振动峰值与频谱复杂度变化趋势反映了换流变压器的内部机械状态,对振动状态参量预测可为换流变压器的状态评估提供有效支持,该文提出一种基于多重信息分解与时变权重组合的换流变压器振动状态参量综合预测方法。首先,根据不同模态划分方... 振动峰值与频谱复杂度变化趋势反映了换流变压器的内部机械状态,对振动状态参量预测可为换流变压器的状态评估提供有效支持,该文提出一种基于多重信息分解与时变权重组合的换流变压器振动状态参量综合预测方法。首先,根据不同模态划分方法,对原始振动状态参量进行经验小波变换与变分模态分解,得到多个具有趋势性与周期性的模态分量;然后,应用3种预测模型对模态分量预测,集成相加获得单分解单预测模型的预测结果;最后,兼顾主客观因素与逐点分配原则,采用模糊层次分析法与熵权法的时变权重组合方法对不同预测结果分配权重,依照权重结果计算综合预测值。算例分析表明:相比直接预测模型与单分解单预测模型,提出的综合预测方法具有更高的精确度与稳定性,为基于振动法对换流变压器状态监测与故障诊断提供了一种新的思路和有效手段。 展开更多

Dynamic investigations revealed that lower order harmonic resonance phenomenon exists in the three ring gear transmission. That is, when the input speed is close to 1/3, 1/6, 1/9,…, 1/3 n of the primary natural frequency of the transmission, the loads on the bearings and gears are especially high. This paper explained this phenomenon from the viewpoint of parametric resonance in terms of perturbation technique. A conclusion was drawn that the basic reason for this phenomenon is the primary resonance caused by forcing excitation and parametric resonance caused by parametric change. 展开更多

Influence of explosion parameters on wavelet packet frequency band energy distribution of blast vibration 被引量:13

Blast vibration analysis is one of the important foundations for studying the control technology of blast vibration damage. According to blast vibration live data that have been collected and the characteristics of short-time non-stationary random signals, the wavelet packet energy spectrum analysis for blast vibration signal has made by wavelet packet analysis technology and the signals were measured under different explosion parameters (the maximal section dose, the distance of blast source to measuring point and the section number of millisecond detonator). The results show that more than 95% frequency band energy of the signals sl-s8 concentrates at 0-200 Hz and the main vibration frequency bands of the signals sl-s8 are 70.313-125, 46.875-93.75, 15.625-93.75, 0-62.5, 42.969-125, 15.625-82.031, 7.813-62.5 and 0-62.5 Hz. Energy distributions for different frequency bands of blast vibration signal are obtained and the characteristics of energy distributions for blast vibration signal measured under different explosion parameters are analyzed. From blast vibration signal energy, the decreasing law of blast seismic waves measured under different explosion parameters was studied and the wavelet packet analysis is an effective means for studying seismic effect induced by blast. 展开更多

A single freedom degree model of drilling bit-rock was established according to the vibration mechanism and its dynamic characteristics. Moreover, a novel identification method of rock and soil parameters for vibration drilling based on the fuzzy least squares(FLS)-support vector machine(SVM) was developed, in which the fuzzy membership function was set by using linear distance, and its parameters, such as penalty factor and kernel parameter, were optimized by using adaptive genetic algorithm. And FLS-SVM identification on rock and soil parameters for vibration drilling was made by changing the input/output data from single freedom degree model of drilling bit-rock. The results of identification simulation and resonance column experiment show that relative error of natural frequency for some hard sand from identification simulation and resonance column experiment is 1.1% and the identification precision based on the fuzzy least squares-support vector machine is high. 展开更多

Rigid blocking masses are located in the typical base structure of a power cabin based on the impedance mismatch principle.By combining the acoustic-structural coupling method and statistical energy analysis,the full-band vibration and sound radiation reduction effect of vibration isolation masses located in a base structure was researched.The influence of the blocking mass’ cross-section size and shape parameters and the layout location of the base isolation performance was discussed.Furthermore,the effectiveness of rigid vibration isolation design of the base structure was validated.The results show that the medium and high frequency vibration and sound radiation of a power cabin are effectively reduced by a blocking mass.Concerning weight increment and section requirement,suitably increasing the blocking mass size and section height and reducing section width can result in an efficiency-cost ratio. 展开更多

This paper presents the study of vibration in each element of hard disk drive, especially the resonance of the actuator arm. The resonance occurs in hard disk drive is considered as one of the quality controlled parameter. The main purpose of the research is to investigate the relationship between the pivot bearing assembly process and the natural frequency of the actuator arm. The experiment is designed using the information from the hard disk drive manufacturer. The selected pivot bearing assembly process parameters have been controlled. The modal analysis of the assembled actuator arms has been done. The experiment results show the relationship of the specific process parameters and some of the actuator arm's modal frequency. The results also show that the affected vibration mode is the torsion mode only. 展开更多

It considers the effects of nonlocal stress field on the natural frequencies and vibration modes. The effects of a small scale parameter at molecular level unavailable in classical macro-beams are investigated for three different types of boundary conditions:simple supports,clamped supports and elastically-constrained supports. Analytical solutions for transverse deforma-tion and vibration modes are derived. Through numerical examples,effects of the dimensionless nanoscale parameter and pre-tension on natural frequencies are presented and discussed. 展开更多
