In the process of designing self-elevating drilling unit, it is important, yet complicated, to use comparison and filtering to select the optimum scheme from the feasible ones. In this research, an index system and methodology for the evaluation of self-elevating drilling unit was proposed. Based on this, a multi-objective combinatorial optimization model was developed, using the improved grey relation Analysis (GRA), in which the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used to determine the weights of the evaluating indices. It considered the connections within the indices, reflecting the objective nature of things, and also considered the subjective interests of ship owners and the needs of designers. The evaluation index system and evaluation method can be used in the selection of an optimal scheme and advanced assessment. A case study shows the index system and evaluation method are scientific, reasonable, and easy to put into practice. At the same time, such an evaluation index system and evaluation method will be helpful for making decisions for other mobile platforms. 展开更多

Generally, the sequence decision of the development and utilization of Chinese mineral resources is based on national and provincial overall plan of the mineral resources. Such plan usually cannot reflect the relative size of the suitability of the development and utilization of mineral resources. To solve the problem, the paper has selected the gift condition, the market condition, the technological condition,socio-economic condition and environmental condition as the starting-points to analyze the influential factors of the priority-sequence of mineral resources' development and utilization. The above 5 conditions are further specified into 9 evaluative indicators to establish an evaluation indicator system. At last,we propose a decision model of the priority sequence based on grey relational analysis method, and figure out the observation objects by the suitability index of development. Finally, the mineral resources of a certain province in China were analyzed as an example. The calculation results indicate that silver(2.0057), coal(1.9955), zinc(1.9442), cement limestone(1.9077), solvent limestone(1.5624) and other minerals in the province are suitable for development and utilization. 展开更多

Ecoagriculture evaluation of household level in red soil area of China

A hundred and twenty-one households in Yujiang county, Jiangxi province were investigated by adopting questionnaire method, and the evaluation system of index was established according to the integrative, hierarchical, scientific, practical, comparative and dynamic principles. The investigation data were firstly standardized and then processed with SPSS software. The index weight was confirmed by principal component analysis. Finally, the evaluation scale of ecoagriculture was calculated. The results showed that the evaluation value ranged from 0.141 to 0.689 for 121 households. Agricultural status of 113 households got the primary phase of ecoagriculture which accounting for 93.38%; 7 households into the second phase, representing 5.79% and only 1 household into the third phase according to the evaluation value. However, the ecoagriculture was divided into 5 stages, according to the evaluation value. Therefore, the ecoagriculture has huge potential to develop in red soil area, China. 展开更多

The Circular Economic Development Level of Beijing's Service Sector Based on AHP Modeling

As a mega-city constrained by resources and the environment, Beijing has developed a leading service sector, and it is necessary to evaluate the service sector circular economy in this major global city. Here, we estab- lish an indicator system including internal subsystem (economic production, resources consumption, waste emis- sions, and waste recycling), external subsystem (industry correlation) and mutualistic subsystem (society devel- opment), and use AHP modeling to evaluate the period from 2000 to 2013. We found that the development of the service sector circular economy in Beijing experienced an increase from 2000 to 2008, then a decrease from 2009 to 2013. This change mainly resulted from the decrease in Beijing's GDP following the international financial crisis in 2008. The internal subsystem greatly influences the service sector circular economy:synthetic weight of eco- nomic production, resource consumption, waste emissions and waste recycling was 0.367,0.136,0.136 and 0.075, respectively. Within the external subsystem, industrial correlation has a weak connection with Beijing's service sector circular economy with asynthetic weight of 0.143, this result illustrates that the development of the service sector circular economy has an intimate relationship with other cities or provinces around Beijing, such as Tianjin and Hebei. As are presentative of the mutualistic subsystem, society development has a positive nexus with the service sector circular economy with asynthetic weight of 0.143, proving that the development of the service sector circular economy can improve the service sector employment ratio in Beijing. We conclude with some suggestions on how to develop the service sector circular economy in Beijing. 展开更多

The aim of this study is to discipline construction in our hospital.The Delphi method was used to construct the constituent elements and specific connotations of the core competence of HCPs,and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to determine the index weight.A total of 19 experts were included,all with intermediate or higher professional titles.The positive coefficients of experts in the two rounds of consultation were all 100%.The judgment basis of experts is 0.895,the degree of familiarity is 0.842,and the coefficient of authority is 0.868.The Kendall harmony coefficients of the first,second,and third-level indicators were 0.381,0.383,and 0.320,respectively.The expert coordination degree was tested by x2 test,the P values were all less than 0.05,indicating that the degree of expert coordination was well.After two rounds of letter inquiry,an evaluation index system of core competence of HCPs with professional accomplishment,theoretical knowledge,basic skills,professional skills,and professional development ability as the main framework was formed,including 5 first-level indicators,18 second-level indicators,and 62 third-level indicators.Based on the Delphi and AHP methods,the index system of HCPs'core competence established has high authority and scientificity,to provide the theoretical basis for the standardized training and comprehensive evaluation of HCPs. 展开更多
