The performance evaluation of automatic carrier landing system(ACLS)is an important part in the field of carrier aircraft landing control.Combining grey analytic hierarchy theory and data normalization theory,an impro...The performance evaluation of automatic carrier landing system(ACLS)is an important part in the field of carrier aircraft landing control.Combining grey analytic hierarchy theory and data normalization theory,an improved grey analytic hierarchy method is introduced to evaluate the performance of ACLS.A complete performance evaluation indicators system of ACLS is established,and the definition and calculation formula of each indicator are provided.The grey analytic hierarchy model is modified to improve the real-time performance of the algorithm,where traditional expert scoring sampling matrix is substituted by an indicator normalized sample matrix.Taking a certain ACLS as an example,the experimental simulation is carried out,and the simulation results verify the reliability and the accuracy of the improved grey analytic hierarchy method.展开更多

The third-party legislative post-assessment can overcome the drawbacks of self-assessment, realizing the public participation better, which makes results of the assessment more objective, neutral and fair. The neutrality of assessment and scientificity of the method should be adhered in the construction of third-party legislative post-assessment in China, while improving public participation as well as the assessment indicators system and quality control system with the introduction of specific legal norms.展开更多

We set up the principles to construct our indicator system, reviewed based on the policy objectives of the new GMP for drugs systematically, and analysed the influence path of the new GMP for pharmaceutical manufacturers. We proposed a three-dimensional ＂structure-conduct-performance＂ evaluation indicator system. Our evaluation indicator system is accepted by experts and relevant personnel, indicating the three-dimensional evaluation indicator system is feasible to evaluate the impact of the new GMP in Chinese pharmaceutical industry.展开更多

I argue that the quality of macroeconomic indica...The aim of this paper is to describe and analyze people＇s confidence in political institutions in the BRICS countries： Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa. I argue that the quality of macroeconomic indicators cannot explain the variation in political confidence between the five most dynamic new emerging economies, and that there is no substantial difference among young, middle-aged, and senior-agent groups. By combing data from the Asia Barometer Survey and the World Value Survey, the author provides two complementary approaches, one sociocultural and the other micropolitical, to reveal the factors that influence people＇s confidence in four major political institutions. The explanatory effects of these two approaches are mixed. Political identity and values, in most cases, have a significant impact on political confidence. On the other hand, high levels of interpersonal social trust, individual happiness, and satisfaction with living standards also show positive influences.展开更多
