe.Although there are traffic flow management(TFM)initiatives based on CDM widely applied,how to reschedule these disrupted flights of different airlines integra...The airspace congestion is becoming more and more severe.Although there are traffic flow management(TFM)initiatives based on CDM widely applied,how to reschedule these disrupted flights of different airlines integrating TFM initiatives and allocate the limited airspace resources to these airlines equitably and efficiently is still a problem.The air traffic management(ATM)authority aims to minimizing the systemic costs of congested airspaces.And the airlines are self-interested and profit-oriented.Being incorporated into the collaborative decision making(CDM)process,the airlines can influence the rescheduling decisions to profit themselves.The airlines maybe hide the flight information that is disadvantageous to them,but is necessary to the optimal system decision.To realize the coincidence goal between the ATM authority and airlines for the efficient,and equitable allocation of airspace resources,this paper provides an auction-based market method to solve the congestion airspace problem under the pre-tactic and tactic stage of air traffic flow management.Through a simulation experiment,the rationing results show that the auction method can decrease the total delay costs of flights in the congested airspace compared with both the first schedule first service(FSFS)tactic and the ration by schedule(RBS)tactic.Finally,the analysis results indicate that if reallocate the charges from the auction to the airlines according to the proportion of their disrupted flights,the auction mechanism can allocate the airspace resource in economy equitably and decrease the delay losses of the airlines compared with the results of the FSFS tactic.展开更多

The back stage network side inverter adopts the method of deadbeat control and the grid power factor turns to be 1. The maximum power point tracking is realized, and the grid current has the same frequency and phase with the grid voltage through simulation. Therefore, efficiency of the solar module is improved and the sine AC wave of the inverter control circuit is high-quality. Each converter can achieve relatively independent function in the two-level PV power system by the method of Matlab/Simulink software simulation. The simulation shows that it is very conducive to the modular design and integration of the system.展开更多

The i...A general approach for controlling of periodical dynamic systems was presented by taking robotic yoyo as an example. The height of the robot arm when the yoyo arrives at the bottom was chosen as virtual control. The initial amplitude of yoyo could be mapped to the desired final amplitude by adjusting the virtual control. First,the yoyo motion was formulated into a nonlinear optimal control problem which contained the virtual control. The reference trajectory of robot could be obtained by solving the optimal problem with analytic method or more general numerical approach. Then,both PI and deadbeat control methods were used to control the yoyo system. The simulation results show that the analytic solution of the reference trajectory is identical to the numerical solution,which mutually validates the correctness of the two solution methods. In simulation,the initial amplitude of yoyo is set to be 0.22 m which is 10% higher than the desired final amplitude of 0.2 m. It can be seen that the amplitude achieves the desired value asymptotically in about five periods when using PI control,while it needs only one period with deadbeat control. The reference trajectory of robot is generated by optimizing a certain performance index; therefore,it is globally optimal. This is essentially different from those traditional control methods,in which the reference trajectories are empirically imposed on robot. What's more,by choosing the height of the robot arm when the yoyo arrives at the bottom as the virtual control,the motion of the robot arm may not be out of its stroke limitation. The proposed approach may also be used in the control of other similar periodical dynamic systems.展开更多

Many researches also focused on the application of lean thinking...The theory of constraints thinking process, created by Israeli physicist Eliyahu M. Goldratt, has emerged as a tool for achieving competitive advantage. Many researches also focused on the application of lean thinking developed by Toyota and proposed by Ohno. This philosophy has been proven to be effective in several production processes. This paper aims to propose a method of problem solving through the integration of theory of constraints thinking process and the principles of lean production. As a tool for problem identification, the method defends the use of current reality tree and, to solve problems, the lean thinking tools, proposed by Picchi. The developed method was implemented in a contractor. The research methodology was research-action. Among the results, there was a realistic diagnosis about the core problems in company. According to this, the core problem of the contractor is “the lack of commitment of manpower” that results in the main problem “the financial loss”. The principle of perfection was verbalized as a proposal to solve the problems and the tools to be implemented for solving problems were “commitment of senior management to employees” and “simplicity in communication”.展开更多

The prediction and positioning of impact sites are based on the extrapolated orbiting data together with the real time orbiting data and observations from ground based telescope provided by TT & C System. As most lunar missions carded cameras onboard, a new method of positioning of CE-1 impact site is put forward. It is based on the CCD image data photographed during the con- trolled impact and the existing lunar terrain data. We examine the formation process and statistical properti...In this paper, we develop a theoretical model to describe the dynamics of the trading volume under continuous double auction mechanism in limit order markets. We examine the formation process and statistical properties (including the mean, wriance, and realized value) of the buy side cumulative trading volume, sell side cumulative trading volume and total cumulative volume under continuous double auction mechanism by means of mathematical modeling based on Poisson process of order flows, and do some corresponding numerical simulations and comparative statics on the factors that would influence these three volumes aforementioned. The results indicate that these three volumes are all influenced by the factors including the arrival rate of orders, demands of each order, proportional structure between buy and sell orders, executed probability and time interval we examined. And our established theoretical model can well capture the dynamics of these three volumes under continuous double auction mechanism in limit order markets when all these factors interact.展开更多

When the modulation only generates a single signal sideband, the light field measurement by mixing the single sideband at ω0 ±? with a strong local oscillator at the carrier frequency ω0on a beam splitter becomes balanced heterodyne detection. When two signal sidebands at ω0 ±? are generated and the relative phase of the two sidebands is locked, this measurement corresponds to optical balanced homodyne detection. With this setup, we may confirm directly that the signal-to-noise ratio with heterodyne detection is two-fold worse than that with homodyne detection. This work will have important applications in quantum state measurement and quantum information.展开更多
